03/18 - Coach Office Enhancement Updates

Great news on some recently launched enhancements to the Coach Office. Here’s the scoop:

Coaches now have the ability to filter their ‘Full Genealogy’ Report by leg using the filter dropdown.
Beachbody On Demand purchases will now be placed on your Personally Sponsored Coaches’ Coach account instead of their customer account. As a result, a “Coach ID” column has been added and it will be populated with the Personally Sponsored Coach’s ID. Please note that if Beachbody On Demand is purchased by a customer, then the Coach ID column will have a “-“.
The Elite & Premiere Qualification report will now include a qualification summary table with green check marks to show you when you have met the necessary requirements to qualify.

03/16 - Receive an invite to Autumn’s ‘Obsessed with Coaching’ group when you sell a qualifying 80 Day Obsession pack

Starting Monday, 3/19, any Coach who sells an 80 Day Obsession Challenge Pack or Completion Pack, or any enrolling Coach who purchases an 80 Day Obsession Challenge Pack or Completion Pack, between March 19th and April 23rd will be eligible to participate in a private Facebook group hosted by Autumn Calabrese. In this ‘Obsessed with Coaching’ group, Autumn will provide her perspective on how to grow your Coach business using the 80 Day Obsession program. Note, this is not a Coach Test Group or a Challenge Group, but a place to get insights directly from the program’s creator.

The group will officially kick off on April 23rd and will run through July 21st. Qualifying Coaches will receive an email with group access instructions and will have until April 30th to request access to the group.

03/16 - Beachbody On Demand Standalone Now Available on TeamBeachbody.com and Share-a-Cart

Standalone Beachbody On Demand memberships are now available for purchase directly on TeamBeachbody.com and Share-a-Cart. This applies to all membership options, including 3-month, 6-month and 1-year memberships. Coaches and customers will no longer need to purchase directly on BeachbodyOnDemand.com. The standalone Beachbody On Demand memberships will live within the Beachbody On Demand tile on the fitness page of TeamBeachbody.com.

As part of this launch, Beachbody On Demand orders for Coaches will no longer be made on their Customer account. This means that your Personally Sponsored Coaches’ Beachbody On Demand orders will no longer appear in your Coach Office Order Report. Instead you will find these orders in the order history for your Personally Sponsored Coaches. You will also still see the Commissions for these orders under the Subscription Commission section of your Commissions report.

03/01 - Portion-Control Blue Container Update

We had previously shared that we were discontinuing the large blue container from our Portion Fix bundle. Due to internal warehousing allocations, we wanted to update you that final removal of this container has been delayed. 10/18 — Changes to Select Club Features on Teambeachbody.com

As we transition to the new, improved Teambeachbody.com store on October 26th in Canada and December 2017 in the US, some of our older Team Beachbody Club features, including the SuperGym, Meal Planner and Fit Clubs will no longer be available. However, we’re continuing to add new features to Beachbody On Demand that are focused on getting customers real results by creating a platform that supports their fitness and nutrition goals.

This includes the new Community section which replaces the Message Boards on TeamBeachbody.com. You can also expect to see new, updated workout and nutrition tracking functionality on Beachbody On Demand and other supporting apps in the future.

Additionally, the Team Beachbody Club profile page, which includes your bio and photo, will also not be available on the new Teambeachbody.com. Therefore, we have removed this as a Lead Wheel Program qualification requirement, effective on October 9th.

10/17 — Coach Office Update

We’re making great progress on the new Coach Office, and we anticipate that all of the major identified issues will be resolved by this Thursday October 19th, with the UK launch. While we were in the process of rectifying some of the issues related to the new Coach Office, we maintained a link to the old office. While the critical issues will be resolved by Thursday, we are going to continue to make the link to the old office available until October 26th.

After that, it is important that we fully transition to the new Coach Office. When we launch in the UK this Thursday, we will also be launching the first leg of our new TeamBeachbody.com site in the UK. This will be followed by a launch in Canada on October 26th and the US in December. As we launch and start taking orders on the new site, the old office data will become incomplete. Therefore, we will maintain the link to the old version of the Coach Office until October 26th. Reports related to your genealogy and earning will remain accurate through that date. Some UK order information will look different. We encourage you to start using the new Coach Office this week so that you are comfortable with it when we remove the link to the old office on October 26th. Thank you for your patience as we lay the groundwork for improved functionality and please continue to submit your feedback via the "Feedback" link in the Coach Office.

We are making a change to the Coach Connections Lead Wheel qualifications in order to simplify and align them with the qualifications of the other Lead Wheel programs. Beginning October 2017, the requirements to qualify for the Coach Connections Lead wheel will be updated to the following:

Be a Paid 1 Star Diamond or above at least once in the month
Be qualified for Success Club 10
Be an active Beachbody On Demand member
Be current on Business Service Fees

Any existing contacts will not be accessible from the new Coach Office. We are working to get these downloaded and you will be able to request your list of contacts later in October. More information to come.
Since the new Coach Office will not have an email inbox, be sure to forward any emails in your current inbox that you may want to keep to your personal email address.

Reminder: The removal of the 10% Club discount will go into effect starting tomorrow, September 14th. As we continue to add value to Beachbody on Demand, the 10% discount offered as part of the Beachbody on Demand membership has become less prominent. Additionally, as more customers join Beachbody on Demand to access their workouts, more Coach retail commissions have been at 15%, rather than the full 25%. For these reasons, we have decided to eliminate the 10% discount for Team Beachbody Club/Beachbody on Demand members.

Reminder: As we continue to add value to Beachbody on Demand, the 10% discount offered as part of the Beachbody on Demand membership has become less prominent; many customers don't even realize that the discount is part of the offer. Additionally, as more customers join Beachbody on Demand to access their workouts, more Coach retail commissions have been at 15%, rather than the full 25% . For these reasons, the 10% discount for Team Beachbody Club/Beachbody on Demand members will be eliminated.

Please note, the date for eliminating the 10% discount for Team Beachbody Club/Beachbody On Demand members has been moved up to September 14, 2017.

Customers will be receiving a formal communication via email on Wednesday, August 9th that the discount will end on September 14th. See FAQ 7740 to view a copy of this email. Below is a full timeline of activities leading up to this change in September. Details are subject to change, however the latest information will always be available in FAQ 7740.

August 8, 2017: Messaging of the ‘10% discount’ will be removed from all online resources, including web pages, emails, Coach Office documents, etc.
August 8, 2017: Customers who sign up for Beachbody On Demand/Team Beachbody Club on or after 8/8 will be notified of the temporary discount and its upcoming removal via the Welcome email on September 14th.
August 9, 2017: Customers who signed up for Beachbody On Demand/Team Beachbody Club before August 9, 2017 will receive formal communication via email that the discount will end on September 14, 2017.
September 7, 2017: Customers who signed up for Beachbody On Demand/Team Beachbody Club before September 7, 2017 will receive a formal communication reminder via email that the discount will end on September 14, 2017.

07/05 — 10% Club Discount Removal in December

As we continue to add value to Beachbody on Demand, the 10% discount offered as part of the Beachbody on Demand membership has become less prominent; many customers don't even realize that the discount is part of the offer. Additionally, as more customers join Beachbody on Demand to access their workouts, more Coach retail commissions have been at 15%, rather than the full 25%.

For these reasons, effective December 10, 2017, the 10% discount for Team Beachbody Club/Beachbody on Demand members will be eliminated. That means that after 12/10/17, there will be only one retail price for all non-Coach customers. This change simplifies the explanation of our pricing tiers while also providing for increased retail commissions for our Coaches.

Below is a tentative timeline of activities leading up to this change on 12/10/17. Details are subject to change, however the latest information will always be available in FAQ 7740.

The form works in 3 easy steps:

Step 1. Open the form and enter the email address & zip code associated with your account
Step 2. You will then see a list of the most recent orders placed on your account
Step 3. Enter your new billing information and hit Submit

We will go through your account and make sure that the new credit card and billing information has been applied to all ongoing HD orders, subscriptions, and membership fees within 24 hours of submission. Reminder—In an effort to improve the Beachbody On Demand customer experience, the following changes will be implemented beginning tomorrow.

Reduced Beachbody On Demand trial: The 30-day free trial for a standalone Beachbody On Demand membership will be reduced to 14 days. This feature allows you to record or upload videos from your device and post them directly to the group feed. Starting today, you're encouraged to take part in our beta test to help us identify any potential issues before the video feature officially launches.
Here’s how to participate:

Download the latest version of the My Challenge Tracker app from the Apple Store (iOS users) or Google Play Store (Android users).Your customers will only be able to see your video posts if they have the latest version of the app, so instruct them to download it as well. If they do'nt have the latest version downloaded, they won't be able to see any part of the post containing a video, including text or comments. For this reason, we recommend that you set up a ‘beta test group’ with your fellow Coaches to avoid confusion in your customer groups.
Start testing the feature by clicking the video camera icon from the group feed page or post edit screen > Record a video OR upload one saved on your device > Preview your video and post!
Provide feedback on the functionality of the video feature in the MCT Coach Beta Test Facebook Group from now through late June.

03/31 — Update on Coach Volume & Commission for All-Access Orders Placed on Beachbody.com

Attention Coaches: We are implementing a process to award volume and commission when existing Team Beachbody members order the Annual All-Access Beachbody On-Demand and Shakeology Challenge Packs through Beachbody.com instead of TeamBeachbody.com. This will be applied retroactively to orders placed since January 1st, 2017.

Until a more streamlined process can implemented, we will be following the steps below:

Every Friday beginning today, March 31st, Coaches will receive a volume and commissions adjustment for All Access Beachbody on Demand orders placed through Beachbody.com by existing Team Beachbody members.
Adjustments will be for orders placed in the previous bonus week.
Each adjustment order will have $0 but will have the appropriate volume and commission attached.
The order description will be “BOD All Access Commission Adjustment."

03/29 — Exciting Change to the Portion Control Eating Plans

We've updated the Portion Control Eating plans with the following update: Beginning immediately, Treats and Beverages will no longer be counted as yellow containers. Instead, they now fall into the container color that best reflects their ingredients and/or macronutrients. Treats and beverages will still be limited to three per week, with the exception of Shakeology ""bases"" such as low-fat milk and unsweetened almond milk, which will be allowed once daily. We are also doing away with the ""measure with this colored container but mark it on your tally sheet as another colored container"" strategy for treats, in favor of using common measurements (e.g. ""2 pieces"" or ""25 morsels""). All new recipes and eating plans will reflect this new system moving forward. For existing eating plans and recipes, we will be updating them on BOD and the Beachbody Blog over the next few months. 02/23 — Update to Policy and Procedures

As we strive to make the Beachbody Coach opportunity the best it can be and to protect all of your hard work helping people and building organizations, we regularly review our policies to ensure we remain competitive and in line with other leading network marketing companies. As many of you have seen, there can be considerable distraction and unethical activity when new network marketing companies pop up promising the "next big thing." And while Beachbody always wants to provide our Coaches the opportunity to pursue what will make them the most fulfilled, especially being their own CEO, we cannot allow people to purposely target and poach the downlines of our hard working Coaches. As a direct result of our need to support and protect our Coaches from any type of this damaging behavior, we are announcing an important change to Section 3.10 of the Team Beachbody Coach Policies & Procedures (Conflicts of Interest).

Effective today, Beachbody Coaches, at any rank, may not participate as a distributor or representative with any other network marketing business while they are enrolled as a Beachbody Coach. For Coaches currently enrolled in any other network marketing company outside of Beachbody, we will provide until March 15, 2017 to allow those Coaches to wind down and formally terminate their position in any other network marketing business. Following March 15, 2017, any Coach found to be operating as a distributor in another network marketing business will be subject to immediate discipline, including suspension or termination. Note that Coaches may still purchase products from another network marketing company as a discount or preferred customer, but only if they are not promoting or receiving any form of compensation from the other company (including any payments, free or further discounted products, or similar benefits).

As with any important policy update, it's very important that you help us share this information with your own personally sponsored Coaches and extended downline. Please review the specific language in the new updated Section 3.10 of the P&P, and visit FAQ 9895 for additional information.
