I bet the iPad mini is going to be on a lot of wish lists this holiday season. I also bet that for a lot of people, it's not going to be the best choice. It's beautiful and light, but Apple made a big compromise in the design, one that means that buyers should look closely at the competition before deciding.Starting at $329, the iPad mini is the cheapest iPad. The screen is a third smaller than the regular iPads, and it sits in an exquisitely machined aluminum body. It weighs just 11 ounces half as much as a full-size iPad making it easier to hold in one hand. It's just under 8 inches long and less than a third of an inch thick, so it fits easily into a handbag.
The issue is the screen quality. Apple has been on the forefront of a move toward sharper, more colorful screens. It calls them "Retina" displays because the pixels the little light-emitting squares that make up the screen are so small that they blend together almost seamlessly in our eyes, removing the impression that we're watching a grid of discrete elements.
The iPad mini doesn't have a Retina screen. By the standards of last year, it's a good screen, with the same number of pixels as the first iPad and the iPad 2. The latest full-size iPad has four times as many pixels, and it really shows. By comparison, the iPad mini's screen looks coarse. It looks dull, too, because it doesn't have the same color-boosting technology that the full-size model has.
This is not an entirely fair comparison, as the full-size iPad starts at $499 and weighs twice as much. The real issue is that this year, there are other tablets that are cheaper than the iPad mini, weigh only slightly more and still have better screens.
Amazon.com Inc.'s Kindle Fire HD costs $199 and has about the same overall size as the mini. While the Kindle's screen is somewhat smaller (leaving a bigger frame around the edges), it is also sharper, with 30 percent more pixels than the mini. Colors are slightly brighter, too.
Barnes & Noble Inc.'s Nook HD costs $229 and has a screen that's even sharper than the Kindle HD's. It's got 65 percent more pixels than the iPad mini.
Why do tablets from two companies chiefly known as book stores beat Apple's latest for screen quality?
Sharper screens are darker, requiring a more powerful backlight to appear bright. That, in turn, would have forced an increase in the battery size. That's the reason the first iPad with a Retina display was thicker and heavier than the iPad 2. So to keep the iPad mini thin while matching the 10-hour battery life of the bigger iPads, Apple had to compromise on the display.
This can't last, though. By next year, it will likely be even more obvious that Apple is seriously behind in screen quality on its small tablet, and it will have to upgrade to a Retina display somehow. That means this first-generation iPad mini will look old pretty fast.
The display causes a few other problems, too. One is that when you run iPhone apps on the mini, it uses the coarsest version of the graphics for that app - the version designed for iPhones up to the 2009 model, the 3GS. You can blow the app up to fill more of the screen, but it looks pretty ugly. The full-size iPad uses the higher-quality Retina graphics when running iPhone apps, and it looks much better.
Some apps adapted for the iPad screen don't display that well on the mini screen, either, because of the smaller size. Buttons can be too small to hit accurately, bringing to mind Steve Jobs' 2010 comments about smaller tablets. The late Apple founder was of the vociferous opinion that the regular iPad was the smallest size that was also friendly to use.
In some apps, text on the mini is too small to be comfortably read - the section fronts in The New York Times and The Wall Street Journal apps are examples of this.
Of course, in some other respects, the iPad mini outdoes the Fire and the Nook, so it isn't just the tablet for the buyer who needs the prettiest and the thinnest. In particular, the Mini is a $329 entry ticket to the wonderful world of iPad and iPhone apps. For quality and quantity, it beats all the other app stores. (Oddly, there's an inverse relationship between screen quality and app availability in this category the Nook HD has the best screen and the fewest apps, while the second-best Kindle Fire HD has middling access to apps.)
The Mini also has front- and back-facing cameras, for taking still photos and video and for videoconferencing. The Kindle Fire HD only has a front-facing camera for videoconferencing. The Nook HD doesn't have a camera at all.
In short, the iPad Mini is more versatile than the competition, and I'm sure it will please a lot of people. But take a look at the competition first, and figure that by next year, we'll see something from Apple that looks a lot better.
About the iPad Mini
The base model of the iPad mini costs $329 and comes with 16 gigabytes of storage. A 32 GB model goes for $429 and 64 GB for $529. Soon, you'll be able to get versions that can connect through cellular networks, not just Wi-Fi. Add $130 to the price.

INSTRUCTIONS-
1. First of all select which paid android application you want to hack and install its full version for free. I am explaining this article with the help of paid android application Raging Thunder (car racing game).
2. Now go to http://search.4shared.com/search.html and type your android application name then space and then apk in the search box and click on search.
Download latest version and save it to your PC.

3. Now Connect your mobile to your PC through USB and transfer this .apk file to your memory card or simply storage of your android phone.

4. Now run the installer and install it. Let the installation complete and then enjoy the full paid application.

Microsoft Sold 4 Million Windows 8 Copies In 4 Days

Despite the rather mild response of analysts and critics towards Microsoft’s latest operating system, Windows 8, it seems to have taken off on a good start. According to the figures revealed by Microsoft’s CEO, Steve Ballmer, the company has sold 4 million copies in 4 days, since the release of the OS on Friday.

That is definitely an impressive figure, but not ground-breaking yet. Four million copies in 4 days essentially means that the opening week is continuing at a rate of one million copies per day. That figure may sound huge but it is really tiny when compared to Microsoft’s overall user base, which has reached 1.25 billion users lately.
However, I would not be surprised if Windows 8 sales got better in the coming days. The reason why I think this so is simple – with the new interface and all new looks, many users of earlier Windows versions are wary of switching to Windows 8. They are waiting on users who have already purchased the OS to give their feedback. Once they have sufficient ratings or reviews which praise Windows 8, these users may finally make the switch to Windows 8. So, while we have seen a strong start for Windows 8 in terms of sales, we are yet to see that billion-strong user base shuffling its feet.
Steve Ballmer had earlier claimed that within one year, Windows 8 will be used by 400 million users. That claim may sound right given Windows is used by more than a billion users. But that greatly depends on the initial response of the users towards Windows 8. So far, the response has been fairly positive.

Hack twitter, hacking twitter passwords from user accounts and find out someones twitter password...Is any of it really possible? Yes it is!. Surely you've heard on the news of how President Obama's twitter got hacked or a few other celebrities. It is all due to twitter's poor coding/programming which causes all those errors like THIS POPULAR ONE.

A couple of month's ago I wanted to check my old Twitter account but forgot what email and password I had used to sign up, I sent an email to their technical support but they didn't reply so I decided to put my geek skills to good use and find a way to get my login information back by writing a twitter account hacking code or exploit as they are called.

HOW HACKING TWITTER ACCOUNTS WORKS

Twitter has two databases (one for males and one for females users) where they keep all the information from their users, if you remember the email you use to login but forget your password, you can use the 'Forgot your password?' option, however if like me you don't have any of that information it's impossible to legally recover that account.

If you know anything about programming websites you know the 'Forgot your password?' service has to be in direct contact with the databases in order to send requests to retrieve the forgotten information for you, basically what that means is if you 'ask' the database for the login information with the right 'code' (in our case exploit), it will send you back that information.

So all I had to figure out is what the code was and what system they used to contact the databases through the 'Forgot your password?' service, after a few weeks of writing and testing codes I came up with the right one for the job and after doing a bit of research I learned Twitter uses something similar to an email service to contact their databases.

But as usual, everything isn't as easy as it seems. For security reasons the databases are programmed to verify the account your requesting is actually yours and not someone elses so they need some type of authentication or verification (thats why they send you a verification link to your email when creating your account or changing your password), luckily for us Twitter is so poorly programmed they also allow you to use a friends/followers account to verify your own (it's a glitch in the "Mutual Friends/Followers" service where they authenticate accounts by checking if the associated friends/followers email is related to the 'victims' account), in other words, if the person you want to get the login information from is following you on Twitter and your following them...you can use your own account to verify theirs (by confusing the database into thinking we are checking if you both mutually follow each other rather than the true act of reseting their password and getting them to send it to us) and get their login email and password sent to you...but the victim must be following you and you them.

HOW TO DO IT

1) First off you will need to get your username and the victims username, how do you do this?

Go to the victims twitter profile and look at your browsers address bar, at the end of all the address you should see something like this: (I have used a red arrow to point it out)

Write it down somewhere as you will need to use it a bit further down, once that is done you may continue to step 2.
2) At the bottom of this page I have pasted the exploit code I created to fool the databases, this is the tricky part as you will have to edit the code a bit yourself so that it fits your needs when searching for the victims login information.

Scroll down to the bottom of this page and find the code I have highlighted in gray so you know what to copy, select the code and copy it to your clipboard (press CTRL+C) then paste it (CTRL+V) on a notepad or text document so you can edit it.
3) Once you have the code somewhere you can edit it, you will need to insert three things into it, the twitter username of the victim and the friend authentication login information. I will give you step by step examples by trying the exploit code of my friend Sarah's account as the victim, see what parts you have to edit and with what:

1. Should be the victims username.
2. Should be your twitter login username to verify your the victims follower/friend.
3. Should be your password so the database can authentic you really are mutually following each other with the victim.

When editing the code, don't accidentally delete one of the quotes (") or it won't work, so make sure you put the information inside them.
4) Now that you have the exploit code edited and ready to send, we are all set to send it to the database through an email, since it's not your regular email but an exploit email we will have to use a special Subject so the database knows how to read it in programming language.

Go to your email address and Compose a new email to twittersupport@techie.com which is twitters customer service email for forgotten passwords, in the Subject copy and paste the code below highlighted in gray:

Once you have edited the Subject and entered the email address, your Composed email should look like the screenshot below, I will numerate each item:

1. The email address of the twitter database's forgotten password customer service.
2. This is where you insert the victims username.
3. This is where you insert the victims gender (as mentioned above the twitter database is devided in a male section and female), put an M inside the quotes if they are a male or a F if they are a female.
5) After you have correctly written the To: and Subject: sections, you may proceed to insert the exploit code you previously edited in step 3 into the body section of the email. Now all you have to do is click Send and wait for the database to send you back it's reply with the information.

Introduction to Phishing

If you know little bit of Hacking then Its must for you know About Phishing i.e What is Phishing and how it works and most important How you can protect yourself from getting into the Trap. I will try to explain all of these in my article.

First of all What are Phish pages and what is phishing?? Phish pages are basically the fake pages or virtual pages that looks similar to the original website Page. The only difference is the batch program running in the background i.e Original Webpage sends requests to Gmail server while Phish Page sends request to hacker's php server. Now Phishing is a password hacking technique commonly used by hackers using phish pages that looks similar to original web page. The only difference is the URL in the address bar so Guys One Important Tip for you all always check the Address bar while going to any website .

Now What is Smart Phishing, Normal phishing page sends the password to hacker but it doesn't redirects the page to original website but smart phishing does. Means victim can never know what really happened and his account is got hacked. He will only think that he has entered the wrong password as in second attempt the web page is original and he will be able to login and the most fantastic thing is that the original redirected page has username already entered in it that makes it even smarter.

Now lets come to how it works?? When a user types a Username Password in the the text box,The info is sent to "login.php" which acts as a password logger and redirects the page to "LoginFrame2.htm" which shows "There has been a temporary error Please Try Again" in it . So when the person clicks on try again it redirects to the actual URL so that the victim does not know that your site is a fake site and gets his gmail.com password hacked.

HACKING GMAIL ACCOUNT STEPWISE:

1. First of all download the Gmail Phisher.

2. Extract the rar file now you will get three files as given below:

gmail.html
log.txt
mail.php

3. Upload all the Three files to any of the free Web hosting server. Remember while creating the account on these servers try the username as nearer as possible to the original URL like mail.gmaile or maile.gmall etc.. As its the most crucial step. Some Free Web hosting servers are given below you can also find few more for yourself.

4. Once you have uploaded all the three files to web hosting server now you have to send these to your victim. This is the most important step regarding smart phishing technique.

Most People use same password for orkut and gmail and here is the main hack lies. What you have to do you have to send the HTML email to the victim which looks similar to the Orkut scrap to his email you can easily do this using simple editing to the existing mail. Just you have to change the link with your phish link and content according to the person likings so that he will surely come inside the trap.

Another technique is that you can send him a request to join a particular community in the format orkut does.

And Last but the most important one Send him mail from Gmail Admin such that "We have seen illegal activity from your account and you need to verify your account and your account is temporarily disabled after this login. To unlock your account Verify your Email and in that link put your Phish link. Now Guys you all will came to know How it works. If you want to Protect yourself its must that you should know what techniques a Hacker can use to hack your Gmail Account.

5. Now After sending phisher to victim, once the user logs in to his Gmail account using your Phisher, his user ID and password are ours..And these are stored in log.txt What you have to do is just refresh your Web hosting account files.

6. The Log.txt file will contain the passwords and look like this:

How to Protect Your Gmail Account From Phisher??

1. Always check the URL in the address bar before entering username and password.

2. Never follow any link from your email and any website until u have confirmed the Address bar URL.

3. Never Follow spam mails and "Win lottery or Cash" mails.
