<title>Kogan uses PR and Search Marketing to launch his products</title>
<description>E-commerce start-up Kogan Technologies pulled off a massive marketing coup on a tiny budget with their Kevin37 promotion. There was no advertising to back up the Kevin37 campaign, with Kogan boasting that there was so much editorial coverage there really wasn't a need for any additional pull. In fact, Kogan is pretty sceptical on the merits of any advertising, bar Google AdWords. "Google AdWords is the only advertising we do on an ongoing basis, because you know someone is searching for something related to your advertisement and that they are most likely to buy, so you're not wasting your advertising budget on people who are not interested in a product."</description>
