Back in May Yahoo declined a bid from Microsoft for $33 (£21) a share from Microsoft. Since then Yahoo shares have plummeted and Microsoft publicly stated it no longer had any interest in buying Yahoo.

Yang was questioned by one audience member regarding Yahoo's rejection of the Microsoft offer. "They walked away from a public offering and we were ready to negotiate. We wanted to negotiate a deal. We felt we weren't that far apart.

"At the end of the day, they withdrew and they have since been clear about not wanting to buy the company," explained Mr Yang.

Microsoft has not commented on Yangs latest revelations. If Microsoft were to buy Yahoo now they would get a good bargain compared to back in May. Since May the shares have dropped from $28.67 to $13.92 at the time of writing.

Georgia Tech has several teams that play at the ACC (Atlantic Coast Conference) in the NCAA, including a team of American football, basketball, baseball and golf. The school mascot is a yellow jacket called Buzz.

Myspace ,the internet giant ,again takes a big step to be among the big players in the market.After the iphone ,which had applications by myspace and facebook,let people stay connected on the Apple Inc. smart phone. Now MySpace is the first to unveil one, for the just-released g1 phone .
Myspace announced the application for the G1 this week that can be downloaded wirelessly to the device through the Google-run Android Market.The market ,is filled with add-ons and games,
built by third party developers.
The g1 is the ,first phone to have the android platform from google ,which makes it stand at par with the i-phone.It is made by HTC Corp and was released on Wednesday by T-Mobile in the U.S. The phone ,comes with a 2-year contract ,pricing at 179 $.
Facebook on the otherhand has no mobile application for t-phone,an media spokeswoman ,said that the company had nothing to say on the matter

A simple way to create your own windows logon

Windows XP has a feature to change the logon screen at the startup,many of you may already know of this but how many of know how to can create your own logins with your own bitmap ,here is how you can do this.

First download a hacked logonui.exe (any logon file that has an .exe file extention ) it can be found at http://www.themexp.org make sure you download an .exe file and not a logonxp file .If the downloaded file is a setup file, go to search , copy the name of the downloaded setup file and hit search, the logon file will be usually in your windows drive.
Now using an resource editing tool (ex.reshacker,resedit) open the downloaded file expand bitmap
now select 100 and replace it with your own bitmap and save it.
Now use stylexp or whatever app you use to use this file as your logon.After a Restart yo can see your bitman at the logon screen.
