The first thing you'll notice about this blog is that, well, it's new! (duh)<br /><br />My brother had been pushing me (literally) to open up an account on <a href="http://blogger.com/">Blogger</a>. What can I say, my brother's a geek!<br /><br />What are my interests? Hmmm (*thinking...*)<br /><br />Well, just like <em>mi hermano</em>, I, too, like computers (Alright, I confess, I'm a geek! But I prefer to think of myself as a "computer enthusiast".:-)) My interests range from operating systems to Web development to open-source softwares. I'm also into graphics design, PC games (who says girls can't play <a href="http://half-life2.com/">Half Life 2</a>?!), <a href="http://linux.org/">Linux</a>, <a href="http://google.com/">Google</a>, wireless networking, mp3s, literature (that includes both prose and poetry) and more.<br /><br />My heroes include <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Larry_Page">Larry Page </a>(I wonder what's his brain like?), <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sergey_Brin">Sergey Brin </a>(I think he's funny ... *winks*), <a href="http://www.microsoft.com/billgates/default.asp">Bill Gates </a>(no comment), <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Steve_Jobs">Steve Job</a>s (why make Macs so expensive? *winks* I still like him though), <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tim_Berners-Lee">Sir Tim Berners-Lee</a> (let's not forget who started the Web), Linus Torvalds (let's thank him for freeing the world from proprietary software/s), <a href="http://leoville.com/">Leo Laporte </a>(he's funny and at the same time informative), <a href="http://www.whitehouse.gov/history/presidents/ht33.html">Harry Truman </a>(give 'em hell!) and <em>mi favorito</em> <em>escribiente</em>, <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ernest_Hemingway">Ernest Hemingway </a>(I'd love to hear him say "bullshit!" to everyone).:-)<br /><br />That's about it for now.
