<p>Speaking of medical appointment startups,<strong> <a href="http://zocdoc.com">ZocDoc</a></strong>, the New York City-based online doctor&#8217;s appointment aggregator <a href="http://technical.ly/philly/2012/04/18/zocdoc-online-doctors-appointment-aggregrator-sees-40-percent-increase-in-philly-appointments">that launched in Philly last year</a>, now lets you fill in medical forms before appointments, according to a release.</p>
