<p>Our client is a sizable, international software vendor with an immediate opening for a Sales Manager to sell hosted integrated phone systems, routers and voice systems to auto dealerships. The territory covered includes a large geographic area from Vancouver to Western Ontario. This role focuses on sales to both existing clients and growing new business. Reporting to the Director of Sales, candidates will need developed sales skills and proficiency in communications. This rep is responsible for all sales activities related to the network infrastructure in a dealership environment. The role involves selling technologies including, but not limited to wireless, video, and IPT products associated with Cisco and other recognized vendors.  </p>
<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong>•	Candidates should have a minimum of a 4-year college degree or equivalent experience<br />
•	Proven sales track-record with 5 years of experience in B2B technology sales, specifically in the areas of telecom hardware, network and IP telephony is highly preferred but not mandatory.<br />
•	Any experience or knowledge of the automobile retail business is highly preferred, but not required<br />
•	Formal sales training and technical, B2B solutions sales experience preferred<br />
•	Ability to travel approximately 75% or more is required<br />
•	Team player with ability to coordinate efforts with channel sales reps<br />
•	Solid computing skills with proficiency with MS Office </p>
<p><strong>Location:</strong> The position could be based in either Vancouver or Calgary.<br />
<strong>Compensation:</strong> base $65k, target income $120K, plus draw</p>

				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong>Position Summary: </strong><br />
This role is responsible for the overall customer on-boarding and software deployment strategy and execution. Reporting to the Director of Customer Advocacy, the Implementation Director is a key part of the pre-sales process and provides guidance to sales representatives on various deployment options. This Director role will be required to build and lead the implementation team from scratch. The team will consist of implementation consultants, technical experts, website designers and developers, data migration experts, change management experts and trainers. The team is responsible for the on-boarding of Recreational, Marine, and Commercial dealers and execute a high quality help desk process. The ideal candidate has a strong background in dealership software deployment. </p>
<p><strong>Major Responsibilities/Decisions:</strong>- Recruit and hire a 15-person implementation team over the first 12 months on board<br />
- Manage multiple dealer implementation projects simultaneously<br />
- Understand clients’ business needs so we can offer the best solutions during the set-up and configuration processes<br />
- Create a project plan in conjunction with the training, web site set up, and data migration managers that will deliver resources to our customers in a timely and efficient manner<br />
- Develop an efficient, high quality web site building process<br />
- Respond to implementation questions that arise during the pre-sales and contract negotiations<br />
- Define the roles and responsibilities of implementation team<br />
- Define the scope of the implementation process, the steps necessary for successfully completing the process, project milestones, and the estimated timeline<br />
- Lead training/change management  efforts and work closely with HR training department and outside industry experts on creation of training curriculum<br />
- Utilize surveys and metrics to determine customers satisfaction with the implementation process and make adjustments as required to improve performance</p>
<p><strong>Management: </strong> Direct reports include the Training Manager, Data Migration team, Web Site Set Up Manager, and Implementation Leads</p>
<p><strong>Experience required:</strong><br />
- Minimum 5 years in an implementation manager role for a DMS/CRM product<br />
- SaaS experience<br />
- Dealership knowledge </p>
<p><strong>Location:</strong> Virginia (some relocation assistance may be available) </p>

<p>Our client is seeking a Sales Director with Software &#038; Solution Sales experience in the Broadband, Cable, and Pay TV Industry.   The individual must be based in Montreal or surrounding area (Local candidates only – no relocation assistance provided).</p>
<p>The Sales Director (SD) manages the sales cycle in a certain territory or a certain account or specific domain, focusing on the customer’s needs and pain points rather than what product they have to offer. He/she communicates their value proposition and builds good solutions to fit customer needs.  The SD identifies opportunities by creating demand, qualifying prospects, and closing deals. </p>
<p>Core Competencies:</p>
<p>Business Understanding: The SD has an excellent understanding of business and best practice, leveraging this when communicating the best solutions to fit customer needs. The SD needs to understand P&#038;L statements.<br />
Sales Skills: The SD must be persuasive, and have very polished communication and presentation skills. The successful SD effectively probes and qualifies opportunities and builds business cases to the customer to justify pricing.<br />
Lead a Matrix Team: The SD must be a team player. In order to succeed the SD must mobilize processes and lead a matrix team throughout the sales engagement.<br />
Customer Facing: The successful SD is proficient in customer management aspects, including a good understanding of the customer business, structure, culture, trends, concerns, and internal politics and power map.</p>
<p>Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:<br />
•Experience selling BSS/OSS solutions required<br />
•Should have experience selling into large MSO’s in Cable Industry (with strong and relevant relationships a the C-Level, SVP, and VP levels)<br />
• Fluent French required<br />
• 10+ years sales experience required<br />
• Proven experience in running long, complex sales cycle processes for large enterprise companies within the communications sector<br />
• Task oriented, self-motivated, persuasive<br />
• Excellent communications and presentation skills<br />
• Experience in communications at the executive level<br />
• College degree a must, advanced degree and MBA an advantage</p>
<p>Location: Montreal, PQ, Canada<br />
Compensation: An experienced rep would have a target income in the $250,000 range. </p>

Focused on direct sales, the Sales Director will cover all of the southwestern USA, ideally based in the Silicon Valley area. This work-from-home position requires a self-starter with a proven track record and an existing presence in the wireless industry.</p>
<p><strong>Roles &#038; Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<p>The Sales Director is a highly strategic role with responsibility for the overall sales related activities within the assigned territory and/or customers. In addition the role requires excellent knowledge of the market conditions, competitive position of the company and the specific challenges faced in the territory. A good analytical and financial ability is also essential combined with excellent management and inter-personal skills. Able to multi-task and provide accurate and concise status reports and deliver the sales revenue, gross margin and contribution margin according to plan.</p>
<p><strong>General:</strong><br />
•	Achieve or over-achieve the sales goals and strategies<br />
•	Take direct responsibility of sales efforts<br />
•	Work closely with peers to achieve the overall company objectives in terms of growth, profitability and sustainability throughout the region<br />
•	Establish long term brand building initiatives that help the business in the region<br />
•	Contribute to revenue growth, gross margin improvement and contribution margin improvement<br />
•	Deliver weekly, quarterly and annual sales performance, and bottom-up forecasts<br />
•	Provide routine weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting including SalesForce</p>
<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>
<p>•	MUST HAVE solid track record selling microwave-based wireless solutions to the carriers and to private network operators in the western USA region<br />
•	Advanced education in Business Administration, Electronics &#038; Communication Engineering or similar<br />
•	A minimum of 10 years of relevant sales experience, both direct and via channels, in the telecom industry<br />
•	Strong organizational, leadership and commercial skills<br />
•	Strong process orientation; well-structured and well organized, ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks<br />
•	Excellent financial, quantitative, and analytical skills; Ability to understand and summarize highly complex deal structures<br />
•	Ability to adapt quickly to changing situations and adjust models in response to business events.<br />
•	Ability to manage time and resources effectively, meet deadlines and execute on strategic objectives<br />
•	Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate and present both internally with the company and externally with customers in all levels<br />

<p><strong>Ideal Candidate</strong><br />
•	A skilled Operations Manager, he/she brings a proven track record in successful business and budget planning results and has developed and effectively managed operating performance metrics for superior business results.<br />
•	The ideal candidate will be currently based in Toronto and have a demonstrated history of superior financial competence in a CEO, COO, VP Operations or CFO role and in successfully managing a multi-disciplinary team preferably gained in a publicly traded company. •	He/she will have an advanced university degree in business (or another related advanced degree) and/or financial designation with a history of scholastic excellence.<br />
•	Must have a minimum of 10+ years of senior operations leadership experience (with a finance sideline) gained within a fast paced, growth and service oriented, multi-business unit organization of commensurate size and complexity to this organization.<br />
•	Ideal candidates should have solid P&#038;L experience with a tech vendor with at least $50m in revenue and in excess of 150 staff (or a larger firm if outside the tech industry).<br />
•	Experience in the enterprise software or telecom sector would be an asset but is not a requirement. Being somewhat technology-savvy is a requirement.<br />
•	The ideal candidate effectively aligns strategy to the vision, making the vision a reality. He/she sets clear direction within the organization, clearly communicating and aligning teams towards a common goal while driving out costs that fail to deliver customer value.<br />

<p><strong>Position Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<p>•	Configure and administer the source code repository (Visual Studio 2010/TFS)<br />
•	Execute and manage the software build processes<br />
•	Manage and document the software change management processes<br />
•	Develop scripts or programs to create deployment process efficiencies<br />
•	Deploy new builds to QA, Development &#038; Testing environments<br />
•	Create development source code branches and TFS tasks for development to merge code<br />
•	Stay current with configuration management (CM) and testing needs<br />
•	Work with developers, QA and IT personnel and PM’s to discuss deployment requirements and schedules<br />
•	Work with the IT infrastructure team to ensure the production environment is accurately simulated in development and test environments<br />
•	Investigate post-deployment application issues found in QA, Development &#038; Testing or Production releases<br />
•	Investigate new tools to manage CM initiatives and keep methodologies current</p>
<p><strong>Position Requirements:</strong><br />
•	Post-secondary IT/Computer Science degree or Diploma or equivalent<br />
•	3+ years of work experience in CM and development and TFS (2010) based building<br />
•	Hands-on experience performing software releases and builds<br />
•	Ability to work with web-development tools for new applications<br />
•	Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience working with TFS and Visual Studio, ideally including multiple large SQL Server 2008 database projects<br />
•	Experience with Microsoft SSRS/ Reporting services<br />
•	Experience with Windows IIS Server 7.5 and other web service technologies<br />
•	Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience working with SQL Server 2008 in an administrative capacity. Understands restore/backup methodology and able to  run and troubleshoot server-initiated jobs<br />
•	Experience in Windows-based servers<br />
•	Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics products (CRM, Great Plains) would be a huge asset<br />
•	Experience working with .NET development (C# and\or VB.NET)<br />

<p>The Controller is responsible for financial reporting, internal controls, regulatory and tax filings, banking, external audits, and A/P functions.</p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong><br />
•	Financial Reporting:  Accountable for financial statement preparation for the corporate entities.<br />
•	Audit: Key member of audit team, managing the interface with auditors to review and validate audit work papers.<br />
•	Regulatory Filings:  Accountable for the filing of financial statements, capital adequacy reports and MRFPs within regulatory timeframes.<br />
•	Internal Controls: Responsible for complying with and documenting policies and procedures for purchases and all other expenditures.  Also responsible for ensuring compliance with internal controls to support completeness, validity and accuracy in the reporting of all transactions.<br />
•	Invoice Processing and Payment: Ensure timely payments and accuracy of budget coding for expenditures incurred including authorization and supporting documentation.<br />
•	Expense Management: Through business analysis and expense tracking, support Finance and Divisional heads in proactive expense management.<br />
•	Tax Filings: Oversee timely filing of corporate tax returns, issuing of T-slips, the filing of sales tax and other tax remittances.<br />
•	Staff Management: Responsible for managing a team of 5 Finance professionals,   including semi-annual reviews, cross-training, and assisting individuals with their professional career development.</p>
<p><strong>Requirements for Education and Experience:</strong><br />
•	Minimum education requirement: a Bachelor’s degree<br />
•	<strong>Must have:</strong> a CGA, CMA or CA accounting designation<br />
•	Ideally 10 years’ experience with financial management with recent experience in financial services<br />
•	Experience managing corporate taxation and filing annual returns</p>
<p><strong>Key Skills and Characteristics:</strong></p>
<p>•	Sound knowledge of accounting policies and principles including IRFS, financial reporting and internal controls<br />
•	Previous experience in investment fund accounting, corporate tax and GST/HST.<br />
•	Strong acumen for people management; an effective communicator, able to build effective relationships with peers and management<br />
•	Experience in building strong auditor relationships<br />
•	Ability to succeed in a demanding work environment<br />
•	Previous experience with FRX reporting software, Great Plains accounting package, and strong MS-Excel capabilities.<br />
•	Must have above average verbal and written skills</p>

<p><strong>Job Description &#8211; Summary</strong></p>
<p>This is a unique opportunity to join one of the most exciting, international vendors of wireless, LTE-ready backhaul selling microwave-based wireless solutions to mobile and fixed line carriers and private network operators. They deliver voice and premium data services to their growing client base. Their multi-core radio technology sets a new standard in microwave technology. This direct selling role will cover all of Canada but be centred in the GTA where most of the business potential is based. This work-from-home, contract-based position offers the individual the option to take advantage of the significant tax benefits of self-employment. We are looking for a self-starter with a proven track record and an existing presence in the wireless industry.</p>
<p>The Sales Director is a highly strategic role with responsibility for the overall sales related activities within the assigned territory and/or customers. In addition the role requires excellent knowledge of the market conditions, competitive position of the company and the specific challenges faced in the territory. A good analytical and financial ability is also essential combined with excellent inter-personal skills. Able to multi-task, provide accurate and concise status reports and deliver the sales revenue, gross margin and contribution margin according to plan.</p>
<p><strong>Roles &#038; Responsibilities:<br />
General:</strong><br />
•	Achieve or over-achieve the sales goals and strategies<br />
•	Take direct responsibility of sales efforts.<br />
•	Work closely with peers to achieve the overall company objectives in terms of growth, profitability and sustainability throughout the region.<br />
•	Establish long term brand building initiatives that help the business in the region.<br />
•	Contribute to revenue growth, gross margin improvement and contribution margin improvement.<br />
•	Deliver weekly, quarterly and annual sales performance, and bottom-up forecasts.<br />
•	Provide routine weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting including SalesForce.</p>
<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>
<p>•	Advanced education in Business Administration, Electronics &#038; Communication Engineering or similar<br />
•	10 years + of relevant sales experience in the telecom industry<br />
•	Strong organizational, leadership and commercial skills<br />
•	Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills<br />
•	Strong process orientation; well-structured and well organized, ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.<br />
•	Excellent financial, quantitative, and analytical skills; Ability to understand and summarize highly complex deal structures.<br />
•	Ability to adapt quickly to changing situations and adjust models in response to business events.<br />
•	Ability to manage time and resources effectively, meet deadlines and execute on strategic objectives.<br />
•	Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate and present both internally with the company and externally with customers in all levels<br />
•	Self-motivated, high integrity, professionalism, and with the ability to work well with others and driven to  be successful</p>
<p><strong>Compensation:</strong>  Base salary $130,000-160,000, target income $200,000-245,000<br />

Their software products have now been certified by a significant number of automotive manufacturers. We are presently looking for a Sales Rep to sell of this software to dealerships across Ontario but mostly in the GTA. This role includes canvassing and sales development. Our client provides the administrative support, logistic and marketing required for success in this role.<br />
<strong><br />
Requirements:</strong><br />
The successful candidate will have more than five years in the sales field, ideally with experience selling CRM, DMS or F&#038;I solutions to dealerships.<br />
Knowledge of the car and/or truck dealership field is also a required asset.<br />
Candidates must have the ability to work independently; self-starters welcomed</p>
<p><strong>Location:</strong> Toronto, ON, Canada. </p>
<p><strong>Compensation:</strong> Our client offers a significant commission for each sale that occurs. Income will be commensurate with your experience and sales abilities.</p>
