iPhone 5 Expected in September 2012

Good news for Apple lovers is that, the rumours about the coming of iPhone 5 expected later this year.
Reliable sources say that the sixth generation iPhone will available in market one year after the current top model, in September or October. Apple will maintain this annual release period of one year.
At first Apple releases iPhone in summer, but last year Apple changed its schedule to announce the iPhone 4S in autumn.

Apple strategy to reveal iPhone in holiday season was so successful, even Apple officials were surprised by the sales of the Cupertino based company. They sold more then 37 million iPhone in the December quarter.

That is why, Apple has no reason to change this strategy.

Skype introduced new version, Skype 5.8 for windows users. It has following changes and updates:

• Support for Facebook audio and video-calling (beta)

• Full HD video-calling

Skype already allowed its users to read Facebook status, chat with friends and much more through Skype. The newer version introduces Video and Audio calling with FB friends. How to Enable Emoji Icons, without Jailbreaking, in iOS 5 Devices

Firstly, Japanese users started using emotions in their text messages and emails. The use of these emotions is called Emoji, is so common that a standardized set of emoji is built into all the wireless handsets.

Apple has built the standard emoji icons into the iPhone since the firmware 2.0 update, but this update was only for Japanese. So the users from other countries had to rely on hacks to use emoji icons on iOS devices.

At last Apple allows all users to use the Emoji keyboard with iOS 5.
Follow these steps to unable emoji icon:

• Launch the Settings app
• Then go to General -> Keyboard -> International Keyboards
• Tap on Add New Keyboard
• And then tap on Emoji from the list of International Keyboards

Now, you can simply use Emoji icons by tapping on the globe icon beside the space bar on the keyboard. Emoji icons can also be used while typing emails and text messages.

Latest Progress In Untethered Jailbreak For iPhone 4S

On Monday, iOS hacker – pod2G reported that his untethered jailbreak that works on iPhone 3GS, iPhone 4, iPod touch 3G, iPod touch 4G and Apple TV running on iOS 5 or iOS 5.0.1, didn’t work with iPhone 4S.

He mentioned that he was facing processor caching issues. He also provided another good news that he has made progress on the iPhone 4S jailbreak.
He Writes:

OK, figured it out, the A5 cache is not a problem anymore. I sorted it out by doing the untether in a single thread and by flushing all the dcache then all the icache in a row at a strategical point of the process.
It took me like a hundred of tests to find the key. Hard for the nerves.

Another news : I discussed with @saurik today about the launchd boot process, and he’s found one missing piece of the puzzle I needed to have a perfectly stable jailbreak. He’s definitly one of the best iOS gurus out there. Thank you saurik!

So it means that jailbreak guru is closer to a jailbreak for iPhone 4S and hopefully it will also work on an iPad 2.

With iOS 5.1 and iOS 5.0.2 release impending, it remains to be seen if pod2G will release the untethered jailbreak soon or delay for Apple to release the iOS software updates.
