The iPhone 5 has come up with latest iOS6 operating system. The phone is bigger than predecessor with 4 inch screen which is quite sharp. The larger screen has stretched into taller shape.
The new anodised aluminium back plate feels a lot more hardy than the rear glass of the iPhone 4S.
Up close, that larger 4-inch screen looks just as sharp as the last model. Apple promises that the pixels have not simply been stretched to fit the longer display and it shows. Pictures appear bright and crisp on the screen and with a touch more contrast.

More surprisingly, the new iPhone’s screen is no wider than the last model -- a decision that means you can stretch your thumb across to the other side of the screen without causing serious digit damage.

Thumb maintenance aside, this is an unorthodox design decision in a market filled with big (and wide) phones. Its unusually lengthy look may not appeal to everyone.

This iPhone is also significantly thinner, at just 7.6mm, and its form feels precise, like it’s been made in a watch factory. The glass and metal construction appears seamless and its shiny, curved edges are beyond what you would expect from a phone.

The iPhone 5 comes with ULTRA FAST Wireless:
LTE. The right way.
You rely on your iPhone. So a thin, light design and outstanding battery life are important to you. But so is a fast data connection. LTE wireless technology is built for speed, but adding it to a phone can create bulk and drain battery life quickly. iPhone 5 does LTE the right way — optimized for better battery life and designed for ultrafast connectivity in a thin profile. The very things you want most from your smartphone.2
Next-generation cellular and wireless connectivity.

iPhone 5 supports more networks all over the world. That includes advanced networks such as HSPA, HSPA+, and DC-HSDPA. Browse, download, and stream content at ultrafast speeds. Dual-band 802.11n wireless connectivity accelerates your Wi-Fi experience, too — up to 150 Mbps.

A6 Chip: Faster CPU performance.
With the new A6 chip, just about everything you do on iPhone 5 is noticeably faster — up to twice as fast compared with the A5 chip. So apps launch, web pages load, and email attachments appear almost instantly.
Faster graphics.

The A6 chip also offers graphics performance that’s up to twice as fast as the A5. So you can power through graphics-intensive apps and games. And enjoy higher frame rates for smoother, more realistic gameplay.
Even better battery life.

Not only is the A6 chip custom designed to be fast, it’s custom designed to work with iOS 6 to be extremely power efficient. So even at its accelerated speed, iPhone 5 has more than enough battery power to last throughout the day — up to 8 hours of browsing on a cellular connection, up to 8 hours of talk time, and up to 10 hours of video playback time.

iSight Camera:
Panorama.

iPhone is the most popular camera in the world. For good reason. Photos look so stunning, it’s hard to believe they were taken with a mobile phone. And everything that made the iSight camera in iPhone 4S the world’s favorite is now on iPhone 5 — and then some. The new panorama feature lets you capture everything from a family reunion group photo to a jaw-dropping shot of the Grand Canyon. With one smooth motion you can shoot up to an impressive 240 degrees. The gyroscope, A6 chip, and Camera app work together to create one seamless, high-resolution panorama up to 28 megapixels.
Even better features.

The Camera app also features improvements including 40 percent faster photo capture, better low-light performance, and improved noise reduction. So you can snap more shots with more detail and clarity than ever before. View photos taken with iPhone 5
Enhanced HD video recording.

Imagine sidesplitting, adventure-filled, must-see flicks produced by you and shot on iPhone 5. Record stunning 1080p HD video with the iSight camera. Improved video stabilization helps prevent shaky footage. Face detection for up to 10 faces means everyone can have a moment in the spotlight. You can even take still photos as you record, so you can capture small moments while shooting a big one.
FaceTime HD camera.

You use the front-facing camera on iPhone 5 to make FaceTime video calls. And now those calls can happen over a cellular connection if Wi-Fi isn’t available.5 The quality of FaceTime video calls is so surprising, it’s as if you’re in the same room with whoever’s on the other end. You can also use the front camera for taking self-portraits or recording 720p HD video.

Siri:
Just ask Siri.

Siri is the intelligent assistant that helps you get things done, just by asking. Talk to Siri as you would to a person: “Do I need an umbrella?” or “Any modern art museums around here?” or “Where’s the closest ATM?” Siri not only understands what you say, it knows what you mean. It figures out the right apps to use to find the right answer. Then, just like a personal assistant, Siri provides you with the information you need.7
New Siri features.

With iOS 6, Siri understands more questions, knows more answers, and gives you a lot more to talk about. Ask Siri about sports scores and stats, where to eat, what movies to see — even ask Siri to make Facebook posts or tweet for you. And Siri is fluent in more languages, so it does more things in more countries.

Overall iPhone 5 is much smarter and faster and is looking great...
We will have to wait for launch of iPhone 5 in India
Its extremely small form factor makes it very attractive. Connect it to your regular flat-screen TV and convert it into a smart TV. It does come with its fair share of flaws such as the response of the mouse, apps automatically changing their orientation despite forcing the auto-rotation off, among others. It is definitely not a tablet replacement. But it shines when it comes to video playback and that should be one of the main reasons why you should consider getting this. If you are a YouTube junkie, then watching HD videos on the big screen is a treat. Regular surfing, checking mails and...

Android 4.0 Mini PC KY-108 allows you to convert any display into an Android 4.0 ICS based PC. Thanks to its connectivity options, this can be used as a media player, and can convert any display into a Smart TV. It is developed by a Chinese vendor named OEM Systems Co. Do check out the unboxing video of this device to get an idea of what all is offered along with the Mini PC here:

Features
The Mini PC houses an Allwinner A10/1.5 GHz Cortex A8 SoC but on checking the processor clock speed using the AnTuTu app we realized that it is underclocked to 912 MHz. It comes in a variety of memory and internal storage options. The model we got had a 1GB DDR3 memory module and 4 GB of internal storage. Since this is a PC, you have to use a keyboard and a mouse to operate it. There is no dedicated power switch on the device. It can be powered on by connecting the mini USB to USB cable to a powered source (such as your TV) or using the bundled power adapter. To turn off the power, you simply disconnect the power adapter.

It comes bundled with a lot of apps including the Google native apps, Twitter, Angry Birds, Skype and a couple of Chinese apps such as QQ, Yokuku, etc which are of no use here. Most of the popular audio and video formats are supported.

Performance
We tested this device on an LG 42LK430 TV using a USB keyboard and mouse connected to the device via a USB hub. Since Android is primarily a touch-based OS, navigation using a mouse feels as alien as using Windows XP or 7 with a touch interface. It will definitely take some time getting used to. Also the responsiveness of the mouse pointer is not as smooth as we would have liked. This gets even worse when some apps forcefully go in the landscape orientation, when it becomes cumbersome to use the mouse.

There is no right click mechanism here. If you hold on to an app, then the OS gives you an option to rearrange the app or remove it, by dragging it to the top of the screen. When you are in the app menu, you can long hold onto an app to get it on any one of the five home screens.

Some guys are unable to loose fat...inspite of going gym and doing regular workouts....

This is due to following things they have not considered:

1. No Breakfast: The people think that lesses they eat thinner they get. But it is not so....
Missing meals,, Specially breakfast... Breakfast is quite important. Missing breakfast results in lowered metabolism. Lower the metabolism lower will be energy consumptiom of your body. You will feel tired and less energetic whole day. The lowered metabolism rate means that you fat is not going to burn.
Further by missing breakfast your hunger will increase and you will eat more in lunch/Dinner.

2. Increase no. of meals: Taking more meals will help you loose fat. Eating less in more meals increase metabolism, while eating more in single meal will increase your fat. So take more meals.

3. Not just focus on abs/belly exercies: Most of our body fat gets accumulated over belly. So people start focussing over belly exercies, abs exercises. But it will not help your....
To reduce fat you will have to increase metabolism of your body and it cant be done just by doing abs exercies. You need to do aerobic, Cardios for loosing fat.... So hit the ground and you will see results....

Doing just abs exercies will further bulge out your tummy.....>>> This is due to reason that abs are located below the belly fat. If you just do abs exercies the abs muscles will grow but fat of belly will not get burned. Which means ur tummy will further comeout...

4. Eat Protien food: Eating food contaning protiens will reduce your hunger... The fatty food increases hunger. So oily, psicy food should be avoided if you want to get in shape.

5. Drink lots of water: The water is essesntial for body. Drinking sufficient amount of water will regulate your body functions and help you reduce fats.....

I Hope these points will help you to get into shape>>>>>>>>
Jelly Bean improves on the simplicity and beauty of Android 4.0, and introduces a new Google search experience on Android.

Fast & smooth

We put Android under a microscope, making everything feel fast, fluid, and smooth. With buttery graphics and silky transitions, moving between home screens and switching between apps is effortless, like turning pages in a book.

More reactive and uniform touch responses mean you can almost feel the pixels beneath as your finger moves across the screen. Jelly Bean makes your Android device even more responsive by boosting your device's CPU instantly when you touch the screen, and turns it down when you don't need it to improve battery life.

Simple, beautiful and beyond smart
Expandable, actionable notifications.

Android has always put you in control when it comes to staying notified and connected. Now you can take action directly from the notifications shade. Late for a meeting? Email everyone to let them know. Missed a call? Call them back in an instant. And because they’re expandable, you can get an even deeper look into the things that matter most, like multiple emails or photos on Google+.

Widgets work like magic.

With Jelly Bean it's now even easier to personalize your home screen. As you place widgets on the screen, everything else automatically moves to make room. When they're too big, widgets resize on their own. Interacting with your favorite apps and customizing your home screen has never been easier.

Seamlessly take and share photos.

Android 4.0, Ice Cream Sandwich, made snapping photos super fast; Jelly Bean brings that same speed to the next step: viewing. Just swipe over from camera to filmstrip view to instantly view the photos you just took, and quickly swipe away the ones you don’t like. Now sharing — and bragging — are a breeze.

A smarter keyboard.

Android's dictionaries are now more accurate, more relevant. The language model in Jelly Bean adapts over time, and the keyboard even guesses what the next word will be before you've started typing it. With improved text-to-speech capabilities, voice typing on Android is even better; it works even when you don't have a data connection, so you can type with your voice everywhere you go.

Accessibility.

With Jelly Bean, blind users can use 'Gesture Mode' to reliably navigate the UI using touch and swipe gestures in combination with speech output. Jelly Bean also adds support for accessibility plugins to enable external Braille input and output devices via USB and Bluetooth.

Android Beam.

With Android Beam on Jelly Bean you can now easily share your photos and videos with just a simple tap, in addition to sharing contacts, web pages, YouTube videos, directions, and apps. Just touch two NFC-enabled Android devices back-to-back, then tap to beam whatever's on the screen to your friend. Instantly pair your Android phone or tablet to Bluetooth® devices like headsets or speakers that support the Simple Secure Pairing standard by just tapping them together – no more syncing or searching required.

The new Google experience on Android The best of Google just got better on Android. The search experience in Jelly Bean has a new look-and-feel, and has faster and more natural Voice Search. And Google Now brings you just the right information, before you even ask.

A new look for Search.

Android has search at its core. With Jelly Bean, a redesigned experience uses the power of the Knowledge Graph to show you search results in a richer way. It's easier to quickly get answers and explore and browse search results.

Voice Search.

Sometimes you'd rather just speak your search query. Or just ask a question. Android lets you search the web with your voice, and it's convenient for getting quick answers on the fly. It speaks back to you and is powered by the Knowledge Graph, bringing you a precise answer if it knows it, and precisely ranked search results, so you can always find out more.
Priced at Rs. 10,990, the BlackBerry Curve 9220 sports BlackBerry 7.1 OS, built in Wi-Fi and FM Radio. RIM says the Curve 9220 is the most affordable BlackBerry device in the country so far. As part of the launch in India, RIM is offering apps worth Rs. 2,500 free with the BlackBerry Curve 9220.
RIM's new Curve 9220 has a dedicated key for accessing BlackBerry Messenger along with traditional BlackBerry QWERTY keypad and optical trackpad. With the dedicated BBM key, users can access the Facebook for BlackBerry, Twitter for BlackBerry apps and other social apps in one consolidated view.

The Curve 9220 has a 2.44-inch TFT screen with 320x240 resolution. The device also features a 2MP camera with 5x digital zooming capabilities. For connectivity, the BlackBerry Curve supports Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. The device does not support 3G and GPS.

It comes with a 1,450 mAh battery, which is rated to deliver 7 hours of talk time or up to 28 hours of music playback or FM radio on headphones. While announcing the new Curve smartphone, RIM India MD Sunil Dutt said, “The new BlackBerry Curve 9220 offers a unique mobile experience that young Indian will love thanks to its affordable pricing and unmatched messaging and social connectivity features.”

Bollywood actress Katrina Kaif was also present at the launch event held in Delhi today.

Prior to the launch of the Curve 9220, RIM officials also shed light on the company’s future strategies for India. RIM said it was eyeing India’s growing smartphone population and making efforts to consolidate its position in 2-tier and 3-tier cities. RIM wants to focus on India’s SMBs and other enterprise segments as well.

While addressing the reporters, Sunil Dutt pointed out that BlackBerry platform was growing in India. He said that the number of India-based BlackBerry developers has increased from 4,000 to 30,000 in last two years.

RIM’s Executive Vice President Patrick Spence, who was also present at the event, said that his company is going to push its newly launched BlackBerry Business cloud services and BlackBerry Mobile Fusion tool. According to Spence, RIM will continue to support HTML 5, which allows developers to build cross-platform applications.

Tata's Megapixel- Car with 100kmpl mileage

Tata unveils Megapixel at the Geneva Motor Show
# Combining a lithium ion phosphate battery and an on-board petrol engine generator for recharging on the move, the Tata Megapixel offers a range of up to 900 km (with a single tank of fuel), path-breaking CO2 emission of just 22 gm / km and fuel economy of 100 km / litre (under battery only power).
This might look somewhat like Nano, but this sister is new concept car of TATA Motors.
Totally different aesthetic, it offers quite techno look and look like future car.
With sliding doors and futuristic interiors it is different segment from others.

Mr. Prakash Telang, MD of Tata Motors said that the car has been designed by the engineers working in Tata design centers across India, Italy and the UK. The car demonstrates the company’s future design direction. Tata Megapixel has been built on the ‘Tata Pixel’ concept which takes its ‘Zero Turn’ drive system to a step further resulting into better maneuverability of the car. The car’s turning radius, 2.8 meters is surely impressive!
Hope this car will make its different place in market>>>
A programmer on the DragonFly BSD project is flying high as a kite this week after AMD admitted that a bug he discovered is an actual erratum the Sunnyvale chip maker was previously unaware existed in some processor families. Matthew Dillon, who had been tracking the bug for well over a year, finally came up with a test case in which AMD could replicate the error and confirm there's really a bug.

Mr. Dillon posted a portion of the email, which reads:

"AMD has taken your example and also analyzed the segmentation fault and the fill_sons_in_loop code. We confirm that you have found an erratum with some AMD processor families. The specific compiled version of the fill_sons_in_loop code, through a very specific sequence of consecutive back-to-back pops and (near) return instructions, can create a condition where the process incorrectly updates the stack pointer."

This isn't something most users will need to worry about. While it should be possible to create an environment in other OSes where the bug rears its ugly, Mr. Dillon notes "it took a lot of effort just to find a quickly reproducible case with DragonFly."

There's nothing AMD can do about the flaw in existing chips at this point, but by filing it away, programs now have a heads up and can sidestep this and other known bugs when coding software.

"I'm pretty stoked... it isn't every day that a guy like me gets to find an honest-to-God hardware bug in a major CPU!," Dillon said.

D-Link Cloud Devices

D-Link unveiled its personal cloud based networking solutions on March 5. With the 'mydlink Cloud' service, D-link has created a platform which will allow users to view, control, share and access their network devices anytime and from anywhere.

Three product categories were introduced today - D-Link Cloud Router (DIR-600L, DIR-605L), D-Link Cloud Camera (DCS-930L, DCS-932L) and D-Link Cloud storage (DNR-322L).

D-Link Cloud Router allows consumer to experience the capabilities of personal cloud in their day-to-day operations. With all the mydlink cloud routers, users can easily remotely control their network in real time, no matter where they are. Working parents can easily keep a check on what their child is browsing from anywhere or glance through the browsing history anytime. Similarly, one can also receive notifications or e-mail alerts on their handheld device or computers, whenever a new user connects to the router or there is an unauthorized intrusion. So users can now get complete control, & secure their network easily with mydlink cloud routers.

D-Link Cloud Camera is an easy to use, versatile surveillance solution ideal for Home & SOHO users. It allows users to stay connected to what matters the most to them, as with its remote monitoring capabilities one can view live video feeds anytime, anywhere. So once the cameras are on the network, users can access live view via. an iPhone or Android device with free mydlink applications from anywhere. Or if at a desktop computer, then mydlink.com portal is always available giving instant access to camera feeds. Users can also take snapshot of any important event and share the same with friends and family. D-Link cloud cameras offer automatic day/night viewing and remote control functionality.

D-Link Cloud Storage allows users to build their own personal cloud, and effortlessly share digital content with family and friends via. an easy-to-remember URL from mydlink. All that a user needs to do is, simply plug in a USB thumb drive or external hard drive and enjoy the freedom to share and access digital media from anywhere with complete security.

Unveiling the mydlink cloud series, Mr. Gary Yang, Managing Director, D-Link (India) Limited, said, “Globally D-Link has been in the networking business for over 25 years and a pioneer in wireless technology space. In fact in India, D-Link is regarded synonymous with the internet revolution, as we were the early entrants in broadband segment in early 90’s, with the very first broadband modem. However, over the years technology has evolved and so have our customers.Today, technology is more e driven by applications, and mobility is the key. Hence, with the launch of mydlink cloud services, we embark on a new paradigm in consumer cloud space. D-Link Cloud products will definitely enable us in enhancing customer experience and gaining maximum mind-share”.

Elaborating on market dynamics and mydlink’s features, Mr. Tushar Sighat, CEO, D-Link (India) Limited, said, “India is a very important market to us and one of the most competitive and mature markets today. While ‘cloud computing’ has already garnered a lot attention, it is the personal cloud that will forever change the face of networking in the future. D-Link Cloud products integrated with the mydlink platform, will offer users complete control, mobility and easy access to the most valuable functions of their devices. Going forward, most of D-Link products will come under the umbrella of mydlink cloud services”.
The government plans to auction the band later this year.

“The information and broadcasting ministry will vacate 4G spectrum in the 700Mhz band, which is used for 4G and LTE services,” Union minister Kapil Sibal is quoted as saying after the meeting of the eGoM. It's learn't that the 700MHz band has become an subject of a dispute between the IB ministry and DoT, which repeatedly asked the former to vacate the band. The 700 MHz band is said to be in high demand among the operators as the band requires very few base stations and infrastructural support. Telcos normally are given higher frequency band such as 800, 900, 1,800, 2,100 MHz, that require more infrastructural back up.

Last week, Sibal had said that the 4G spectrum auctions will be held by the end of this year. “By the end of the year, we are actually going to auction 4G (spectrum). That is what our intent is. We have enough spectrum now to share with everybody,” he said.

It may be recalled that the DoT has already begun the process of next round of spectrum auction in broadband wireless space. The first round of auction was held in June 2010, where government had auctioned two slots of BWA spectrum, which fetched Rs. 38,000 crore. Reliance Industries, through Infotel Broadband, was then the only player to have taken a pan-India license.

Try Windows 8 with Dual Boot/Virtualization

Microsoft is up with its latest Windows 8 OS.

Everyone of us will wish to have test drive over this new OS.

But each one of us have in our minds that what if we upgrade to this new OS and it not turns out to be satisfactory. Upgrade would mean new installation and loss of previously installed programs, and what if we want back our old OS,,, it simply will take lot of time.

So for test drive u have got 2 options without loosing older OS

First method is much common: installing W8 on other partition(dual Boot)

and other one is Virtualization

Virtualizing

Who needs partitions when you can just run your new operating system within your operating system? Once you’ve downloaded the Windows 8 Consumer Preview installation files and the setup program is asking you where you’d like to slap ‘em – on a USB key or as an ISO file to burn to a DVD – you’re going to want to pick the ISO option this time. Save the ISO file somewhere on your computer, but don’t go reaching for the DVDs just yet – no need.

Head on over to the official website of the (free) virtualization software Oracle VM Virtualbox (hereafter called simply “Virtualbox”) and download the setup file. Why are we not using Windows Virtual PC, you Windows 7 users might ask? Simple: It doesn’t support 64-bit installations of operating systems. Virtualbox does, and is every bit as free as Microsoft’s app.

Once you’ve installed Virtualbox, click on the big ol’ “New” button in the app’s upper-left-hand corner. Enter a good name for your virtual machine on the next prompt and make sure that both Microsoft Windows and Windows 8 are selected within the corresponding “OS Type” drop-downs (it goes without saying).

From here, there aren’t a lot of options that you really need to edit – you can pass through most using the default options that VirtualBox has already selected on your behalf, save for those we mention below.

Click Next until you’re given a slider that asks you to adjust how much memory you want to assign to you virtual operating system. Windows 8 require a minimum of one gigabyte to run; If you can spare it, up your virtual machine to at least two gigabytes (2,048 megabytes).

Now, where are you going to physically store your operating system’s files? On a virtual hard drive, of course! The option to “Create new hard disk” is selected by default once you reach VirtualBox’s Virtual Hard Disk screen. That’s great. Click Next until you reach the screen where you’re asked to set your hard drive’s size. Remember: 16 gigabytes minimum for a 32-bit installation, 20 gigabytes minimum for a 64-bit installation. Adjust your size as you see fit, then click Next (selecting all the default prompts from that point forward) until you’re taken back to the main Oracle VM VirtualBox Manager screen. Almost there!

Highlight your new Virtual Machine and click on the big “Settings” icon above. While you can fiddle with a number of advanced settings to boost the performance of your to-be-Windows 8 installation – like adding support for more of you CPU’s cores within the “System” menu – the most critical piece of the puzzle that you need to set into place is your Windows 8 installation CD. Or, in this case, the ISO you previously made that your Virtual Machine will need to mount to install the OS.

lick on the “Storage” option on the left-hand menu on the Settings window. Under “IDE Controller,” you should see a big fat “Empty” next to an icon of a DVD. Click on "Empty." Then, click on the icon of a CD that appears next to the “CD/DVD Drive” drop-down menu on the right portion of the Settings window. Go find your ISO file. Click “OK” to mount the disc and exit out of the Settings window.

Ready? Click on the big green “Start” arrow after you’ve clicked on your Windows 8 virtual machine. Run through the Windows 8 installation process (it’s easy, since you’re just custom-installing the operating system to a single virtual hard drive), run through the Windows 8 personalization process, and enjoy your new OS within an OS.

These speakers really give gud sound and have lot of contol options but these have got bug. My speaker also had bug, many of other guys are having same bug.
The speakers often donot give output. The contro pod has got some problem with it. The three input lights 4,5 and aux get on all together and speakers donot give any output. This turn ur top end model into garbage. The problem stays even after factory resets. the speakers are masters of themselves. They work when they wish. also when they work the control pod hangs after 15-20 mins of use, lights gets steady but still contol pod works and if u try to restart same bug appears. The speakers get on by themselves even when u turn them off......
I have sent my speakers to service centre, what odd is service centres are available at few places and its realyy annoying to repack and courier these speakers to service centre.....

Logitech has created garbage.... really not acceptable from such expensive speakers!!!

According to a report in Taiwan's DigiTimes,Google is readying the launch of Android 5.0 dubbed Jelly Bean in the second quarter of this year.

The report, quoting Taiwan-based supply chain makers, reveals that Google is reportedly asking users to adopt Android 5.0 and Windows 8 in the same tablet PC. Software giant Microsoft is scheduled to unveil a test version of its Windows 8 operating software later this month.

While Android 4.0 brings a bunch of new features for tablets as well as smartphones, Android 5.0 is likely to be further optimized for tablet PCs. The report states that Google plans to integrate its Chrome system functions to push dual-operating system designs.

The report further claims that Google will let vendors add Android 5.0 to a Windows 8-based tablet or notebook, giving them the option to switch between the operating systems without a reboot.

While most of the Android phone manufacturers have updated their Ice Cream Sandwich release schedules, it is yet to see how the OS climbs in popularity in comparison to its closest rival Apple's iOS 5.

Among other things, Android 4.0 offers a brand new font system called Roboto; lets users take screenshots without rooting the smartphone or installing any third-party apps and transcribes words instantly into text.

The current OS also features Android Beam, based on NFC (Near Field Communication) which allows two Android smartphones to securely exchange Web pages, contacts, media or even applications.

Aakash's oponent at Rs3250.00 to be launched by Bsnl

BSNL announced it would bring three tablets in partnership with Pantel, a company based in Noida. Review: Canon is known for making best Camera's and picture quality of Canon shots is really great, this cam will also offer good picture quality with 16.1 MP Camera and 5x optical zoom. But it is quite expensive as compared to other opponents which offer similar MP and better optical zoom at price much lower than this camera. The optical zoom should had been more at this pricing. the camera is loaded with Digic5 processor and CMOS lens which promise better picture quality. Canon lovers never mind about prices so keep on clicking Pics

Nvidia Releases WHQL-Certified 295.73 GeForce Drivers

Nvidia has released new WHQL Certified 295.73 Ge Force Drivers. This version has been released in line after lot of beta versions.
The new version is quite stable and donot crashes like previous beta version. The beta version had problem that control panel often stopped working but there is no problem with these new drivers.
Nvidia promises that the 295.73 WHQL drivers pack in all the upgrades found in the recent beta drivers, "plus a few other treats." Every GeForce card ever released looks to be supported.
The 295.73 drivers increase performance and offer a slew of compatibility upgrades for all kinds of Nvidia technology, including 3D Vision, PhysX and SLI support. Numerous titles earned new bells and whistles. Nvidia even threw in SLI support for the Mass Effect 3 demo, and Skyrim, Modern Warfare 3 and Battlefield 3 all see significant tweaks. Graphics aren't the only beneficiary of these drivers, by the way: HD Audio and Nvidia Surround received updates and additional mobo support.

Updates:
NVIDIA PhysX
Updates PhysX System Software to 9.12.0209 for improved compatibility with Alice: Madness Returns and Batman: Arkham City.

NVIDIA Surround
Enables WHQL-certified support for NVIDIA Surround on Intel X79 SLI-certified motherboards.

HD Audio
Updates HD Audio to version 1.3.12.0.

Battlefield 3
Fixes instances of texture corruption/artifacts in Battlefield 3 when memory constrained (typically 1GB or less graphics cards running Ultra settings and high resolutions).

Other Details
Supports multiple languages and APIs for GPU computing: CUDA C, CUDA C++, CUDA Fortran, OpenCL, DirectCompute, and Microsoft C++ AMP.
Supports single GPU and NVIDIA SLI technology on DirectX 9, DirectX 10, DirectX 11, and OpenGL, including 3-way SLI, Quad SLI, and SLI support on SLI-certified Intel and AMD motherboards.

Samsung Electronics Co, the world's top television manufacturer, is going to launch
ES8000 TV model whic has voice, motion and face recognition functions, as well as 3D and Internet-enabled capabilities. The models, available in sizes of between 46 and 65 inches, will go on sale from this weekend in South Korea before a global launch in March.
The ES8000 offers a dual-core processor that provides true multitasking and seamless switching between Smart TV applications, allowing you to surf the web while you download or use other applications in the background. For example, you can switch to the NFL app to check the latest score, halfway through a movie you’re watching in Netflix. When you switch back, the movie will resume right where you left off.

All these features are packed into a beautiful set that has hardly any bezel, and a fancy swooping stand that really is a stunner. It has a built-in webcam that allows you to interact with the set using your voice and Kinect-like motion controls with a new feature called Smart Interaction.

The ES8000 also features Samsung’s popular Media Hub, offering on-demand movies and TV shows and content syncing between your Samsung smartphones and tablets. Like Apple’s iCloud service, Media Hub allows you to purchase movies on your tablet while you’re in the office that will automatically appear on your TV back home.

As if that wasn’t enough, the set will be the first of Samsung’s TVs to feature the incredibly popular Angry Birds game, and a new Angry Birds on-demand animated channel — the latter of which is completely free to use.

Samsung has also introduced a number of new services, one of which is called Family Story, which allows you to share photographs and notes with the rest of your family through the TV. Family focus continues with the new Kids service, which offers content perfect for the little ones in your life. (Though they’ll probably be too glued to Angry Birds to use anything else.)

As you’d expect, the ES8000 also offers a full 1080p high-definition display, which is 3D compatible. Samsung is yet to announce a release date or pricing, but we expect to hear more in the coming months.
With the release of Logitech's M600 Touch Mouse, the idea of putting a touch surface on a mouse is officially old hat—we've seen this trick done several times, at varying degrees of proficiency.

The touch mouse to beat is currently the Editors' Choice Microsoft Touch Mouse. We got to spend some time using the new Logitech mouse, and while we'll reserve our ratings for a full review, it's hard to deny that the M600 Touch Mouse is one of the better touch-enabled mice we've used.

The Logitech M600 Touch Mouse is a wireless optical mouse, and it connects wirelessly through a USB nano-receiver, small enough to plug in and leave it for daily use. Plus, thanks to Logitech's Unifying Receiver technology, you can connect up to five additional wireless Logitech products through this one receiver, leaving the rest of your ports free. The shape of the mouse allows it to be used with either right or left hands, with the necessary adjustments available in the accompanying SetPoint software utility.

The touch functionality is reasonably straightforward. You can right and left click, as with any normal mouse, and the mouse clicks with buttons, so there's no need to relearn how to do a basic click. Scrolling up and down is also simple, done just as you would with a physical scroll wheel, but by sliding your finger tip across the surface of the mouse. Plus, because you're using a smooth touch surface instead of a wheel, you can scroll horizontally as well. In our brief time with the mouse, the only function that gave us any difficulty was the horizontal scrolling. When scrolling through a collection of photos, it worked just fine, flipping from one image to the next with each swipe of a finger. When browsing the Web, on the other hand, it lets you jump forward and back, and navigate through Web pages without having to use the forward and back buttons in your browser.

Getting it set up is easy: Put in the batteries and plug in the small USB wireless adapter. The drivers load quickly, and you're good to go. Logitech's SetPoint utility can also be downloaded to provide fine-tuned control over the settings and features of the mouse.

Selling for a suggested retail price of $69.99, the Logitech M600 is similar in price to the Apple Magic Mouse, but costs more than most other competitors, like the Microsoft Explorer Touch Mouse or the Verbatim Wireless Optical Touch Mouse. Logitech also covers the M600 Touch Mouse with a 3-year limited warranty on the hardware.

The M600 Touch Mouse is available for pre-order through Logitech's Web site, and will be shipping later this month.

The US technology titan sent out invitations to a "Windows Consumer Preview" event to be held on February 29 at a hotel in Barcelona during a Mobile World Congress gathering in that city.

Microsoft promised to release more information closer to the end of the month.

The introduction of a test, or beta, version of Windows 8 to the public is expected to be accompanied by the opening of an " app store" stocked with mini-programs tailored for the next-generation operating system.

In December, Microsoft began wooing developers for a February opening of its first Windows Store intended to feature third-party applications crafted for computers powered by the Redmond, Washington-based firm's software.

It will take on Apple and Google in the booming market of fun, hip or functional programs built for smartphones, tablets and computers.

New Nikon D800 36.3MP

D800 from Nikon has arrived, and while it's not quite a D4 in a D700 body like many were hoping for, it does sport a humongous 36.3-megapixel full-frame (FX) sensor (15.4 megapixels in DX format). Nikon says it's the world's highest effective pixel count among interchangeable lens DSLR cameras equipped with image sensors conforming to the 35-mm film size, and we won't argue the claim.

Low-light photographers will want to temper their enthusiasm. Nikon limited the standard ISO range from 100-6,400 with additional support for equivalents of ISO 50-25,600 in Hi2 extended mode, enough to the job done in reasonably lit environments, but well short of the D4's insanely high 204,800 top-end ISO rating.

That doesn't mean there isn't a lot to like on the D800. Nikon equipped its latest DSLR with a new EXPEED 3 image-processing engine that's supposed to be faster and offer better performance than before. It has a new 91K-pixel RGB sensor, and when a human face is detected in the frame, the D800's 3D Color Matrix III technology kicks in to make sure the face receives the proper exposure with regards to available backlighting.

Other bullet points include a 51-point AF system, 3.2-inch LCD monitor, Full HD 1080p video recording, CompactFlash and SD dual memory card slots, and support for USB 3.0, all of which is packed in a lightweight and durable body that's water- and dust-resistant.

Key Features:

It renders texture, nuances and details equivalent to those a high-end medium format camera can deliver.

Advanced Scene Recognition System with enhanced accuracy realized by 91K-pixel RGB sensor
Advanced Scene Recognition System realizes face detection during optical viewfinder shooting. It achieves highly accurate control of auto functions such as AF, AE and AWB utilizing face detection information and detailed scene analysis information.

Multi-area mode Full HD D-Movie that enables a variety of expressions in two formats
It is possible to record 1,920 x 1,080/30p Full HD and HD movies in either of two formats that are FX- and DX-based. You can select the format according to your creative intentions.

Wide sensitivity range of ISO 100 to 6400, expandable to Lo 1 (ISO 50 equivalent) or Hi 2 (ISO 25600 equivalent).

Further improved high-speed, multifunctional, high-performance image-processing engine EXPEED 3.

All it requires is a few keystrokes on your cellphone. The ticket comes in the form of an SMS, which can be shown to the ticket checker instead of a paper ticket.

Railway officials said there was good response to the Mobile Rail Ticket Booking Service, which has been introduced by the IRCTC. Tickets can be booked on the mobile website: www.irctc.co.in/mobile.

The IRCTC mobile website is convenient and easy to use, and can be accessed from any browser enabled mobile having basic GPRS activated on the phone.
After initial registration and downloading the genuine IRCTC software on the mobile handset with internet facility, passengers can book a ticket through the mobile.

After booking, the passenger will receive a reservation message with complete details of the ticket including PNR, Train No, date of journey, class, etc. This virtual message will be treated at par with the print-out of the e-ticket

The simple authorised SMS will have all the vital details, and when displayed through laptops/palmtops/mobile phones combined with valid photo-id in original shall be treated as a valid ticket, an official said. This will take paperless ticketing to the next level, he stated.

Apart from booking a ticket, users can also make an inquiry through a mobile phone about a reservation, check the booked ticket's history (tickets whose date of journey is due will be visible) or just cancel a ticket.

Year 2012 has come up with lots of new cars and also re-makes of previous versions.

Swift Dzire which is much popular car in Indian Market has also come up with remake.

The new Maruti model has 150 new features. The main change is in its length, the lenght of the Dzire has been reduced which has reduced its price about Rs 23000. But inspite of rduced length Maruti has managed to increase space inside car with increased wheel base length.

The car has got pretty interiors which really give good feel. The length of tail of car has been reduced.

In earlier model the tail of the Dzire was having problem with looks, but new Dzire has better back look. The changes have not been made in engine of the car.

Hope that this modified version will fetch more sales as compared to previous version.

My personal opinion also favours new Dzire in terms of its looks specially changed tail and attractive interiors and also you will have to pay less for better car.
