Open a text file in notepad and write:

A nice little tweak for XP. Microsoft reserve 20% of your available bandwidth for their own purposes (suspect for updates and interrogating your machine etc..)

Here's how to get it back:

Click Start-->Run-->type "gpedit.msc" without the "

This opens the group policy editor. Then go to:

Local Computer Policy-->Computer Configuration-->Administrative Templates-->Network-->QOS Packet Scheduler-->Limit Reservable Bandwidth

Double click on Limit Reservable bandwidth. It will say it is not configured, but the truth is under the 'Explain' tab :

"By default, the Packet Scheduler limits the system to 20 percent of the bandwidth of a connection, but you can use this setting to override the default."

So the trick is to ENABLE reservable bandwidth, then set it to ZERO.

This will allow the system to reserve nothing, rather than the default 20%.

I have tested on XP Pro, and Vista & windows7..

As 2010 ended two people were in the news a lot. Jullian Assange because he runs Wikileaks which is publishing information and embarrassing a few corporations and governments.

The other person in the news is Mark Zuckerberg who runs Facebook which through 2010 was accused of leaking our personal information for targeted advertisements.

Recently I came across this poster on polizeros

The poster makes it quite clear that people and their privacy is a distant second to the privacy of corporations and governments. Whether right or wrong is a different argument, but it seems that for some time Zuckerberg will travel the world over picking up awards and appearing on TV shows, while Assange will travel all over appearing in different courts.

World’s First Hack-free Software

Nice to imagine a software which can openly tease the entire hacking community, isn’t it? And such a software is now available courtesy of the Open Kernel Labs which has named it “seL4”. It is basically a micro-kernel (or an Operating system kernel) which restricts access to your hardware based on preferences. The software identifies who is genuine and who is not; in technical terms which software is a malware and which is not.

seL4 has been mathematically proven to operate without glitches even after being implemented. Will it be able to stop malicious programs or not, time will be the best judge. But if it does succeed what I believe would be the start of another generation of anti-virus mechanism which would be far more advanced than what anti-virus can do today. It would become a secure platform for Banks and Stock markets to run without the fear of hacking and malware. However the technology might take time to become available for general use and till then we shall need to rely on our present anti-virus software only

BEST Ways To Bypass Network Firewall

Want to access blocked websites like Facebook, MySpace or Twitter from School or Office but the Network Firewall doesn’t allow you to do so? Here is a quick and foolproof guide to bypass any Network Firewall. Network firewalls are just like your computer firewall which restricts the websites usually chosen the administrator.

Many Schools and Offices use Firewall to restrict students or employees to visit the websites which hey should not visit. There are many ways to bypass a Firewall as well. I’m going to describe three ways to bypass Firewalls.

1. Using HTTPS for Secure Browsing

Let’s say you want to access Facebook and enter facebook.com in your address bar, now the address will automatically change to http://facebook.com and the firewall screen will show up. Now add “s” just after http. For example: https://facebook.com and hit enter. If it works, you’re lucky and if it doesn’t bypass the firewall, then try the next step.

2. Opening a Site using Google Cache

Now, open Google in your browser (an office or school will never block Google or if it does, then skip to the next step) and search for Facebook or anything relevant to that. The Search listing will show Facebook, now click on Cached link and the page will open the cached form of the page(see screenshot).

3. Using TOR to Bypass any Firewall

For this technique to work, you’ll need a USB Key from which you can transfer some files to the school/office computer. This one is risky because many schools does’nt allow you to carry USB Key and use it with the school computer.

Now all you have to do is download TOR and copy it into a USB/PenDrive and take it to school/office(Download the version which can support the OS which your office/school computer uses) and then run it in your school/office computer.

Here, you don’t need to configure anything, just double click on it to extract it and then run the Start TOR Browser application from the extracted files. Now, a window will open(see screenshot) and it will automatically connect to it’s server and then it will open your Firefox and you’re done. Now open any site you like.

Is India ready for 3G services?

3G is supposed to bring in a lot of services and revenues for a lot of people in the telecom ecosystem. The network providers, telecom operators, value added services providers, content providers and the all pervasive handset makers – all set to gain big in this 3G blockbuster.

Companies like Onmobile, Comviva, One97 and Cellebrum are gearing up for to launch their value added services for 3G. Video services, video telephony and mobile TV is another area which is set to explode.

3G launch is not impending in its strict sense. There is a good 6-8 months to go before the auction is done and the operators get their licenses and start their services.

Citing the 3G spectrum to be launched handset makers flooded India with various smartphone offerings. If we set aside the euphoria there is a deeper question which begs to be asked.

3G network and 3G services are different. My question – Is India ready for 3G services?

BSNL and MTNL have launched their 3G services in pockets and have 9000 and 400 subscribers. That is in hundreds and not thousands. That is a little scary but much can be blamed on the way the products are marketed. Can we take that as a skimming strategy and assess the demand for 3G?

More than VAS on 3G many operators would be happy to use the additional spectrum to beef up their voice offerings. Airtel and Vodafone are the most congested networks with more than 170 million subscribers between them. Call drops on these 2 networks are very frequent.

With the number portability around the corner the telcos would be happy to keep the existing customers. Of the 400 million mobile subscribers IN India almost 90% could care less about any of the fancy 3G services. Airtel is looking for the next 100 million in 3 years. It should not lose its current 100 million.

The spectrum offered to the Indian operators is the lowest in the world. In spite of this India is the largest growing telecom market in the world. How ironic?

There is a limit on the number of 3G operators which can operate in a particular circle. The number was 4-5 a year before. Now, there are rumors that each circle will be loaded with 11-12.

Qualcomm is waiting in the wings with its Kayak PC which connects to the Internet using 3G. India also plans to add 300 million mobile users in the next 4 years. What this means is the 3G network will be choked up in no time and we would be looking for the next auction of 4G.

Too many things are chasing too little spectrum. 3G is good but it is time for 4G already.

I get most of my news from the internet or the television, but I still cannot get out of my habit of reading the newspaper first thing in the morning. I grew up in Mumbai and now work in Pune. This makes me miss my local newspapers which I grew up reading. Also sometimes I wish I can look up old archives of some popular Newspapers.

Thankfully ePaperGallery comes to the rescue.

I could look up a few newspapers from around the world and specially from India. Also I could surf through the different editions – city wise on the site.
Most times we can read the front page of the current newspaper, but if you register and login I could look up the entire newspaper.
One good feature of this website was when I was reading the newspaper I could also look up archives of that particular newspaper. This was really useful and I could read some papers dating back to almost a year ago.

In this tutorial you will learn how to hack a computer any where in the world. Ok well not anywhere obviously things like the military and the goverment will have very high security so you definately wont be able 2 hack them using this method. I hope not aniways =\.

A Major Notice If you are behind a router you will need to port forward your router. To do this you can use a DMS. Its hard to explain as every router has a different interface ( homepage that has a different layout ) so i suggest you go to google and search portforward.com. It will teach you how to port forward your router there.

Ok to begin with you will need these three tools

Ok now that you have these three tools your 1st step will be to open up Yuri Rat and then click on server build

n this screen I want you to put your IP address into the DNS/IP section.

To get IP Address go to Start > Run > Type CMD and hit enter. When the black box appears type in IPCONFIG. You will then have your IP Address

Port: You Can Leave As Default (-789)

Assigned Name: Doesn?t effect how the server will work its just to keep you more organized so if you wanted to hack your friend ?JOE? and specifically make this server for him then you may want to type something like ?JOES TROJAN?.

Server Install Name: You should leave this as default as I myself don?t know what the difference is as every server you make is named server when it is 1st created anyway. Do not change it as it may make problems but I am not sure.

Ok as you can see there are more settings on the right hand side. I am going to recommend you settings for different purposes

To Hack A Friend For Fun: Uncheck Everything Unless You Want To Do Optional
(OPTIONAL) Melt Server - Your server will disappear into another folder
(OPTIONAL) Custom Icon if you want to make it more believable or something then get an icon of super Mario or something you get my drift

To Find Out Valuable Information: Check Everything

Ok Now You Are Finished Click Build

Your server will then be saved to your C:\ or Hard Drive which ever you know it as. Now we are going to make the server about 90% Undetectable. Only once has one of my servers been detected by an anti virus and I think it was a Norton not sure which version. Ive scanned more then once with Kasper Sky & Symantec Anti Virus and every time they said its clean so lets begin

Open Up Daemon Crypt

Select Your File by clicking browse and going to the folder your server is in. If you have not moved it, it will most likely be in C:\

So Now You Have This

Click On Crypt and then you can close Daemon Tools

Now Install Your Pc Guard for Win32

When you open it you should get this

Ok you have to do basically the same thing as what you did with daemon tools. Click Browse and then find your server so that you have this

You then want to click on the General Settings and put these settings

Ok now you want to go to customization and make sure nothing is ticked

For the last step you want to click the protection methods tab and set it to plain. And then click on protect

Your server is now undetectable =)

Ok so now we have our server and everything is ready to go. Only thing now is to do some social engineering. Basically just lie to your friend/victim and tell them that it is a harmless file. If you do not know anything about your victim talk 2 him for like 3 days find out what he likes. Then lets say he likes football and naked women XD. say to him its a funny game where you play a 5minute 2D football match and if you win a sexc girl comes up on the screen and strips or something along them lines. Im not to good at social engineering. You could even say to your friend/victim that it is a patch for a game that you know that they have and it adds on extra things. The Server is now on there computer and they have double clicked it. If you checked the melt server option then the server will basically evaporate into their computer. They say hey its not working you say hey thats strange it works on my comp. Ahh fuck it i cant b bothered 2 send it again..

Ok so now you have the server running on there comp and it has opened up the default port for you to connect to.

Once again open Yuri Rat and click on listen. Yuri rat will then listen for your online servers that you have gave to people running on the default port 7898. If the person who you sent the rat to is not online you cant connect. When the server you sent out to your friend/victim a balloon notification will pop up. Note that yuri rat should still be listening for the servers. The server will show up in yuri rat. You right click and press connect. And there you go. you are now successfully connected to your victim

Ok now without uploading plug ins from yuri rat to your friends/victims computer you will only be able to do limited things with the program which are Download files from there comp & put files from your comp onto their comp.

When you are connected click on plug ins and them upload all of them.

You will then have access to keyloggers, screen capture and muc more. If you get stuck click on the help button and it wil tel you more aout plug ins

This tutorial will fully explain you how to hack a website.

Disclaimer: I take no responsibility what you do with it.

First of all you need a target website. (Google & find one)

Once you’ve got it, plug into this website.
http://www.selfseo.com/find_ip_address_of_a_website.php
Once you’ve done that, it’ll split out its IP address.

Next thing you need to do is find out is, it online or offline. (Ping)
Go to http://www.just-ping.com & ping the IP obtained in last step.
Observe the results from ping. (Okay means online)

Now, we need to gather information about the website. (Whois lookup)
Go to http://whois.domaintools.com & plug up the IP or the website.
You’ll see a large amount of information about the website.
Use Google to find even more information about the website.

Once you’re done download, install & open Nmap.
Once you have done that, do a –sT –sV scan of the website.
[That is put, nmap –sT –sV, in Nmap’s command bar & scan website.]
Once done, observe open OS, ports, services running on the website server.]

Once done, you’ll need to find banner of the software.
[Banner: It shows the software & version running on ports.]
Methods depend on the OS of the server.

For WIN VISTA & 7:

You need to download & Open Netcat.
[Because Telnet is disabled in WIN VISTA & 7]

Once done type, nc
Ex: nc 127.0.0.1 21
Once you’ve done that, you’ll get a banner.
This will be displaying all the details of the software running on port.

For other OS:

Open Telnet
[Start > RUN > telnet]

Once done type, O
Ex: O 127.0.0.1 21
Once you’ve done that, you’ll get a banner.
This will be displaying all the details of the software running on port.
If this doesn’t work you can try the first method.

Once you’ve got the banner, you need to search for vulnerability matching with banner.

Once you’ve got the matching exploit of the same version software.

Once done, edit the exploit with notepad & double click to run it.

NEWFOLDER.EXE,AUTOPLAY VIRUS,SSCVIIHOST.exe,

if u r infected with this virus then the following problems will occur in ur pc:

1. u'll find New Folder.exe file in the root path of every storage media you have?

2. u'll find a new folder inside every folder you have?

3. When you doubleclick on one of your hard drive partitions, it shows you some unexpected results?

4. When you rightclick on one of your hard drive partitions, you see a new item called "Autoplay" on top of other items with bold face?

5. When you right click on one of your hard drive partitions, you see some new items with garbage text?

6. When your Antivirus detects and deletes the malware that causes all of that and restart your system, you see an error message similar to: "Windows cannot find SSCVIIHOST.exe..."?

If your answer was ‘Yes’ to any of the above questions then the chances are that you may be infected with the Sohanad virus (otherwise known as New Folder.exe) or one of its variants:

IM-Worm.Win32.Sohanad.ao
IM-Worm.Win32.Sohanad.am

The problem is that this virus is particulary cumbersome to remove, even by reputable anti-virus programs. But their is a solution and it is called SRT (or Sohanad Removal Tool)!

What does this tool do?
It detects and reoves all traces of the Sohanad virus from your system, including floppy disks and USB flash disks (the latter ones must be write enabled during the scan process).

It also removes the leftovers of this virus by removing the 'autorun.inf' files and cleaning up you system registry, so you won’t see the 'autoplay' item anymore.

How to use it?
Start your computer in Safe mode and run this tool. If you have infected floppy/flash disks you can insert them and click start. You can repeat this process for every disk you have.
