Google and YouTube face patent suit in Germany

Technology company Max Sound said it filed a lawsuit against Google and YouTube in Germany earlier this month, alleging infringement of a video-streaming patent.

Max Sound claimed that all the products that use the H.264 video-encoding format for video compression infringed its asserted patent.

Max Sound's allegations include current versions of Google operating system, Android, installed on mobile phones and tablets.

The complaint also addresses Google's latest products in the market such as Nexus 5, Nexus 6, Nexus 9, Chromebook and Chromecast.

The company also alleged violation of patent in the video service from YouTube, in which a newer format VP8 is used along with H.264.

The lawsuit was filed with the District Court of Mannheim, Germany against Google Commerce, Dublin, Ireland, Google Germany GmBH, Germany, and YouTube, Google's subsidiary, the company said.

Max Sound holds a worldwide license of the EU 2 026 277 patent for efficient transfer of digital content, which was founded by VSL communications.

Max Sound, inventor of Max-D HD Audio, which improves audio quality without increasing file size, said the court ruling is expected in less than 12 months.

3) Go to tab “Layout” of your blogger blog.

4) At the top of the Layout section, you can able to see a tab titled “Favicon”

5) Click on the “Edit” button under the Favicon tab.

6) Now a new popup box will appear.

7) Now select the image, that you like to use as a favicon.

8) Kindly note that the selected image is under 100 KB. Blogger will not accept any favicon image above 100 KB.

9) After selection, hit the save button.

10) Now you can see favicon image at the top of your blog in web address.

If you would like to embed youtube videos in blogspot post. There is two method. One you can directly add via share option in youtube or you can do manually. Take look the following steps.

To embed a video from YouTube, just follow these simple steps:

Embedding directly from Youtube site

Step 1:

Click on the "Share" button underneath the YouTube video.

Step 2:

Select "Show more," and then click on the Blogger icon.

Step 3:

Depending on whether or not you're signed in to your blog, you might have to enter in your username and password in the new window that pops up.

Step 4:

At the top of the new window, choose the blog you would like to post to from the drop-down menu.

Publish your post!

Alternatively, you can copy the embed code and paste it into your blog.

Step 1:

Just click on "Share" and then on "Embed" to find the embed code.

Step 2:

You may want that there should be single page which is specifically for labels with number of post. So you can perform following steps:

Step 1:

Go to Layout

Drag the Label gadget and place exactly before Body Post.

Step 2:

Create Blank Static Page with the name of Label. Once you create, click on publish and obtain the page address.

Step 3:

Go to Temple -> Edit HTML

Find </b:skin> and place the following code exactly below
