Feedback from eBayer

2012-04-30T14:40:00.003-07:00

Dear delsonu,

Thank you received book and downloads no problem.

I am actually running it just now as I bought a 64GB pen drive which arrived this morning but when I tried to copy my files over from my 32GB pen drive onto it I kept getting the files corrupt messages. Also I did have problems trying to delete the files I had copied over, which is mentioned in your instructions. Thankfully I did copy and paste rather than cut and paste.

Then your e-mail arrived.

Once I have ran scan I'll leave you feedback, but I can say so far very easy to follow instructions, well laid out, I hope I don't have to use your instructions to recover but if I do I will let you know how I get on.

Please feel free to copy this message for your blog.

Thank you so much.

New Kingston 256GB USB Pen Thumb Drive For EUR 25

2011-08-15T11:31:00.000-07:00

I receive an email from one eBayer who asks me whether this flash drive is fake or not. After review it briefly, I find the listing is most likely to be scam. The pattern of seller rating is same as previous fraudster sellers that I uncover them last year. - check here

A Letter From eBayer

2011-07-19T11:06:00.000-07:00

I receive a letter from one eBayer named Cas who claims as Computer IT support is his professional. :-)
I will answer his questions here.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Hello there!!,

1 Question:- How can you *FIX* a Fake Thumb-Drive since it doesn't allow one to reformat it AND since the Resident CHIP Continues to mi-identify the actual capacity of the Fake Thumb-Drive.
Ans: I bet you never take computer architecture and operating system courses. You do not have the knowledge of storage media is being recognized by CHIP and OS. Fixing a fake "memory" thumb-drive is more than just format.

That's like Fixing a Fake Rolex:- it's just NOT done....they confiscate it & destroy the watch BECAUSE it's a Fake.
Ans: If you fake Rolex is broken and you repair the broken part to make it work again - it is called "FIX", but it does not make fake Rolex to real genuine ROLEX. Of course, ROLEX store will not fix a fake ROLEX and Kingston, Sandisk, Sony and etc will not fix your fake flash drive either.

I think you eBook listing needs a little disclaimer about the *Fix* part...
Ans: My eBook fix the corrupted file system and correct the size to its true size. I do not claim that my eBook can turn your fake (counterfeit) Kingston to real genuine Kingston flash drive. I do not see there is any problem with the "Fix"

Oh wait!!....Unless you're actually IN BED with the Chinese Sellers of the Fakes & Forgeries so you can increase the SALE of you *Timely* eBook to combat the fakes with the promise & hope of a *Fix*.
Ans: Haha.. I bet they want to sleep with me more than I want to sleep with them. They would love to have me to remove my listing and they can continue to sell their fake product. Do you know there is a fake flash drive sold in every 10 seconds years ago in eBay?

If you have read my blog, you should have known that the time I spent to wipe them out from underground.

WOWZA!!,

Talk about creating a Problem & then having the *FIX* for it handily available...for a price of course.

I'd respectfully ask that you change the promise of that *Fix* there in your listing.

It's mis-leading.

"I long to accomplish a great & noble tasks, but it is my chief duty to accomplish humble tasks as though they were great & noble. The world is moved along, not only by the mighty shoves of its heroes, but also by the aggregate of the tiny pushes of each honest worker." Helen Keller

With Respectful & appreciative regards:

Cas

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Unfortunately, they are many people bought a fake flash drive without
knowing it unless it fails to work properly. My listing is to warn
people aware of the scam. Buy or not buy is your choice.

One Year Anniversary - My Blog

2011-02-25T12:40:00.000-08:00

I am not an blogger before this blog. In order to reach out more victims and people about the scam, I create the blog one year ago. The blog has been visited 18000+ times.

Thank you all for the support in the past one year!!!

Merry Xmas and Happy New Year

2010-12-27T10:27:00.000-08:00

I wish everyone has a great merry Xmas and happy new year. It was exactly one year ago, I became the victim of the fake memory device scam. There were hundred of fraudster sellers from far east Asia and some USA sellers running the scam on eBay. I estimated there was a sale closed on every 10-15 seconds. You can imagine how many people has become the victim.

There was no one post a listing on eBay to warn eBayers, even though, the scam has been running on eBay since 2005. I decided to take the challenge on my own hand and started posting the WARNING listing, and slowly developed a step-by-step solution to not only warn people but also helped people to fix their fake flash drives to become usable. One eBayer had used my ebook to fix his flash drives which were bought on eBay 4 years ago.

It was a great learning and growing experience for me. I had mastered the skill on how to fix the flash drives in many different situations and how to take right approach to the problems and provide correct solution (sound like doctor, isn't it? :-) ) On another hand, I also learned from shameful stealer who bought my ebook and rewrote it and sell it as his own solution. I received no apology but a warning message from him to sue me. LOL, what a joke. [ see here ].

I had 100% positive feedback before I started the mission. I was being attacked by unappreciated buyers and fraudster sellers. I was success to counterattack a group of fraudster sellers, who registered in Singapore, used 100+ eBay IDs to run the scam [See here]. Even though, I have lower score in feedback, I believe it is well worth the effort to help the community.

By looking back from year ago, the fraudster sellers have been reduced 90%. Far east Asia fraudster sellers are almost going away. Please still beware of the scam, test it upon receive it.

Merry Xmas and Happy Near Year

Sincerely,
-delsonu

supergloop == jaxanim == IP Violator

2010-11-14T10:34:00.000-08:00

I have received email from other eBayers that "supergloop" and "jaxanim", who violates my IP, is the same person. I can not confirm it until recently, I see both of their listing using the same message:

"Dear Purchaser,

Unfortunately I'm down with the flu, so am unable to process any orders immediately. I hope to get back to normal service towards the end of the week, when all purchases will be dealt with.
Thank you for your understanding and my apologies for any inconvenience.

"Dear Purchaser,

Now, I can confirm they are the same person. Shame on him steals other people IP - read proof here.

Fake Kingston DT310 256GB Flooding In eBay

2010-10-05T22:27:00.000-07:00

I have recently worked with one of the eBayers on Kingston DT310 256GB flash drive. The flash drive is fake and has defective component. If you come across it, please remember to test it thoroughly.

Here is the picture of Kingston DT310 256GB.

Blocking Troublemakers

2010-10-05T19:50:00.000-07:00

After reviewing back the activities of the last few months, I find myself wasted 70% of time dealing with unappreciated buyers. These buyers either can not read or do not read listing properly or leaving negative feedback without communication. Some buyers even used profanity language, and some buyers copied my contents and re-pack it to sell it in CD. I feel very disappointed by their shameless behaviors.

I have to start blocking these troublemakers from certain countries who waste majority of my time. If you need my help and your country in my blocking list, you can contact me through eBay for alternative way.

Unethical Seller and Buyer - travelersneeds

2010-07-08T23:21:00.000-07:00

travelersneeds is an unethical seller and unethical buyer

1. Lets see how travelersneeds as an unethical buyer.
travelersneeds, who bought my book in May 30, 2010, I sent him the book at the same day.

Soon after sending my book, travelersneeds, who sent me a threatening email, wanted me to leave him positive feedback immediately.

I smelled fishy on this buyer. I knew something would happen. After 28 days, travelersneeds filed item not received on eBay. I contacted him and re-sent him my book. Here was what he said - "I DON'T KNOW WHAT YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT"

I realize travelersneeds is an unethical buyer. I found he left ton of negative feedback on his sellers and claimed item not received or broken item.[ see feedback ]

2. Lets see how travelersneeds as an unethical seller.
travelersneeds, who bought my book, should know his 32GB SDHC flash memory cards are fake; however, he still continue to sell them on eBay. [ see listing ]

A poor eBayer who paid $40+ on 32GB SDHC card for wedding pictures, suffered the loss of valuable and unrecoverable data.

If you have purchased 32GB SDHC card from travelersneeds, you must test it thoroughly, and file fraud report to eBay. You must help the community to get him out from eBay.

Now, you know who is THIEF and HIGHWAY ROBBER.

I receive a message from joculex who posts a message on fake-memory.com claiming me an untrusted seller and scamming victim money - http://fake-memory.com/forum/index.php?topic=1058.0

joculex, who pull out all negative feedback on me, write them on fake-memory.com. I wonder ..

1. Why joculex does not mention others who do the similar listing in eBay.
2. Why joculex does not mention that I have more than 500+ POSITIVE FEEDBACK.
3. Why joculex does not mention that I am the only ONE who provides technical support to others.
4. Why joculex has no doubt on people leave "not receive item" which I can re-send it (email it) thousand times.

People say it does not work because they never contact me. My solution is more than a book, it is a brain behind it.

Selling a book is the only way to fund my campaign. I appreciate eBayers who purchase my book. Without you, I will not survive in fighting against fraudster sellers. It costs ~USD $100+ per month to run auction listing on eBay, but it will reach more eBayers, so eBayers aware of the scam.

There are only two type of people who hate me so badly. One is fraudster sellers, another one is jaxanim who is caught on stealing my intellectual property and resell it in CD. [ See PROOF here]

joculex is not fraudster seller, so there is only one possibility - joculex is one of jaxanim' gangs.
joculex is the administrator of fake-memory.com forum; let see who the owner is:

Registrant:
 Brian Matthews
 355 Monnow Way
 Newport, NP20 7SZ
 GB

 Domain name: FAKE-MEMORY.COM

joculex, jaxanim and fake-memory.com owner are all coming from UK.

Lets see who joculex is in more details:

joculex writes the message below on fake-memory.com:
"WARNING........This seller is taking advantage of the FAKE sellers to SCAM even more cash from the VICTIM"

Look at what joculex does in eBay:
1. Repair system: (see listing)

While joculex claiming me take advantage of victims, joculex actually sells the repair system to victims. Isn't joculex just slapping on his own face?

2. Sell Fake Flash Drives: (see listing)

joculex claims there is a chance of 128GB in his listing
"Capacity — 128GB <<---------Some Chance!!

joculex should know it well. THERE IS ZERO CHANCE, but joculex still scams people to believe it.

Now, you should know who is the REAL SCAMMER, who takes advantage of victims.

Decoys are used to increase their feedback rating, some of the decoys will turn into sellers. They start to sell small size 2-4GB flash drives or batteries or electronic components. Once they build up good feedback rating, then they expand it to Europe and Australia and start selling BIG flash memory, the scam is rolling untill you report them to eBay.

If you have purchased flash drives, memory cards from them, please test it thoroughly, file a fraud report to eBay and get your money back.

ACT NOW BEFORE IT IS TOO LATE!!!!

Under Attack - Part 2

2010-07-02T01:04:00.000-07:00

Fraudster sellers send their decoys to bid my book and then leave negative feedback. They realize that they do not pay, their feedback will be removed (see big-storez negative feedback is gone). They pay me on crytstal-bre id and then they open claim on PayPal week later.

Now, they send another decoy - kind.guy900 who succeed to won my book. I guess I will receive negative feedback very soon.

Instead of being defendant, I decide to do counter attack. I find out that they change their decoys feedback to private, so no one can see bad comment on them. What a smart move; however, it helps me to identify their decoys more quickly.

I find out they have over 100 eBayer ID to execute their scheme. They are all registered in Singapore. I believe this is operated by a corporation. Most of the victims are coming from Europe and Australia. These buyers shall pay more attention to it.

Intellectual Property Violator - Shame On You "jaxanim"

2010-06-24T18:07:00.000-07:00

I found one of eBayers who bought my book in Feb, 2010 and turns my step-by-step system into CD-based and resell it without my permission. If you have purchased the CD from jaxanim, please ask your MONEY back.

Listing:

Proof of purchase:

I am really disappointed by such incident. I spend my time, money and all the efforts to develop the solution and you take advantage of it. SHAME ON YOU.

Update: I receive an email from jaxanim.

Mr Goh,
I understand you are contacting purchasers of the Fake Fixer CD with
claims of copyright violation.
You must cease and desist immediately. Also withdraw your slanderous
comments from your website.
My lawyers are looking into this issue, which looks very much like
defamation on a public platform.
If you do not stop forthwith you will become subject to litigation.
Please be quite clear, nothing on the CD is a copy of the email/ebook
you are selling on eBay.
Similarly, you have no claims on the use of Freeware that's available to
all.
After I purchased your item in February, I thought I could do better and
decided a CD based solution is needed.
This CD has been produced through considerable effort using fully
licensed CD design software.
The same Freeware programs are used because our extensive research
indicates they are the best programs.
The graphics on the CD are all original, the words are all original and
there is nothing to support copyright violation.
Please check your facts on this before acting impulsively.
I suspect you are angry that competition has arived. That is the way it
works I'm afraid. If you wish to compete, improve your product.
JaX

A person who buys my book and learns my step-by-step system and then repacking in CD and call it is his own work. WHAT A JOKE.

Didn't he just admit that he use my solution? My solution is more than just a book; it is a brain behinds it. You will not get the support like my buyers do. GOOD LUCK!

Under Attack - Part 1

2010-06-20T21:07:00.000-07:00

I have been under attacked recently by fraudster sellers - flash*8431.

Two of fraudster sellers decoy - crytstal-bre and big-storez.
They left negative feedback on me without paying my book but they left positive feedback on fraudster sellers, who sold flash drive, were no longer be registered with eBay.

crytstal-bre:

big-storez:

I need your help to leave me POSITIVE FEEDBACK to make fraudster sellers' attack worthless!!!!

Update: July 1, 2010

flash*8431 make all his decoy to have "private" feedback, so other people see my comments on them. He sends another decoy to attack me again. HA.... For those who have purchased "128GB USB Leather Stick Flash Pen Thumb Drive Memory" should test your flash drive and get your money back ASAP!!!

Am I Jealous or Am I A Scammer?

2010-06-01T01:33:00.000-07:00

I have been very busy in May. I do not have much time to update the blog but I want to share with you that I have received two messages from eBayers few days ago.

Message 1:
Dear delsonu,

wow you really dont have anything better to do with your time....is it youre jealous others are making money and you are not hmmmm I think so

- kitfin

Message 2:
Dear delsonu,

you are the scamer, you want to make money from nothing?

- egyptaion21

Am I jealous or scammer? I think bright eBayers have the answer.

Meanwhile, you may want to be awake of these two eBayers who may hate me blocking their chance to make "money".

You have nothing to lose to trust me

2010-05-08T17:49:00.000-07:00

If you are lucky to get my message, you have nothing to lose to just trust me. You will never be regret!!!

Dear delsonu,

OK I had the flash drive tested. Boy I feel stupid. I'm trying to do the resolution thing. I know there is no return address on the evelopes. Thanks for the heads up.

Fake Flash Drive Seller Trick

2010-04-24T15:58:00.000-07:00

This seller, who lists 64GB flash drive for only $14.99 (attractive price, isn't it?), changes the item location from Hong Kong to United State (USA), sold 800+ in less than 9 days; whereas the item is listed in Hong Kong, sold only 20+ in 20 days

Item listed location in United State: sold 828

Item listed location in Hong Kong: sold 21

Days of listing:

Seller profile and location: China

How much will the seller make per month?
From the statistic, the average sale per day is 100.
It is 3000 flash drive sold in 30 days. Lets say the seller make half of it $7.50 after all the expenses. It is about $22500 USD.
As a sale person in China, they make average $200-$300 USD per month. $22500/200 or 300 = 75 ~ 112 times of their monthly salary, almost 6-9 years of work salary!!!

Now, you know why these unethical sellers never go away, the scam has been running since 2007. They will never go away until eBayers are educated to help themselves.

Believe me or not?

2010-04-24T14:48:00.000-07:00

How hard shall I work to convince you that is FAKE?

Dear bxxxx,

It is not about the speed. The drive has real capacity of few GB, not 128GB. Copy few large movie files (5-10GB in total) and then try to play the movies.

The worst part is you will encounter data corruption and lose your valuable data.

It is your choice. I am sorry to bother you. Good luck.

Tough Fight For Refund

2010-04-24T00:07:00.000-07:00

She is one of the eBayers that I have helped in this month. She spends about $80+ USD to buy a 128GB Sony flash drive from a USA seller. After receiving my message, she checks Sony website and can not find the product. I do not what she has written to the seller but she gets a very nasty reply back from the seller.

"Here's an example of one of the messages he sent me today:

YOU LYING SCUMBAG!

Why don't you prove that it is NOT a Sony flash drive!

I advertised a "no questions asked 15 day return for full refund", and told you to send it back if you wanted and I would issue a refund WHEN I RECEIVED IT, yet you filed a false complaint with Paypal!!!

YOU ARE LYING SCUM!!!

I REALLY need to STOP selling on ebay and dealing with mentally diseased and lying pieces of human garbage like YOU!!!

Since you're such a lying piece of garbage, I'm now disputing your complaint!!!

You're claiming it's not a Sony when the package and the flash drive say Sony right on it.

Good luck proving it's not!!!
"

Is safe to buy from USA seller? Not at all.

Here is the message from other eBayer:

Dear delsonu,

I am very appreciative that you are spending the effort to call attention to this problem. I have been burned many times trying to get a big flash drive cheap. I figured if I backed off on the size and paid more I wouldn't get scammed. Well, it isn't true. Even a $1 per gigabyte, and with a USA vendor I got junk. At least the return shipping fees were nominal.

And with all the counterfeits being sold, the fact it says Kingston or Lexmark doesn't mean anything. Some how, some sanity needs to be be brought into play. Your 'auctions' are doing a lot of good to shine light on this problem area.

Victim of Fake Flash Drive Scam in April 2010
