										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Milano, 13 maggio ‘26 — Si è ufficialmente insediato il nuovo Consiglio di Amministrazione e la nuova governance di Tecnoalimenti, nominati a seguito dell’Assemblea dei soci.</p>
<p>Nel corso dell’Assemblea è stato nominato Presidente Raffaele Pezzoli, che guiderà l’organizzazione per il mandato 2026-2028.</p>

<p>Nel suo intervento di insediamento, il Presidente Pezzoli ha dichiarato:</p>
<p><em>“Accolgo questo incarico con grande rispetto per il lavoro costruito in questi quarant’anni da Tecnoalimenti e con il desiderio di contribuire al suo percorso futuro.</em></p>
<p><em>Desidero innanzitutto rivolgere un sincero ringraziamento al Presidente Dott. Angelo Zambrini per il lavoro svolto e per il contributo dato alla crescita di questa realtà, insieme al Dott. Raffaello Prugger, al Dott. Marco De Vito e a tutto lo staff di Tecnoalimenti che, con professionalità, competenza e determinazione, hanno costruito nel tempo un punto di riferimento riconosciuto tra ricerca e impresa.</em></p>
<p><em>Ho conosciuto Tecnoalimenti da cliente e ne ho apprezzato direttamente il valore: la capacità di mettere in relazione competenze scientifiche, ricerca applicata e bisogni concreti delle aziende. Una missione nella quale mi riconosco profondamente.</em></p>
<p><em>Nel mio percorso imprenditoriale ho maturato la convinzione che la collaborazione tra imprese, ricerca e competenze specialistiche rappresenti uno dei principali fattori di competitività per il nostro sistema produttivo. In un contesto che cambia rapidamente, credo che il ruolo di realtà come Tecnoalimenti diventi ancora più importante: accompagnare le imprese nell’innovazione, trasformando conoscenza e ricerca in soluzioni applicabili e crescita concreta.</em></p>
<p><em>Entro in questo ruolo con la volontà di portare il punto di vista di chi ha vissuto l’impresa dall’interno e di contribuire affinché Tecnoalimenti continui a essere uno spazio di incontro tra ricerca, innovazione e sistema produttivo, generando valore per le aziende e per il territorio.”</em></p>
<p>Il nuovo CdA, che ha confermato il nuovo Direttore Marco De Vito, si pone l’obiettivo di rafforzare il percorso di crescita di Tecnoalimenti, consolidando le attività già avviate e promuovendo nuove iniziative orientate all’innovazione e alla sostenibilità, a vantaggio dei Soci e del settore agroalimentare.”</p>
<p>L’organizzazione desidera inoltre ringraziare il precedente Consiglio di Amministrazione, il Presidente uscente Angelo V. Zambrini ed il Direttore uscente Raffaello Prugger, per il lavoro svolto e il contributo apportato durante il mandato.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><span style="font-size: 19px; color: #ff0000;"><strong>CONSERWA (Evidence-based support for transition to agroecological weed management in diverse farming systems and European regions)</strong></span></p>
<p>There is an urgent need to move towards sustainable weed management strategies. Agroecology offers a unique approach &amp; seeks to transform food &amp; agriculture systems, providing long-term solutions. Challenge 1: Agroecological practices are already applied to different degrees. However, wide adoption of agroecological weed management has lagged behind our understanding of its benefits and way to optimally apply it in different cases. Challenge 2: Even with simple agroecological practices, uptake by farmers has been limited.</p>
<p>Impediments to employing such practices include inadequate policy instruments, a lack of market mechanisms, and a paucity of social infrastructure with which to influence learning &amp; decision-making by farmers. Challenge 3: Weeds are expected to become more difficult to reliably control with herbicides under increasing CO2 and climate change (CC). Nevertheless, practical implications of climate change for the many non-chemical tactics integral to agroecological weeding have not been thoroughly addressed yet.</p>
<p>CONSERWA will address the aforementioned challenges by: a) compiling a portfolio of agroecological farming practices, studying their optimal combinations &amp; transferability, including suitability under CC scenarios, b) supporting the implementation of these combinations and the measurement of their performance &amp; impacts using novel tools, c) supporting knowledge management &amp; communication between stakeholders with</p>
<p>the ultimate goal of practical decision-making and impact assessment through an open DSS, d) studying factors influencing farmers’ decision-making in applying agroecological farming, working together with the value chain, such as the food processors &amp; consultancy services.</p>
<p>The study will be facilitated by case studies covering all European biogeographical/pedo-climatic regions and involving a wide range of crops &amp; farming systems. CONSERWA focuses also on training of farmers, as well as on policy making (through policy recommendations).</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><span style="font-size: 19px; color: #ff0000;"><strong>VISS (Viable, safe and sustainable PHBV value chain for food packaging applications) </strong></span></p>
<p>The European plastics policy highlights bio-based plastics as a key piece to solve the negative impact of fossil-based plastics in the environment. One of the most promising biodegradable biopolymers is the polyhydroxyalkanoates (PHAs) family that can replace these fossil-based plastics in many applications. They are synthesised by microorganisms from renewable carbon sources and exhibit good properties and excellent biodegradability.</p>
<p>In this sense, ViSS project will create a new value chain around PHBV (a copolymer of the PHAs family) as a safe, sustainable, and cost effective alternative to conventional plastics, especially for short shelf-life food packaging applications due to its excellent properties including flexibility, processability, recyclability and biodegradability in relevant environments (soil, freshwater, marine, industrial composting and home composting). ViSS PHBV will be produced from industrial organic residues and will be formulated and compounded to be transformed and validated as high-performance food packaging, being mechanically recyclable and biodegradable.</p>
<p>Moreover, the whole ViSS circular value chain will be constructed upon a collaborative approach and under safe and sustainable criteria, accomplishing EU regulations and ensuring policy alignment, while the project will deliver and disseminate digital tools and resources which will favour an increased social readiness and marketability of bio-based plastics, fostering a ViSS wide adoption and replication.</p>
<p>Our project gathers 15 partners from 6 European countries leaders in different fields of knowledge, from bioplastic production to validation in real packaging applications.</p>
<p>Adoption of ViSS value chain will produce relevant outcomes as improved functionalities and environmental performances: reduction of 57.8% of CO2 emissions compared to fossil counterparts, yearly saving 11.7 kt of crude oil, recirculating 288.95 kt of biomass, avoiding the use of 2.2 kt of hazardous substances.</p>

<p>STARHAUS is dedicated to creating an impact within modern consumer communities by encouraging behavioral and technological changes for healthier and more sustainable lifestyles at affordable prices. The project centers on the power of communities to drive societal change, measuring citizens&#8217; openness to custom products in a circular economy. This approach combines innovative human-machine interaction with an artistic touch. The project builds on previous experiences in areas like fast-moving consumer goods, decentralized products, social sciences, art, and human-centric digital transition. Aligned with the New European Bauhaus concept, STARHAUS aims to apply these principles to its activities. The multidisciplinary team seeks to contribute to sustainable products, promoting a shift toward a circular economy, environmental care, and responsible production. Addressing the imbalance in modern society, STARHAUS focuses on high-impact urban communities, studying citizen reactions to custom production-consumption models and proposing scalable solutions for increased sustainability involvement.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><span style="font-size: 19px; color: #ff0000;"><strong>HarvRESt (Harnessing the vast potential of RES for sustainable farming) </strong></span></p>
<p>Competitive conflicts for land use between the energy and food sectors have appeared, which could be mitigated by the vertical integration of RES in farms through new circular business models. By this approach, farms will become climate neutral, optimising their production and reducing their impact on natural resources and biodiversity, on top of providing energy services to communities and diversifying their economic income. However, there is a need to identify, understand and overcome major existing barriers perceived by agricultural communities. Moreover, current initiatives do not to effectively consider and address the complex interactions and factors from the farming and RES context, thus missing to support decision making based on accurate projections, estimations and forecasts.</p>
<p>HarvRESt will work on these needs by improving the existing knowledge and its fragmented status, which will be feed to an Agricultural.</p>
<p>Virtual Power Plant able to run different scenarios and farm configurations to determine the best operation procedures for a given RES solution. This data will be then provided to a decision support system able to weight trade-offs and key indicators to provide ad-hoc recommendations to farmers and policy makers, thus enabling the consecution of improved production rates on renewable energy, food &amp; feed within agro communities. For the successful execution of HarvRESt and implementation of recommendations, a multi-actor approach fostering co-creation sessions together with the provision of training materials for farmers empowerment will be implemented.</p>
<p>The full approach of HarvRESt will be supported and executed at 4 use cases representing different topologies of farms, a diversity of stakeholders and organizational structures, distinct geographical conditions and a wide variety of RES technologies. Together with HarvRESt community and mapped initiatives, the project will act as a hub for knowledge and best-practices on RES</p>
<p>integration at farm level.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><span style="font-size: 19px; color: #ff0000;"><strong>CUES (Consumers’ Understanding of Eating Sustainably)</strong></span></p>
<p><strong> </strong>Fostering a significant Triple Change concerning culture, food value chain, and policy in the food system is crucial for ensuring that sustainable food is desirable and trustworthy for consumers. To address the urgent need for a more sustainable food system that benefits the environment, society, and the economy, CUES sets out to foster the Triple Change through co-designing scientific methods and approaches to transmit and present sustainability-related information to guide consumer knowledge and behaviour, and to determine the persuasive cues to promote sustainable consumer behaviour most effectively. CUES will develop nine interventions through a multi-actor participatory approach involving consumers, actors in the food value chain, and decision-makers in different European countries. The learning community, communication and behaviour change toolkits developed by CUES aim to reach at least three million consumers, increasing their consumption of sustainable food.</p>
