It’s just a concept, but Art Lebedev Studio designed a smartphone for Scartel, a Russian carrier which just rolled out a WiMAX network, oh yes! This is a multifunction device with WiMAX support, as well as Wi-Fi and triple-band GSM capabilities.

Toda a gente adora saber notícias do universo, e hoje é mais um dia feliz para os aficionados do tema.
Estive a acompanhar na NASA TV as últimas horas da Phoenix Mars Lander, a tensão em directo do controlo de missão na NASA foi brutal, a cada boa notícia a equipa ficava esfuziante de alegria! Lindo, lindo, emoção à flor da pele!

Pelo que se sabe até este momento, e pela pouquíssima informação que receberam da Phoenix, correu tudo bem! Mas há muito ainda para saber. Estão neste momento à espera de informação sobre se os painéis solares abriram, ou não, mas tudo aponta para que sim, uma vez que a Phoenix aterrou numa superfície praticamente horizontal, sem rochas.

Esta sonda vai estudar a parte do polo norte de Marte, onde se sabe existir gelo pouco abaixo da superfície, a Phoenix vai escavar, e analisar tanto a água, como o solo.

Por agora é o culminar em sucesso de 5 anos de trabalho!

A última versão do browser preferido dos geeks acabou de sair, na versão de Release Candidate 1, o que quer dizer que em princípio os bugs que tem não serão impeditivos de um uso mais alargado. Esta versão trás algumas alterações estéticas, muitos melhoramentos de segurança, performance e estabilidade. E eu digo OLÉ a isso!
