Raw Approach

1. Take Food Processor.
2. Add 1 CUP Almonds
3. Add 1 CUP Cashew Nuts.
4. Add 1/2 CUP Walnuts.
5. Add 1/2 CUP Pista.
6. Add 1 TABLE SPOON Poppy Seeds.
7. Add 1/4 CUP Flax Seeds.
8. Add 1/4 CUP Raisins.
9. Add 15 - 20 Medjool Dates (Remove the Pits). (Based on How much sweet you want.)
10. Add 4 - 5 Anjeera Dried.
11. Add 4 -5 Elachi's Powder.
12. Add Any other Nuts what ever you like. (But Do not Add Peanuts and Sesame If you want to see Sesame and Peanut Laddu recepies look at my other links given at the end).
Preparation:

Blend all above in Food Processor in a coarse texture until you can make laddu (balls) with the mixture. If still not farming the ball add more dates (or) add some honey.

I usually eat this for 2 weeks also.

Cooked Approach

1. Same all above ingredients except (Raisins, Dates and Anjeera).
2. Heat the pan add Ghee (or) oil (or) Dry fry these nuts in the pan.
3. Powder all the nuts to coarse texture.
4. Puree the Dates , raisins, anjeera in blender.
5. Add the paste to the Nuts powder and heat the pan to mix and add honey.
6. Once the paste is ready put it in Plate and cut like pieces.
1.5 cups cooked chickpeas or one 15 oz can

1/2 cup peanut butter

2 tsp. vanilla extract

1/4 cup agave

1 tsp. baking powder

pinch of salt

1/4 cup rolled oats

1/2 cup vegan chocolate chips, carob chips or cacao nibs

</dir>

Directions

Preheat oven to 350° and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Combine chickpeas, peanut butter, vanilla extract, agave, baking powder and salt in blender until mostly smooth. The batter will be a little thick so you may need to scrape the sides down a couple of times. Transfer batter to a medium bowl and mix in oats and chocolate.

Wet hands and roll batter into balls about 1.5″ thick. Place on baking sheet 1″ apart. Use the palm of your hand to slightly flatten balls on top.

Bake for 18-20 minutes, until cookies are firm on edges. Remove from oven and allow to cool 10 minutes before enjoying. Makes about 16 cookies.

Baked Cinnamon Apples

Ingredients:
10 apples - cored, peeled and sliced thinly
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 cup brown sugar
2 teaspoons lemon juice (optional)
1 dash salt
1 dash nutmeg

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375
2. Place cut and peeled apples in a mixing bowl and gently mix all the ingredients together.
3. Put apples in a non-stick pan, cover, and place in the oven. (Note: You can just mix the ingredients together in the pan if it’s non-stick. Or, you can coat the pan with a little margarine first to prevent sticking.)
4. Bake for 45 minutes, stirring at least once every 15 minutes.
5. Once the apples are soft, cook for a few more minutes to thicken the cinnamon sauce.

1. Lightly dry roast the peanuts, you can remove the skin or upper layer if you don't want, I generally don't

remove the skin.

2. Prepare dates paste by removing seeds from them either by using stone grinder or mixi.

3. Take the peanuts into stone grinder or big bowl break the peanuts using stone or any wood stick little

bit, don't make powder. Just break them little bit.

4. Add elachi powder and dates paste and mix well these ingredients.

5. Add honey to these dates, and peanuts mixture and mix well with hand, I felt little hard to mix them with

hand I use my stand mixer with dough hook to mix these ingredients.

6. Now prepare balls with this mixture. Nice healthy peanuts balls are ready to serve.

Because we are not using joggery to prepare these balls those are very good for health.

With above mentioned quantities I get approximately 10 balls.

Peanuts have lot of protein, dates have lot of iron, and these balls can eat by anyone daily two balls are

very good for health. They are really tasty than normal peanut balls.

Ingredients:

1/2 cup golden flax seed powder or meal

1/2 cup coarsely ground walnut

1/2 cup coarsely ground almonds

1/2 cup coarsely ground cashews

1 teaspoon crushed cardamom about 8 cardamoms

1 cup sugar

1/4 cup water

Method of Preparation:

Grease the 8 inch plate and set aside.

Dry roast flex seed, over medium heat for about 1 minute. Add walnut, almond and cashew powder. Dry roast for about 2 minutes stirring continuously. Do not over roast the nuts, nuts will become oily.

Turn off the heat. Add cardamom mix it well and take out in a bowl. Set aside.

In same sauce pan boil the sugar and water together over medium heat. After syrup come to boil lower the heat to medium and let it boil for 1-2 minutes. To check the syrup put a drop over dry surface and check with finger syrup should be just sticky. On candy thermometer it should show 205 degree Ferranti.

Turn off the heat. Add the nuts mixture to the syrup. Mix it well and quickly spread over the greased plate by pressing from all sides to keep 1/4 inches in thickness and the edges clean.

Cool for a few minutes and cut them in about 1-1/2 inch square shape

Changes I have done:

Instead of 1 cup sugar added 1/2 cup (or little lesser for little less sweet) honey and did all the remaining as above, it worked great and tasted great.

Brown Rice is considered to be one of the most nutritious and healthiest foods. If you are worried about your growing weight, feeling fatigue, more often, want to stay away from diabetes; want to keep your cholesterol level down then brown rice is the right kind of food for you. Therefore every individual should wake up himself and abolish the use of white Rice and supplement it with brown rice.

Brown rice is a very nutritious and healthy product. As of now let us learn how to cook brown rice in a few simple steps:

Cooking brown rice is a little tricky and time taking process. Many people have trouble cooking brown rice in the beginning. Once you cook regularly you get used to it. You must bear this in order get the full nutrients it has. The first step is to clean and rinse the rice properly and soak in lukewarm water for at least half an hour or more. Since brown rice is a whole large grain with upper bran layer intact; it needs to be soaked in lukewarm water for better result.

Here you must learn to add right amount of water to cook brown rice. For cooking brown rice take double the quantity of water to rice. For example:

1. If you are cooking 2 cups of rice add 4 cups of water. Any thing less makes the rice hard to eat and anything more makes it messy.

2. Now put on the stove and cook the rice on high flame for 5 to 10 minutes and then reduce the flame letting the rice cook in a simmer for another 20 minutes. It usually takes long time to cook when compared to white rice. Do not bother about the gas expenditure while cooking. Think about the benefits of eating brown rice. Because regular use of brown rice keeps you away from doctors and medicines.

3. When the rice is cooked take off the stove and keep the lid closed for a while for better results.

Your rice is now ready to serve.
Roast the Cashew Nuts for a few minutes and crush them into half pieces – half powder in a mixer grinder. If you can’t afford cashew nuts you can use groundnuts as its substitute. It can also be very delicious.

Take a non-stick pan and put on the stove in a sim flame. Now add the crushed carrots into it and cook it for a few minutes till the raw flavour goes off and water coming out of it dries.

Add honey into it and mix it well and cook for a few minutes. When you cook honey it’s true that some of the nutritional values might be reduced but it’s not harmful right? We are substituting it with sugar which is a prohibited item in our Natural Ways of Living.

Now it’s the time to add some Cashew Nuts / Ground Nuts crushed into half pieces – half powder and mix it well. This adds tremendous flavour to our dessert while eating.

Finally add 2 table spoons of Corn Flour into the pan and mix it well and cook it for couple of minutes. When all the water gets evaporated remove the pan and let it cool for a few minutes.

Add Cardamom powder for fine flavour and fragrance.

When the cooked ingredient is cooled off, make rolls of your desired size in an oval shape and roll them on the coconut pieces crushed and roasted before. The small coconut pieces give you crunchy and crispy taste while eating.
