&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;Ontem fui convidada para jantar na casa da minha amiga Sandra e fui incumbida de levar a sobremesa. Como tinha um bolo de brigadeiro comprado das compras coletivas fiquei tranquila mas só depois vi que precisava reservar o bolo com 24 horas de antecedência. O jeito foi improvisar com o que tinha em casa mesmo. Uvas... Porém essa sobremesa deve ficar boa também com morangos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;É uma receita muito prática e simples de fazer, para aqueles momentos que precisamos de algo ultra rápido, como eu ontem que tinha 30 minutos para deixá-la pronta.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;Ingredientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;2 latas de leite condensado&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;2 colheres de manteiga&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;200 g de chocolate ao leite&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;100 g de chocolate meio amargo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;200 g de creme de leite fresco&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;1 colher(sopa) de conhaque&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;Uvas Itália ou Rubi cortadas ao meio sem sementes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;Modo de Preparo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;Faça um brigadeiro branco com o leite condensado e a manteiga. Reserve.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;Derreta no microondas ou em banho maria os chocolates. Acrescente o creme de leite, o conhaque e misture bem.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;Para a montagem, coloque primeiro o brigadeiro branco, depois as uvas e por cima o ganache de chocolate. Decore com algumas uvas viradas com o corte para baixo. Leve a geladeira.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;Nos últimos tempos tenho tentado incluir mais produtos integrais na minha alimentação. Quando vou fazer uma receita de bolo normalmente coloco metade da medida de farinha da integral. Não dá muita diferença no sabor porém fica um bolo muito mais saudável. Esta receita adaptei de uma que vi no site &lt;a href="http://tudogostoso.uol.com.br/receita/79-bolo-de-fuba-da-vo-maria.html"&gt;Tudo Gostoso&lt;/a&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;Ingredientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;4 ovos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;2 xícaras de açúcar&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;3 colheres(sopa) de manteiga&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;1 xícara de leite&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;1 xícara de fubá&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;1 xícara de farinha de trigo integral&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;1 xícara de farinha de trigo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;1 colher(sopa) de fermento em pó&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;Modo de Preparo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;Bata na batedeira as claras em neve, acrescente o açúcar e continue batendo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;Acrescente aos poucos as gemas, a margarina, o leite, a farinha de trigo, o fubá ainda batendo.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;Coloque por último o fermento e bata por mais 1 minuto.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;250 g de chocolate meio amargo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;200 g de bolacha de maizena&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;100 g de manteiga sem sal&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;1 pote de creme de leite fresco&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;2 colheres de licor de chocolate( usei um com pequi que tinha em casa)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;1/2 caixinha de creme de leite&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;1 pacote de mini suspiros &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;Modo de Preparo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;Unte com manteiga uma forma com fundo removível. Pré-aqueça o forno.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;Triture a bolacha no liquidificador até fazer uma farofa. Passe-a para uma vasilha e adicione a manteiga derretida e o creme de leite aos poucos até dar o ponto. Deve ficar uma bola de massa. Forre o fundo e as laterais da assadeira com a massa. Asse em forno médio por 10 minutos. Reserve até esfriar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;Derreta o chocolate no micro-ondas ou em banho maria. Acrescente o creme de leite fresco e mexa para incorporar. Deite esse recheio sobre a massa de bolacha e acrescente os suspiros por cima.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;Leve a geladeira por umas 2 horas. Desenforme e sirva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;Neste feriado de Tiradentes como não fomos viajar resolvi reunir os amigos que também ficaram por aqui para um jantarzinho. Para esta noite fiz um prato mais informal, de boteco, o escondidinho de carne seca. Para acompanhar apenas pão e arroz branco. Se resolver se aventurar nesta receita prepare o braço pois fazer purê de mandioca precisa de preparo físico...rs&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;Mas no resto é bem tranquilo e fácil de fazer. Só não deixe de experimentar pra não ficar salgado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;Foi uma noite bem gostosa, com muita conversa, diversão, música, comida a vontade e amigos muito especiais.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;Queijo parmesão ralado &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt; 1 pote de creme de leite fresco&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;Modo de Preparo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;Lave bem os pedaços de carne seca e deixe de molho por 2 horas. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;Enquanto isso coloque a mandioca para cozinhar na panela de pressão. Deixe por uns 20 minutos, ela deve ficar bem macia para fazer o purê. Depois de cozida passe pelo processador. Despeje em uma panela, leve ao fogo e acrescente a manteiga e o leite para amolecer um pouco. Não tenho a proporção de leite pois fui acrescentado até dar um ponto mais mole. Coloque o creme de leite, o requeijão e acerte o sal. Reserve.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;Cozinhe a carne na panela de pressão por 40 minutos. Depois de cozida lave novamente, retire a gordura e desfie. Leve uma panela ao fogo com azeite e doure o alho e a cebola. Acrescente a carne e deixe fritar um pouco. Coloque o tomate, a pimenta calabresa e a salsinha. Acerte o sal e reserve.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;Em um refratário untado com manteiga coloque uma camada de mandioca, uma camada de carne seca e outra de mandioca. Por cima adicione o queijo parmesão, de preferência um fresco que tenha sido ralado na hora.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;Leve ao forno para gratinar de 20 a 30 minutos. Sirva com pão e arroz.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Com espátula junte tudo e dê uma  secada de levinho com farinha de trigo, para ficar pegajosa por dentro e sequinha  por fora. Boleie e deixe crescer dentro de um saco amarrado até dobrar de  volume. (Como fiz na máquina de pão pulei toda essa parte de sovar).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;Na assadeira teflonada,  molhe pra valer com azeite. Virando  a assadeira teflonada de lado, se formar um laguinho,   a proporção está boa. Não há necessidade de usar azeite extra virgem pois este em altas temperaturas fica igual ao azeite comum.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;Massa  já crescida, divida em duas e abra na bancada com rolo. Deite a massa sobre a  assadeira molhada de azeite. Ela deve ficar bem fininha e o  azeite aparecer nas laterais.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;Coloque o molho sobre a massa crua e por cima o recheio. Cubra a assadeira com filme plástico e espere dobrar de volume, de 15 a 30 minutos dependendo do tempo. Crescidas elas ficam bem fofas, infladas de ar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;No ano passado invoquei que queria uma máquina de fazer massas caseiras. Depois de pesquisar em vários sites achei em um mercado aqui em Londrina com um preço até razoável e não resisti. Logo que cheguei em casa fui testar meu novo brinquedinho. Fiz 2 tipos diferentes de pastas seguindo a receita original: uma com semolina e outra integral. Achei o máximo minha primeira produção mas na hora de cozinhar foi uma tragédia. Ficou tudo empapado apesar de o gosto estar bom.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;Depois de alguns meses guardada resolvi fazer uma nova tentativa com a máquina. Ai que raiva!!! Acho que coloquei uma quantidade de massa muito grande para sovar e a máquina parava a todo instante. Até eu descobrir o motivo da paradeira já se foi mais de uma hora. Quando finalmente consegui terminar a massa resolvi deixá-la cozinhar apenas 1 minuto em água fervente com óleo e sal. Descobri o segredo, acredito que este é o ponto ideal de cozimento da massa para não grudar e despedaçar inteira. Algumas pessoas indicam deixar o macarrão secar antes de cozinhar mas acho muita função. Já que comprei a máquina para comer massa fresca não vejo sentido em deixar ela secar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;Para aqueles que já se interessaram por esse eletrodoméstico, a minha opinião sobre ele é:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;1°- Faz muita sujeira. É como aquelas centrífugas de suco que tem que montar várias partes para usar, desmontar pra lavar e depois montar tudo de novo. Um saco!&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;2° - Não é um aparelho muito usado, então acredito que não vale o investimento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;3° - Ocupa espaço, coisa que para uma consumidora não muito controlada de eletrodomésticos, falta sempre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;4° - O tempo de preparo da massa é de mais ou menos uns 30 minutos. Isso quando corre tudo bem.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;Se depois de todos esses empecilhos você ainda se animar e comprar a máquina, seja feliz e coragem.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;Ingredientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;500 g de espaguete&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;Cozinhe o espaguete em uma panela com água fervente e sal (no meu caso como era a tal da minha massa fresca só cozinhei por 1 minuto).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;Corte o bacon em pedacinhos e coloque-o na frigideira para fritar. Em uma vasilha, rale o queijo e junte o creme de leite batido. Mexa  com uma colher, adicione o ovo e tempere com sal e pimenta mexendo  sempre. Com uma escumadeira, retire o bacon da frigideira e exclua a gordura.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;Depois de cozida a massa, escorra-a mas não dê o choque térmico com água fria pois ela precisa estar quente ainda para poder cozinhar os ovos do molho. Regue com um pouco  de azeite para a massa não colar e despeje na vasilha com o molho mexendo com cuidado mas vigorosamente para incorporar bem. Por último adicione o bacon.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;Sirva em seguida bem quente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;1 colher de chá de sal&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;1 colher de chá de bicarbonato de sódio&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;2 ovos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;1/4 de copo de azeite de oliva extra-virgem&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;3/4 de copo de açúcar (150 gramas)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;3/4 de copo de açúcar mascavo, apertado no copo (135 gramas)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;1 colher de chá aroma de baunilha&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;1 copo de chocolate meio-amargo picado (180 gramas)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;Pré-aqueça o forno a 190 °C.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;Numa vasilha misture a farinha de trigo, o sal e o bicarbonato. Na  vasilha da batedeira, ponha os ovos e o azeite. Bata em velocidade média  até estarem bem incorporados um no outro. Adicione então os açucares e a  baunilha. Bata em velocidade média/alta uns 4 a 5 minutos até formar um  creme.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;Diminua a velocidade e junte então a farinha. Assim que não  houver mais traços de farinha, pare a batedeira e jogue os pedaços de  chocolate e misture com uma espátula.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;Use 2 colheres de sobremesa para fazer bolinhas ou montinhos de  massa e arrume em um tabuleiro antiaderente(meu caso) ou untado. Leve ao forno por 15 minutos ou até estarem  levemente dourados. Isso vai depender de cada forno, fica sempre observando para não passar do ponto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;Retire os tabuleiros do forno e deixe os cookies esfriarem ali por uns  15 minutos. Todas vieram do site &lt;a href="http://www.bomdehumor.com.br/materia/2773-Arriba_Festa_mexicana_em_casa.htm"&gt;Bom de Humor&lt;/a&gt; da Natura, com algumas variações.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Chili com Carne&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;Ingredientes: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;1 kg de patinho moído&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;2 latas de molho de tomate refogados&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;1 unidade de cebola picada&lt;br /&gt;
100 g de bacon&lt;br /&gt;
3 dentes de alho&lt;br /&gt;
quanto baste de sal&lt;br /&gt;
2 colheres de sopa de pimenta chili (usei um envelope de tempero mexicano pronto para chili)&lt;br /&gt;
1 kg de feijão rajado&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;300 g de queijo prato picado&lt;br /&gt;
quanto baste de óleo de soja &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;Modo de Preparo:&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/span&gt;  &lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Refogue a carne moída no óleo e acrescente o sal. Reserve. Na mesma  panela, frite o bacon, a cebola e &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;o alho. Retorne a carne refogada,  misture bem e adicione o feijão cozido com metade da água usada no  cozimento (prepare-o como se fosse preparar um feijão normal). Acrescente o molho de tomate, o sal  e a pimenta chilli. Deixe engrossar e evaporar um pouco do caldo,  cozinhando levemente. Coloque em uma vasilha e cubra com o queijo prato.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Guacamole&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;   &lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;Ingredientes&lt;/i&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;:&lt;br /&gt;
1 unidade de abacate&lt;br /&gt;
2 dentes de alho amassados&lt;br /&gt;
2 unidades de tomate picados, sem pele e sem sementes&lt;br /&gt;
1/2 unidade de cebola roxa picada&lt;br /&gt;
quanto baste de coentro picado&lt;br /&gt;
quanto baste de cebolinha verde picada&lt;br /&gt;
quanto baste de pimenta malagueta&lt;br /&gt;
4 colheres de sopa de suco de limão&lt;br /&gt;
quanto baste de sal&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;Modo de Preparo&lt;/i&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;:&lt;br /&gt;
Descasque o abacate e corte em cubinhos. Misture os demais ingredientes e mexa com as mãos para amassar um pouco o abacate e deixe na geladeira por meia hora. Sirva em seguida.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;b&gt;Creme Azedo(molho para acompanhar)&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;  &lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

200 gr de creme de leite fresco&lt;br /&gt;
1 colher de sobremesa de suco de limão&lt;br /&gt;

Misture o creme de leite com o suco do limão e deixe descansar por  algumas horas em um local quente, como o forno desligado ou um canto do  fogão, enquanto você cozinha o chilli. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Um bolo super prático e que fica delicioso pra acompanhar um café da tarde.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ingredientes:&lt;br /&gt;1 pacote de mistura para bolo em pó sabor baunilha&lt;br /&gt;1 colher(sopa cheia) de canela em pó( esqueci na minha e acho que fez falta)&lt;br /&gt;3 maçãs&lt;br /&gt;1 colher(sopa) de farinha de trigo&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Modo de Preparo:&lt;br /&gt;Unte uma fôrma de pudim com manteiga e polvilhe farinha de trigo.&lt;br /&gt;Corte as maçãs em fatias inteiras com tudo (casca, miolo e sementes). Acomode em pé as fatias inteiras mais bonitas, contornando internamente a  fôrma de pudim. O que sobrar pique grosseiramente. Jogue 1 colher de  sopa de farinha de trigo, só para dar uma sujadinha de pó nos pedaços de  maçãs picados para que eles não afundem na massa.&lt;br /&gt;Prepare a mistura para bolo comprado sabor baunilha no liquidificador, conforme as instruções da embalagem. Desligue.&lt;br /&gt;Dentro do copo do liquidificador, com uma colher, misture os  pedaços de maçã. Deite a massa dentro da fôrma, com cuidado, para não  tirar as fatias de maçãs do lugar. A massa deitada não cobre as fatias  inteiras de maçãs. Leve para assar, em forno pré-aquecido, a 180° C  por 35 minutos.&lt;br /&gt;Retire do forno e desenforme ainda quente. É preciso luva e 2 pratos.  Cuidado que a fôrma está quente. Passe a faca em volta, cuidadosamente. Ciclo normal.&lt;br /&gt;No meu caso usei só o ciclo massa, untei com óleo uma fôrma de pão e despejei a mistura nela.&lt;br /&gt;Pré-aqueça o forno por 3 minutos, desligue e deixe o pão crescer lá dentro por 30 minutos. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;Ingredientes:
&lt;br /&gt;filés de cherne(180 g cada)
&lt;br /&gt;200 g de manteiga noisette
&lt;br /&gt;4 bananas d'água
&lt;br /&gt;80 g de cebola picada
&lt;br /&gt;1 colher(sopa) de azeite
&lt;br /&gt;2 dentes de alho picados
&lt;br /&gt;sal
&lt;br /&gt;suco de 1 limão
&lt;br /&gt;pimenta do moinho
&lt;br /&gt;2 colheres(sopa) de molho de soja
&lt;br /&gt;120 g de passas pretas
&lt;br /&gt;minirúcla
&lt;br /&gt;1 colher de coentro picado&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;Modo de Preparo:
&lt;br /&gt;Tempere o peixe com sal e pimenta. Frite no azeite. Reserve.
&lt;br /&gt;Corte as bananas em duas longitudinalmente e frite devagar na manteiga. Vire e acabe o cozimento. Reserve.
&lt;br /&gt;Derreta a manteiga até ficar noisette. Acrescente cebola e alho picado. Acrescente o suco de limão e a soja e coloque as passas. Verifique os temperos e misture o coentro.
&lt;br /&gt;Para a montagem coloque a banana no meio do prato e disponha o peixe sobre elas, com molho em volta. Finalize com a minirúcula.

Fazer uma abertura no meio e colocar as gemas misturando a massa com um garfo. Coloque um pouco em cada copinho e por cima jogue um bocadinho do sonho de valsa.&lt;br /&gt;Para fazer a cobertura misture 1 lata de leite condensado com 1 de creme de leite, o chocolate em pó e a manteiga. Já fazia um tempão que não nos encontrávamos e as poucas horas que ficaram não deu pra matarmos a saudade. Foi um noite bem agradável e espero que não demore tanto para nos reencontrarmos. O menu da noite foi Lasanha de Frango, &lt;a href="http://temperodafabi.blogspot.com/search/label/Carnes"&gt;Filé Mignon com Provolone&lt;/a&gt; , Picanha da minha mãe, Arroz Branco e &lt;a href="http://temperodafabi.blogspot.com/2010/07/sobremesa-gostosa-mas-beemmmmm-doce.html"&gt;Copinho de Sonho de Valsa e Ouro Branco&lt;/a&gt; para sobremesa. Foi uma correria pois comecei a cozinhar umas 17:30 e eles chegaram as 20:00. Apesar de corrido acredito que eles gostaram dos pratos.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ingredientes:&lt;br /&gt;Massa para lasanha(uso aquela que não precisa ser cozida)&lt;br /&gt;3 peitos de frango&lt;br /&gt;1 cebola média&lt;br /&gt;1 dente de alho picado&lt;br /&gt;500 g de mussarela ralada&lt;br /&gt;queijo parmesão ralado&lt;br /&gt;1 embalagem de molho de tomate&lt;br /&gt;1 caixa de creme de leite&lt;br /&gt;2 xícaras de leite&lt;br /&gt;2 colheres(sopa) de manteiga&lt;br /&gt;2 colheres(sopa) de farinha de trigo&lt;br /&gt;1 pitada de noz moscada&lt;br /&gt;Sal e pimenta-do-reino a gosto&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Modo de Preparo:&lt;br /&gt;Cozinhe os peitos de frango na panela de pressão por 15 minutos. Desfie-os e reserve. Refogue o alho e a cebola em um pouco de azeite e acrescente o frango desfiado. Deixe cozinhar um pouco e coloque o molho de tomate, sal e a pimenta. Reserve.&lt;br /&gt;Faça o molho branco derretendo a manteiga e adicione a farinha. Deite o leite aos poucos sempre mexendo em fogo baixo até engrossar. Misture o creme de leite, a noz moscada e acerte o sal.&lt;br /&gt;Para a montagem da lasanha, forre um refratário com um pouco do molho de frango, coloque uma camada de massa, molho branco e mussarela. Repita mais duas camadas terminando com o molho branco e a mussarela. Polvilhe o queijo ralado e leve ao forno moderado(200°) coberto com papel alumínio por uns 20 minutos. Ficou mais parecido com um flan, mas ficou gostoso.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ingredientes:&lt;br /&gt;1 lata de leite condensado&lt;br /&gt;1 pote de iogurte natural&lt;br /&gt;leite&lt;br /&gt;3 ovos&lt;br /&gt;Para a calda:&lt;br /&gt;2 xícaras de açucar&lt;br /&gt;1/2 xícara de água&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Modo de Preparo:&lt;br /&gt;Coloque o açúcar, em fogo baixo, mexendo até ficar douradinho. Em seguida, adicione a água bem quente. Mexa e deixe descansando um pouco enquanto bate o pudim. No liquidificador coloque o leite condensado, use a lata do leite condensado como medida e coloque o iogurte e complete o restante com o leite. Adicione os ovos e liquidifique por alguns instantes.
