All panels through February 17th have shipped as of last weekend. The 20, 21st, and 22nd panels have arrived, but I’m not going to be able to depanel them before leaving for a week of training in Seattle, so they’ll ship when I get back on Thursday.

February 8th panels

While investigating why none of my February 8th shipments had tracking hits or delivery records, I discovered that the local post office still had them. Apparently I had printed the wrong postmark on all of them, and the post office was holding them until I could come down to pick them up and correct it. I was never notified of this, and only found out when I went down to ask about the lack of tracking.

Ugh. Sorry for the delay.

All panels through February 6th have shipped. The February 8th and 12th panels have arrived, and will be out in the mail in the next couple of days.

After another several-day delay due to work getting in the way, the January 23rd panels shipped yesterday.

January 9th, 10th, 14th, and 17th panels

The January 14th and 17th panels have arrived and should be out in Monday’s mail.

December 5th and 12th Panels

At long last, all of the delayed panels have arrived, broken up, and mailed. The last of the December 5th boards went out on January 3rd (since January 2nd was a US Postal holiday), and the last of the December 12th boards went out on January 12th.

The main lesson I learned from this is that I need to post more frequent status updates when there are problems with a panel. From now on, if a panel will be delayed more than 4 days, I’ll post something here, and every two days after that until it’s resolved.

The other lesson I learned was that as a group, you guys are awesome and patient.. I’m really lucky to have the support of a fantastic community.

Updates on the December 5th and December 12th panels

I’d like to apologize for the disaster that has been the December 5th and 12th panels. It’s been exacerbated by vacation schedules, confusion over the actual state of the packages between me and the fab, and some of the delay is definitely my fault.

In total, I have 6 panels that were affected by this. It was my biggest order ever, had a ton of new people on it, for whom this will be there first experience. Totally terrible.

On the positive side, the panels have been located. They were completely lost for over a week. UPS wasn’t able to locate them and none of the (many!) tracking numbers I had for them worked.

The bad news is, they’re en route back to the fab. They should be there by Friday, and then express overnighted to me for a Saturday delivery. If they arrive early enough on Saturday, I should have them in the mail the same day. If not, it’ll be Monday.

Once again, I’m embarrassed and appalled by this order, and if the boards won’t get to you in time for your project, or for whatever reason you no longer need them, please contact me for a full refund.
