With this kit..you get a full size foundation and my shade is 128. I just did one pump and it was prettyyyyy liquid..I forgot how thin this was..but yah sorry I didnt blend properly..=/ My bf was the one who said 128 would match me more..and then the SA told me I was 128 and I freaked out..LOL. In my head ..I’m like wow..he is pretty good..ahahha..

This is the HD Microperfecting Primer. I actually like it. It goes on like a lightweight lotion..I used it about two time now and it does make my skin really smooth. I just bought a primer from GOSH and with the gosh primer it is more like a gel type …sort of like the SMASHBOX Primer. This MUFE Primer however is kinda like the MAC Prep + Prime Face Protect SPF50, except the fact that this MUFE Primer is much light.. I’ll use it a bit more and I guess I’ll do a comparison?

& the last thing I love about this kit is the KABUKI LOL..it’s super soft..like super soft and fluffy! It’s the perfect texture for buffing fine powders..I loveee it! The HD Microperfecting Powder in shade #0 Neutral..feel really nice.. and it does help with the shine and everything…Again I’ll use it a bit more to see whether or not ..if I still like this?!:O I’m using Laura Mercier Loose Setting Powder and I really recommend this one!:D

This is a really good starting kit..for some of those who don’t want to purchase the full size primer + powder .. because you’re unsure..but you love the foundation..I think this is a really good deal ..I mean this whole kit is $89.00CAD..if you think about it..I was already planning on getting the foundation.. and I believe the foundation is already $46.OOCAD..the KABUKI brush I loveee it so much so.. it was in the kit ..the proper size and I believe that about $38.00CAD alone? .. The primer + powder is a a smaller size..maybe a travel size? I’m not sure..it’s still a lot of product.. I know it is going to take me a while to go through it.. Overall..with my experience so far.. it is a nice coverage for me..it is lightweight..mm the primer I feel like it is great!! The powder I still have to play around with it.. but yah.. Hopefully, I can do a proper review on these for you guys.. I got an invitation to MAC SHOP/COOK Collection event at Yorkdale for the 9th – 12th. I only made an R.S.V.P for the 9th which was the Friday that just passed..since I work all weekend. My appointment was at 1:00PM.. and I didn’t know…but one of the MUA..was suppose to try a look on you.. so I showed up there with make up O_O;;!!! stupid me… I never went to those kind of event.mm I came looking like I was going clubbing..

ahahah.. no im joking..I just had a full face with eyelash blahh..I saw one of my favourite MAC MUA ‘Doreen?!’ sorry if I spelled your name wrong.. but when I walked in she approached to me and said “HEY AREN’T YOU A LONDON SHOPPER?!?!” I’m like wth!?!! Yes, I was living in London, she was one of the most kindest and most helpful person around. She was at the Yorkdale Grand Opening event. I’m glad she recognized me..probably the blonde hair ahhaa.. so she helped me out and I was going to do a video to show you guys the collection..but you have to have permission from Head office?! Hopefully..I can get in contact with one of the girl that Doreen told me to ask for.. Oka..so I haven’t bought anything at MAC for a while..and this collection for some reason caught my attention..

I realized from this MAC Collection there was their cremeblend blush in Optimistic Orange which is a bright orange..I already have it.. I just didn’t get a chance to grab it.. for the photo.. but I believe you can prob google it..I guess they re-promote it..it is a very nice blush..at first I was like tooo orange but I tried it on the face and loveddd it!:D

Then I picked up MAC Paintpot in Painterly & MAC Fluidline in Dipdown. Here is just a photo of it and swatches..

First swatch was just one swipe and the second one was just blendning it out ..

These were not from the collection .. but I had my BACK2MAC..which I used for the lipstick..and then I was going to pick up the Fluidline from the collection in Added Goodness which is a blackened mauve but I like the MAC Fluidline in Dipdown better.. I’m using BOBBI BROWN Gel Liner right now.. and since I am halfway I’d thought I would just grab MAC Fluidline..again..I like them both.

I am really glad that I picked these up.. I love the kisssablee lipcolor..they are soo soft and the colors. I’m in love with them~! Mm oh yah the event.. My MUA was named Tamara and she was a sweetheart! Very friendly she was playing with the Colour Added Eyeshadow Quad..which I didn’t purchase..I thought it was nice..but it’s prob not something I would play with often..My look was nice but I felt a little mm heavy? I don;t know maybe because I’m not use to the style of the look…maybe better with people who had a larger eyelid space.?! The blending was nice but I guess it was brought to high up..ehh hard to explain.. also…she only had about 30 mins with me.. or 40 I can’t remember so it was rushed… !? I had a few photos.. but it didn’t turn out right..due to lighting or w.e it was bad weather..llol. It was a really fun experience..I’m going to look forward to more events. I had a coupon for a giveaway which happens to be a re-usable pink bag like their packages from their collection..that say MAC.

On the weekend, I ended up picking up 9 COLOR CLUB Professional Nail Laquers.. My sister wanted pastel nail polishes and the brand I got it from was Color Club. I remembered how pigmented they were..some of them after just one coat is soo opaque. I loved it.. & so…on my break from work I went to pick up a few colors.. they were 3 for $10CAD at this Designer Cosmetics Store in the mall. I asked one of the girl if she can swatch it for me at the store first before buying.

She was nice enough to do it.. + it wasn’t too busy at the store..As a customer we weren’t allowed to open any polish bottle..which I’m glad ..because I wouldn’t want to purchase something that was going to be open..and tried by somebody else. They were very strict with that.. I picked 9 colors that I loved very much and each swatches did not disappoint me.

Just a quick review on them…

There was no streaking or whatsoever on these. At least the one I picked…I’m not sure how their sheer nail polishes are..but I picked these color for Spring/Summer!! To me I feel like they are better than some of my OPI, CHINAGLAZE..etc nail polishes…

Apparently, these nail polish are very popular..most Nail Salon places do carry them..I just find these are pretty good especially for the price.. it’s a 15mL – 0.5Fl. Oz..I think if you were to buy just one it’s about $6CAD-$8CAD I’m not sure since I bought them 3 for $10CAD..The thing is with these kind of deals..I’m just not familiar with which collection they came in.. I apologize for that.. if some of the color are discontinued ..I know 954 BLUE-MING is from the COLOR CLUB – NEW Spring 2012 Collection.. I love them all!!:D I needed a new yellow nail polish which “AN06 Almost Famous” is such a nice yellow ..I’m starting to love pastel colors!! It’s so cute! I just love the fact that they come out true to their color shown on the bottles. Yay!

The brush is like most nail polishes…theres nothing special about it.. I guess the formula is pretty amazing.. The packaging is oka.. I think the flower on the top is cute..but I don’t know the packaging is square..haha.. I don’t find that is easy to hold/grip.. very smooth I wish most nail polish the grip part is like SMASHBOX PACKAGES..that rubber feeling . lol. I find it’s much easier to hold…my hand when holding them I always drop.. or maybe it’s just me. blahhh

Anyway, would I re-purchase these nail polish?! DEFINITELY, YES. I’m going to try to get my hands on some of their sheer ones..but now I just love the ones that come out more opaque. I find them nice and mm more bold..I’ll update later to see their quality and how long alone they wear.. I normally wear base+top coat to make my nail polish last longer.. soo

I picked it up from my friend who was getting them directly for the distributor which was about $20CAD. I got No. 21{Light Beige} & No.23{Natural Beige} though I prefer the No.23 which seem to match my skin tone alot better and that is the one that I will be reviewing. CONS

• Can make your skin oily if applied too much!!! I use Laura Mercier Loose powder in translucent to set my face after!~~
• Matches my skin nicely but due to the SPF when taking photo..makes my face pale kind of like a white cast.!?!..so I mix it with my foundation
• This has high mineral oil content..so make sure to wash your face off so that it won’t clog your pores…I hear some ppl can break out from this.. I haven’t
• The fragrance can be a little too strong for some people… I do like the smell though.



• I HATE THE CAP OF THIS PACKAGE..LOL.. it crack so easily.. I dropped it once and Crackk* mm and it can get easily dirty…so wipe the pump after you’re done using it!!

OVERALL:

• This Missha BB Cream I do use daily and when I saw it online for $29.99 I was like hmm..I paid $20 and you might find it cheaper too if you can look around first… I usually mix it with my foundation.. to give it that dewy look effect. I realize I use this product A LOT during the cold season.. I have combination/oily skin..but when it’s cold my skin gets dry and I find that this moisturise my skin nicely! I really like the fact that you can use this product and mix it into your skin lotion/ cream and you face and body willl glowww… I do have to apply my loose powder to set it for it to last longer. I haven’t had problems latetly.. but I know summer I sort of stay away from this product..As a result to my blemishes and acne scars..this does seem to face..but then again…I also do lots of lemon/tomatoe and whitening mask. Oh one other thing too.. if you wear this after you moisturiser{no face primer} but before concealer..I find that it doesn’t last too long .. This would be my routine face routine {DAY}..Moisturise, primer, concealer eye+blemishes…mix foundation with BB Cream then for {NIGHT} I wash face then tone..and then I just use my ARTISTRY essentials alpha hydroxy serum plus and apply this BB cream with my fingers and just massage it in… mm I DO HATE ONE THING ABOUT THIS PRODUCT.. AND THAT IS THE CAP… Hhaha I don’t know why it annoys me so much..but mine crack just from a light drop.. boo. I like keeping my makeup/skincare product clean and cute looking.. mm I do have to say that this is one of my favourite BB that I’ve used so far and my SKIN79 Shiny Pearl Water Drop BB, which I will also do a review on that one! I know the first time when I saw SHINY I was kinda eeeeekk..not sure?!?! But I do like it alot too…

• RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT?Yes, to those who wants a nice glow look..doesn’t necessary have to have dry skin and NO to those whose skin is a bit more oily-er..

I’m going to share with you guys my first decoden project I did when I was away from the computer!~ I wanted to decorate my IPOD Touch case..but I am still waiting for my orders online to arrive so I can get more gemstones, pearls and decoden parts..I looked up online of how to do it and I found a few successful videos that helped me alot, through this project!! I guess to me the hard part was finding all the cute stuff.. Since this is just for an empty box from a chocolate..I didn’t want to use allll the BEST items for it..so..I foundd most of the cute items at the dollar store and few asian stores around my area.. This post is not a tutorial on how I did it..but just to show you what it my box look like..some of you may like it..and some of you may go ..Ugh. Ahaha.. I personally really like it..and I had lots of fun doing it!:D

These are the items that were used.. DAP® ALEX PLUS® Acrylic Latex Caulk Plus Silicone, Beads, Glitters, Necklace chains, Pearls, Fimos, etc.

The DAP® ALEX PLUS® Acrylic Latex Caulk Plus Silicone is used for the whip cream as a base! The hello kitty part with pink poop(it’s really a snake LOL) on its head is from my friend Jodee, which was a key chain but it broke so I use it for one of the parts, the long chain was purchased at the dollar store..it was from a necklace and I just use a small amounts to use to deco.

I used lots of pink and gold glitters..I used some pearls that was from a bracelet! The Ice Cream part believe it or not..IT’S AN ERASER ahahah found at the DOLLARSTORE.. I went buy to look for a paper glue and found this eraser thing…:D:D

I didn’t know what to put in this box sooooo I use it to put some of my MAC Blush Powder..IT FITS about 7?

opps the blush in the middle is from SMASHBOX..So yah 6MAC Powder Blush and 1SMASHBOX Blush!~~

Sooo yahh there you have it ..It was my first Decoden project!! What do you guys think of it!:D ?!! I’m thinking to do a Tutorial soon when more of my item comes in.. Also, if you are interested in doing this..don’t forget to get E6000 Glue.. this could help sticking down rhinestones and gem if you dont want to use the DAP® ALEX PLUS® Acrylic Latex Caulk Plus Silicone for the whip cream effect!~ I’m still learning and I am actually pretty happy with the result of my first time project!!~ It was really easy you can also check out this video which I found on youtube.which I find that was really easy to follow!:D

Did I dissapear again?!! Eeeekk..I’m sorrry I recently just switched internet provider and also my notebook is ready to use again!!:D It use to be a nice pink (you may refer to this link : http://lifeoftemptation.com/2010/02/i-loveee-my-pinkkkyyy.html)but now I’ve decided to change it back to classic black. I didn’t get bored of the color..I loved the color!! I just feel like Black is more suitable for my desk area! This is how she look now!!:D

Yes, my background is Tokidoki..I love most of their wallpapers!:D My phone IPODS..it is all TOkiDoki..ahah Such cute characters!:D

The paint is from a company call “Rust Check” which is a premium formula.
This is a spray can bottle that is Acrylic Enamel in Gloss Black. It is highgloss, but to me it is not super glossy, it kinda has a semi gloss semi matte finish..Oh on the spray can it has a picture of a car..I think it can be used for car..so the finish is not cheapo looking. It looks really good!:D

It is pretty fast at drying but I did want to make sure that it was fullllllyyyy dry, so I didn’t touch her for at least 3 days… By the way I didn’t do the paint job. I sorta just helped out..holding it. taking the notebook apart and not losing the screw..You need to be in a room that is well-ventilated an d make sureeeee to not forget to sand the crap out of them..so the paint stick to it better!

What do you guys think of her??:D I love it more..I find the pink nice but I like the black more.. Before the room had alot of pink and whatsoever so it matches really nice to my room, now most of the things in my room is more black, my camera, my phone.. my headphones..just look better..* hehe.. I also have alooottt of beauty items that I want to review. When I didn’t have the internet for almost about a month..?? I start to get into decoden.. SO I’M GOING TO MAKE A STATEMENT NOW…. IF YOU DAMAGE YOUR HAIR…I’M NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR IT..

& So this is what I did =D

1. Bleach It

I used L’oreal Quick Blue Powder Bleach and mixed it with Salon Care 40 Volume Creme Developer. If first time use it will come out an orange color, then just bleach again to get to a yellow base at least.. You may need to repeat a few time.. Like I said DAMAGE … =/

2. Tone It

I mixed Wella Color Charm Toner in ‘Ivory Lady’ with Clairoxide 20 Volume Clear Developerbut it was still a bit a beige..and I want it more white to pretty much platinum without any yellowness.. I then tone it again using Wella Color Charm Toner in ‘White Lady’ which is more of a silver/white tone and just also mix it with the Clairoxide 20 Volume Clear Developer

3. Trim It

Simplyyyy too much bleaching. Hair was getting gross at the ends .. I just had to trim it a bit.. hehe..

4. Treatment & Maintain

After, I trimmed my hair.. I use ion Repair Solutions Treatment and leave it in for about 45 minutes.. and a friend told me…if I want.. when doing treatment .. leave it in a shower cap and sleep over night with it..by morning when you shower/wash your hair it will feeeeelll super amazing.. I tried and yes it works! Now to maintain the color from fading..I used Silvertone Conditioning Shampoo which removes the Yellow and Brassy tones..Or any Blue/Purple Shampoo will do.. I know Shimmer Lights Shampoo is also really a great brand out there! The good thing about my hair color right now… if it fades, it fades lighter and will not be yellow ..it has a nice ash tone to it =D!!!

5. To Protect & Care

You damage your hair so much.. Stop !! Well, guess what guys ?!?!.. I still blow dry & use Hair Irons..whether it’s a hair straightening iron or crimping iron.. I still do.. what do I do to protect it?! I’m using CHI 44 Iron Guard which is a thermal protection spray..and to finish it off..I’m using Shiny Silver Ultra Shine Spray and that eliminates yellow and brassiness in white and gray hair!!

♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ I LOVE IT.. I LOVEEE IT..& I LOVE IT !!!♥

There you have it…my not so Secret to getting nice white hair… I really wanted to share with you guys how or what I did to achive this.. the only annoying part to this was the bleaching process.. It takes a while to get your hair light if your hair is very dark.. but my hair wasn’t really dark.. A friend colored my hair before and she did use bleached.. After that my roots grew like crazyyy and so I knew another friend..who also worked at a salon wanted to experiment the color and so again because my roots was black she had to bleach it .. then she toned it but I guess I really wanted to be white/silvery gray.. and it still looked a bit yellow.. about 1 month later I decided ..Hey what the I’ll just try it myself.. I looked up online to see what I can get and just ONE TRIP to Sally Beauty Supply Store..which is where I got most of these product from .. I achieved the color I’ve always wanted.. Now, I can understand why most Salon, don’t really get dark hair to this light..IT IS VERY DAMAGING…. but with me.. Hair grows back..with trimming and super treatment ..I took the risk of doing it myself. =D If your a hairstylist and If you’re reading this.. please understand.. that I probably missed a few steps..I’m not a professional but I really do love the outcome of the color.. hehe !!

Soft Lips and awesome smells!

Hi Everyone.. I was super excited to pick these lip balms a few days ago. They actually sells them in a pack of 4 {3 Smooth Spheres + 1 Smooth Stick} at RW & CO Store. I believe they are about $22CAD and individually I think they sell them $6CAD each.

To be honest with you guys, I purchased these lip balms just because their packaging was super cute!! I really like how unique the design of it is!

They are sanitary and also very easy to use! It has a nice grip so it’s easier to hold. When I saw them at first, I thought the design was poorly made because…how do you hold onto the sphere without dropping it? Then, I felt the product and I was more in love with it!

When applied to the lips, it feels really light, like nothing on the lip and doesn’t have shine or glossy look to it! I do like the fact that it feels and look natural because I can wear this alone and have an amazing smell, depending on the flavors.. Or use it as a base for my lipstick or lipgloss. This keeps my lip very soft and easier for other lip product to glide on. I actually prefer using this as a base! The flavors that are in the box ;Sweet Mint Smooth Sphere, Summer Fruit Smooth Sphere, Honeysuckle Honeydew Smooth Sphere and Vanilla Bean Smooth Stick

I do like them all, but for some reason I really like the Sweet Mint, just because this one is the only one that has a tingly feeling to your lips.. =] These lip balms are 95% Organic, 100% natural and packed with shea butter and jojoba oil!

Overall, I will be purchasing them more later and I guess this is just a quick note about them.. If anything changes my mind later about these balms..or if I have found something better, I will definitely do another review.. I wouldn’t consider this a detailed review, since I just start using them! I do recommend for you guys if you get a chance to also give them a try.. They are super cute..hehe.. <3

• Package individually, easier to bring when travelling
• It fits my face fine.. Glad it;s not tooo big..
• After using them I can feel my skin looks very radiant..and for some reason this KEEPS ME UP and when I’m tired it really WAKES ME UP!! So for those who are in school trying to study..I suggest sticking one of these to your face.. it could be very useful..you won’t fall asleep..hahaha
• It feels really nice when I apply my lotion/moisturizer, foundation and whatever..my face is pretty smooth..

CONS

• I can only find them at T&T right now..which is about 20 mins drive..sometime..I just want to pick it up down the street
• Right after you take off the mask.. it feels sticky for a bit..just gotta let it absorb into your skin first…
• Sheets might be not fit everyones face..
• You kinda look stupid and scary when you have it on…but then what kind of mask that ever make you look sexy ?? ahahaha
• This is not really a con..but just keep in mind that this is not a subtitude for skincare..it’s just extra..

OVERALL:

• I’m REALLY liking this product..I haven’t broke out or anything like that.. I do soemtime use it more than twice a week… for example.. I use them on TUESDAY FRIDAY SUNDAY..Depends on how much of sleep or skin is I prefer to use it to help my skin look a bit more alive..=/ I guess one thing that annoys me..is that it might not really be convenient to get..Some of you might have to order it online.. Good thing though is that you don’t need it all the time.. once a month..but sometime I want to try other kinds and cant get them right away .. haha I buy two box at a time!! I’m kinda blabling now.. mm I don’t rinse off the product at all.. I love massaging it into the skin.. I feel like the product works better.. like I know its there.. haha..You just have to try it for yourself..Check out their site..to see what else they have//

• RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT?Yes, absolutely..I love doing facial mask…but the sheet mask is less messy, I always do thick pasty mask..I prefer this method better. It’s nice and cool..so when you apply it onto your face .. just feels super refreshing!! TRY IT =D
• PURCHASE AGAIN? YES..Prob going get more tomorrow
