They may be called different names (such as spare ribs, beef back ribs, bone in beef ribs) all I know is that they always taste amazing!!

I am making them for tomorrow, so I thought it is about time to finally add a recipe here. It's my favorite, I hope you enjoy!!!
Later in life after trying out one of Alton Brown's recipes, I realized that it's possible to make very delicious food with simple ingredients. All, other additional ingredients and herbs is where people differ in taste, which makes things way too complicated for food.

I will try my best to keep things simple here, and then point out where I (or whoever is reading this) can add extra ingredients.

Good food!

I'm sure that just like everyone I love to eat, and I also love to cook. What I love even more is spending the least amount of time and energy before I get to enjoy my creation. Unfortunately most cook books and even cooking shows have very few dishes that are simple to make (all that matters is that the food looks presentable). I have found that most often than not food that looks good on a plate does not mean it tastes good!
