Playing tennis is a great way to burn calories and stay in shape. With summer just around the corner, check out one of the new programs developed by the USPTA called Cardio Tennis which focuses more on the physical fitness side of training. Playing tennis on a regular basis can help maintain or improve balance, mobility, agility, strength and fitness.

Tennis is always a good way to get away from your busy schedule in life. People who live a more well-balanced life between work and play are mentally happy and healthy.

Also don't forget the social aspect. Especially if you've just moved to Tokyo, tennis offers an excellent chance to meet new people or to keep up with your old friends. A lot of our adult lessons are more relaxed and give people the opportunity to mingle.
