Ingrediente:&amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 bagheta&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;nbsp;- 2 ardei kapia taiati marunt&lt;br /&gt;

-50 gr branza topita&lt;br /&gt;
- 30 gr cascaval ras&lt;br /&gt;
-150 gr branza de burduf&lt;br /&gt;
- putin patrunjel tocat&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;nbsp; Bagheta se taie in 3 bucati , se scoate miezul si se amesteca cu ingredientele de mai sus apoi se umplu bucatile de bagheta, se dau la frigider si se taie felii inainte de servire.&amp;nbsp; &lt;br /&gt;

Ingrediente;&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 ciolan de porc afumat dar nefiert&lt;br /&gt;
- cimbru&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;nbsp;-1 foaie de dafin&lt;br /&gt;

&amp;nbsp;- felii de carne de porc batute cu ciocanul pt snitele&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;nbsp;- mustar amestecat cu putina vegeta&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;nbsp;- felii de gogosar sau ardei rosu&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;nbsp;- foi de varza dulce oparite &lt;br /&gt;

&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; Se ung fileurile de carne cu mustar peste care se aseaza felii de ardei. Se ruleaza apoi se impacheteaza ruloul in foaie de varza ca sarmalutele, se fixeaza cu scobitori si se pun la prajit intr-o tigaie cu putin ulei.&lt;br /&gt;

Galbenusurile se amesteca cu uleiul, esenta si siropul de zahar. Se amesteca usor cu spuma de albusuri si se adauga usor faina si praful de copt. Compozitia se imparte in 2 urmand ca in una sa se adauge cacao. Se coc 2 blaturi, unul cu cacao, unul fara cacao.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Sirop:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- 100 gr zahar caramelizat stins cu 100 ml apa.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Crema:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- 400 ml lapte&lt;br /&gt;- 2 linguri faina&lt;br /&gt;- 2 lingurite gelatina&lt;br /&gt;- 250 gr zahar&lt;br /&gt;- 400 ml frisca&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;         Se caramelizeaza zaharul si apoi se adauga laptele fierbine si se fierbe pana se topeste zaharul. Adaugam faina desfacuta in cateva linguri de lapte rece. Se pune la fiert si se amescteca continuu pana se ingroasa. Se tempereaza putin si se pune gelatina inmuiata in 2 linguri de apa rece. Cand e rece se adauga frisca batuta.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Asamblare: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;   Cele 2 blaturi se suprapun si se taie fasii. Se asambleaza alternind cate o fasie alba cu una maro. Se lipesc cu crema intre ele formand o foaie de blat. Se insiropeaza, se pune un strat de crema si se procedeaza la fel cu formarea foii urmatoare de blat doar ca se incepe cu culoarea opusa. Cand fierbe se adauga toata faina deodata si se amesteca pana incepe sa se prinda putin de fundul cratitei. Se ia de pe foc si se lasa sa se raceasca apoi se adauga pe rand cate un ou care trebuie sa se incorporeze bine, abia apoi se adauga urmatorul ou. Se pun gramajoare mici cu ajutorul  unui pos. Se coc la foc mediu fara a se deschide usa cuptorului, iar cand incep sa se rumenesca la foc mai mic.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;Pt. crema de vanilie:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- 1/2 l lapte&lt;br /&gt;- 75  gr zahar&lt;br /&gt;- 100 gr faina&lt;br /&gt;- 2 plicuri zahar vanilat&lt;br /&gt;- 2 oua&lt;br /&gt;- 1/2 pachet unt sau rama&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Se pune la fiert laptele, untul si 1/2 din cantitatea de zahar. Galbenusurile se mixeaza spuma cu cealalta jumatate de cantitate de zahar si se adauga o ceasca din cantitatea de lapte si faina. Du ce s-au copt se taie pe lung si se pune in mijloc baconul prajit putin la tigaie, se presara cu cascaval si se mai dau putin la cuptor cat sa se gratineze&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Pt garnitura de spanac cu legume:&lt;br /&gt;-500 gr  spanac&lt;br /&gt;- 2 morcovi taiati julien&lt;br /&gt;- 2-3 ardei capia taiati julien&lt;br /&gt;- o bucatica de telina taiata julien&lt;br /&gt;     Spanacul se spala bine, se rupe apoi se lasa la scurs. Intre timp in ulei de masline calim ardeiul, apoi adaugam telina si morcovul si la sfarsit spanacul care se va cali pana isi schimba culoarea.
