If you are coming from Seri Kembangan town, do pass the Jusco Traffic light along the Main Road (Jalan Putra Permai) and go to the next traffic light (after pass Esso petrol station). The traffic light which is opposite the Selangor Pasar Borong(Wholesale Market). Here turn Right and the take a 1st Left into Jalan KP1/1. Then take a 1st Right into Jalan KP 1/2 and then look out for number 41.

If you are coming from Puchong, turn Left after the Puchojng Toll into Serdang and turn Left at the first traffic light. Then take a 1st Left into Jalan KP1/1. Then take a 1st Right into Jalan KP 1/2 and then look out for number 41.

If you are coming from Putrajaya or Cyberjaya, Turn Right into Serdang. At the first traffic light turn Left. Then take 1st Left into Jalan KP1/1. Then take a 1st Right into Jalan KP 1/2 and then look out for number 41.

Beware the MAJU EXPRESSWAY !!! Short change by Toll Cashier !!!

If you need to take a short cut to KLIA or LCCT from KL - use the Maju Expressway with GREAT CAUTioN !!! Beware YOU will be SHORT CHANGE when the Toll cashier change you the Money.....I use the Maju Expressway as it cuts travelling time to LCCT or KLIA. But the cashier cuts a commission...illegally.....Give you Less change BacK.

The Trip from Bukit Jalil Stadium/ Seri Petaling is RM2.50. I gave the cashier RM10.00 and he change for me RM 1-00 and some coins.... When i check it was..RM6.50 change....SHORT RM1.00.......but i was quite far from the toll......

On another day , while using the Maju Expressway, I gave the toll cashier RM5.00 and he change me a RM1.00 and some coins...he gave the change to me ....and expected me to move along......But I check and it was RM2.00 >>>SHORT 50 sen. >>> He pretended that nothing happen... I look at him and told him...that he change short....He said Is it?....Pretending....I told him...YES there is a short change....He then gave me back 50 sens.

He repeated Sorry , sorry,...sorry... I think he has been cheating....many motorist who use the Maju Expressway. I think there is a group of them at the Maju Expressway who is making ....a quick MONEY... from all the Motorist.....BEWARE MAJU EXPRSEEWAY.....MAJU CHEATER....FAST CHEATERS>>>>>>BEWARE !!!! PLEASE PASS the WORD AROUND>>>

At the second traffic light from Jusco Taman Equine turn right at the Atmosphere Mall Traffic light. Then turn left into Jalan KP1/1 and go straight. do not turn left into Jalan KP2/1. Follow the road which will curve right and slow down. Turn Right into Jalan KP 1/2 and look for number 41.

If you are coming from Puchong you need to pass the Puchong Toll and turn Left into Serdang. At the 1st Traffic Light turn Left and left again (Tenaga sub-station located at junction) into Jalan KP1/1, go straight and slow down as the road curve, then turn Right into Jalan KP1/2 and look for 2-storey Semi-Detached House with Number 41.

Homestay Living in a Semi Detached Double storey House is located at Kota Perdana, Seri Kembangan. The place is peaceful and comfortable. Kota Perdana is 2 mins from Jaya Jusco Taman Equine, 5 mins to Seri Kembangan town, 15 mins to Cyberjaya, Putrajaya and Puchong.

The KL rapid bus U432 will take you to KTM Serdang (Train station) and take KTM to KL Sentral. You can wait for U432 at Petronas Station opposite Jaya Jusco Taman Equine. U432 also take you to TUDM Sungai Besi where you can take KTM or Star LRT to Kuala Lumpur City Center. KTM also can take you to Putrajaya. ELR will take you to KL International Airport (KLIA).

When coming from Cyber jaya of Putrajaya, heads towards Puchong. Before reaching the Puchong Toll turn Right to Serdang/Seri kembangan. If you are coming from Puchong, then pay and pass the Puchong Toll, proceed and turn Left towards Serdang/Seri Kembangan.

There is a bus (Bus no. U70) outside the guard house which will take you to Pasar Seni Kuala Lumpur (KL Central Market) from there you can take the Putra LRT and go to KLCC to see the Petronas Twin Towers. From there you can also take the LRT again and go to Ampang Park Shopping Centre. From the Pasar Seni you can walk along the river up stream and visit the Majsid Jamel Mosque.

The Bus opposite the guard house will take you to IOI Shopping Mall. Where Jaya Jusco Supermarket chain is located. There are many other cafes, shoe shop, lady wear, A Merry-go-Round for children. Fast Food like McDonalds, KFC and Kenny Roger outlets are there too.
