Its for the stalker, who wants to be the first to notice the availability for his/her friends.

I really ‘like’ this video, but not in amusing way. From the description:

In my mind, the shop owner is really a wise man, who understand the robber situation, even that robber did a bad thing, which will end up himself and his family in worse condition. Nobody knows, how it is feel like in that robber ‘shoes’.

Yeah. This is internet. Where people leaning forward, instead of backward. Maybe to reach the keyboard and to read something while watching the video. When you watching television, you just leaning back, doing nothing, changing channel, waiting for the commercial to finish and nothing else.

Scott Borg of the United States Cyber-Consequences Unit suggested that Israel might prefer to mount a cyber-attack rather than a military strike on Iran’s nuclear facilities.
