			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>OKLAHOMA CITY, Okla. &#8212; Krystal Vickers and Joe Voss, P.E., have joined Terracon&#8217;s Oklahoma City office.</p>
<p>Krystal Vickers has joined Terracon as the client development manager for Oklahoma City. She has five years of experience in the engineering industry monitoring client development and sales activities.</p>
<p>Joe Voss, P.E., has joined Terracon as a project engineer. Voss is a solid waste and agricultural engineer with more than 10 years of experience in the environmental industry. He has extensive experience in landfill construction quality assurance (CQA) on hazardous waste and nuclear solid waste facilities, and served as the CQA engineer on multiple cell construction projects in Oklahoma and Washington. In addition, he has extensive experience in agricultural lagoon design, permitting and water management. Voss has a master&#8217;s degree in environmental engineering and a bachelor&#8217;s degree in chemical engineering from Oklahoma State University.</p>

He brings more than 10 years of experience in project management, geotechnical and construction materials engineering and testing services. Representative project experience includes small to large commercial developments, mid- to high-rise building construction, utility improvements and various other developments. Nash has significant experience in transportation/infrastructure work and design-build projects.</p>
<p>He has a master&#8217;s degree in geotechnical engineering and a bachelor&#8217;s degree in civil engineering from North Carolina State University.</p>

<p>Gregory G. Souder, P.E., is the facilities department manager for Terracon&#8217;s Colorado Springs office. Souder has 26 years of experience in the engineering industry. He has been with Terracon since 2005. Souder has an MBA from the University of Colorado-Colorado Springs and a bachelor&#8217;s degree in civil/structural engineering&#160; from Purdue University-West Lafayette.</p>
<p>Souder is in his second term as a community advisor to the local Metropolitan Planning Organization and is on the Board of Directors for the Southern Colorado Branch of the ASCE.</p>
