Vì code để hiển thị thông báo đơn giản nên vẫn sẽ có một số hạn chế, lỗi như:

- Người dùng phải mở file excel để bấm cập nhật công việc thì hệ thống thông báo mới đúng và đủ.

Hơn nữa để PS làm việc với Excel thì sẽ phải nạp thêm thư việc "Import-Excel" nhưng đối với máy không có quyền Administrator sẽ phải thêm mấy bước cài đặt -> hơi phiền phức .
- Sau này tôi sẽ làm một phiên bản khác có tuỳ chọn hiển thị thông tin ở mục thông báo góc phải dưới màn hình. Hoặc dùng msg.exe của Windows để hiện thông báo thuần tuý dạng text đơn giản.

]]> Đây là một ứng dụng nhỏ cài task vào hệ thống Windows thông qua Task Scheduler, để hiển thị thông báo nhắc nhở các công việc cần làm.
+ Dùng file Excel để liệt kê theo dõi công việc.
+ Powershell sẽ hiển thị các công việc đến hạn lên bảng (dùng Form của .NET). Trước đây dùng file VBScript (VBS) khá là tiện nhưng Microsoft đã không còn hỗ trợ nên các  phiên bản Windows 11 sau này (24H2) không có VBS. Muốn chạy được thì phải tự cài thêm (trong Windows features).
+ Task scheduler sẽ định kỳ vào một khoảng thời gian qui định (chạy file PowerShell) sẽ hiện thông báo lên màn hình máy tính để nhắc nhở thực hiện.

Vì code để hiển thị thông báo đơn giản nên vẫn sẽ có một số hạn chế, lỗi như: 
- Vẫn hiện màn hình console.
- Người dùng phải mở file excel để bấm cập nhật công việc thì hệ thống thông báo mới đúng và đủ.

*** Lưu ý: Copy nguyên thư mục và giữ nguyên các file trong đó để ứng dụng hoạt động đúng. 
Thư mục phải luôn đảm bảo có 2 file là: NhacNhoCongViec.xlsm và NhacNhoCongViecForm.ps1
Không được đổi tên thư mục [Tool_KhongXoa].




Ghi chú thêm:
- File PowerShell (PS) có thể trực tiếp mở file Excel để lấy thông tin đưa vào bảng nhưng tôi không dùng code này để tránh đụng khi người dùng đang thao tác trên file Excel này. Ví dụ: trường hợp 5 đại biểu - bầu 3 ==> sẽ có 10 tổ hợp: {1,2,3}, {1,2,4}, {1,2,5}, {1,3,4}, {1,3,5}, {1,4,5}, {2,3,4}, {2,3,5}, {2,4,5}, {3,4,5}. Khi đó người đọc phải mất nhiều thời gian phân loại phiếu theo các nhóm này, sau đó đếm rồi mới nhập liệu.
Do đó tôi chọn cách làm truyền thống là nhập từng phiếu ngay khi đọc. Người đọc chỉ cần gộp phiếu lại theo số lượng: 50, 100,... phiếu /xấp và đánh số thứ tự trên xấp đó. Sau này có thể khoanh vùng số thứ tự mấy để kiểm tra lại nếu có phát sinh sai.

Do cũng có nhu cầu của người dùng về việc nhập mã hàng hóa, cần phát ra âm thanh để nghe cho nhanh nên tôi có đoạn code nhỏ để làm công việc này. 
- Giải thuật là gửi tên hàng hóa (nội dung cần đọc) lên trang Google text to speech để tạo file âm thanh, tải về lưu và dùng code để mở file giọng đọc đó (đọc offline).
- Có thể đọc online trực tiếp nhưng cách này phải kết nối internet liên tục nên tôi không đưa vào ứng dụng này.
- Muốn giọng đọc hay hơn các bạn có thể tạo thủ công file âm thanh thông qua các trang cung cấp giọng AI miễn phí như: vbee, fpt v.v..

* Lưu ý: do cái API có sẳn của Windows không đọc được đường dẫn file có khoảng trắng, dấu tiếng Việt nên các bạn không đặt tên thư mục và file như vậy.
