&lt;b&gt;วิธีการทำผัดฉ่าปลาทับทิม&lt;/b&gt;

1. ปลาทับทิมผ่าท้องควักไส้ทิ้ง ล้างน้ำให้สะอาด หั่นเป็นท่อน หมักกับซอสหอยนางรมตราแม็กกี้ เติมน้ำมันพืช 1 ช้อนโต๊ะลงกระทะ นำชิ้นปลาลงไปทอดพอสุกเกรียม ตักใส่จานพักไว้ 

2. เติมน้ำมันพืชที่เหลืออีก 1 ช้อนโต๊ะและกระเทียม พริกชี้ฟ้าเหลืองแดงที่บดไว้ลงไป เปิดไฟผัดพอมีกลิ่นหอม ใส่กระชาย ใบมะกรูด ตะไคร้ ลงไป ตามด้วยน้ำเปล่าผัดพอเข้ากัน

3. เติมซอสปรุงอาหารตราแม็กกี้ลงไป และซอสหอยนางรมตราแม็กกี้ที่เหลืออีก 1 ช้อนโต๊ะลงไปผัดพอเข้ากัน พอเดือด ใส่พริกชี้ฟ้าและใบกระเพรา ตักราดบจานปลาที่ทอดพักไว้ พร้อมจัดรับประทานกับข้าวสวยขณะร้อน
