Jumpstarted with a Halloween party yesterday. Was great fun but today my head hurts and I feel very nauseous... Am contemplating making a run for McDonalds for some recovery food... Damn I feel like shit... I don't know if you can tell from the picture but I was Amy Winehouse.

Well, I am, certainly. It all started at 1.20am this morning, when the person who lives just under my flat started hammering at something. It sounded like it was the wall just under my bedroom. Being the extremely patient person I am, I let him hammer for a minute before I jumped out of bed and stomped the floor pretty hard thus signalling that hammering at night was not something I appreciated.

I mean, for God’s sake, I have work to attend to, which usually means that I need to get up in the morning. I couldn’t sleep, and was getting increasingly agitated working myself up in a near frenzy state. Then, when I was somewhat calmed down again and started to drift away – did he or did he not start moving furniture?

I am not fussy, but we are all moving out. I guess most of his stuff is packed down and cannot work as insulation for the sound, but then again, WHY do you need to move stuff at 2am in the morning? OK, I know he was moving today, but as he did not exactly volunteer to give my boss a call explaining why I am cranky today I again jumped up and stomped the floor. I think I slept around 3.30am.

Then this morning, I heard him tell my boyfriend “sorry”, when said bf was leaving for work. Where boyfriend responds: “Oh, don’t worry”.

I considered sticking my head out the window and giving them both my two cents, but thought better of it. Why are men such idiots?

While it's not quite the same as the London Eye the resemblance is there. I'm a bit moody today as well, but not so much as the rest of the week, so hopefully this melancholy period is over soon. I'm sure it'll wash down if I watch a very girlie movie. Just watched pride and prejudice the other night so probably won't go for that one again. Any suggestions?
