Yeah that's right guys. Being an Aussie, I'm doing my Autumn TBR list as opposed to spring - Spring is way too far for me to think about right now. :P

Honestly, whatever, haters gonna hate, I love this series. It got me into the YA genre so it just holds a special place in my heart. I love the Shadow Hunter world and all the characters in this series.

SO BRING ON THE FINALE.

And for anyone who wants to whinge about Cassie not letting go of her Shadow Hunter world...

Another one that is disliked by a fair amount of the community...BUT WHATEVER. I love this series. Love the Disney vibe. Love the lack of intensity in it even though it's a dystopian. I just love its adorableness.

AND AMERICA BETTER END UP WITH MAXEN OR SO HELP ME PLEASE.

And that's right, that's the UK cover. I love the US edition a lot more, but my covers need to be matching. What can ya do.

So this little beauty is coming out in paperback in this gorgeous edition in March soon and I can't wait to get my hands on it. LOVE David Levithan and it's received nothing but raving reviews.

Another one I'm super pumped for due to the hyping in the bookish community. I haven't read her other books but I'm hoping to love this one!

Ever since Ginger from Greads couldn't stop her gushing over this book I knew I had to buy it, and now I am so beyond pumped to read it. It looks beautiful (seriously that cover) and it sounds like an amazing contemporary.

CAUSE THE MOVIE AND CAUSE DYLAN O'BRIEN AND IT SOUNDS AWESOME AND GAH.

I've been wanting to read this series for SO LONG. And now that the paperback version for Light is being released in April, I'm going to marathon it baby.

COME AT ME BRO.

As I've mentioned before, I need need NEED to read Miranda Kenneally. Her contemporary books are one of the most hyped up books in the community. Why not start this Autumn?

Just cause I've read Attachments and Eleanor & Park this year and OMGOSH they were amazing and now I need to get my hands on the amazingness of Fangirl.

Okay guys, this is a series that I love and adore and just WISH that there were more people out there reading it! It's the series that got me falling in love with the adult urban fantasy genre and I just love, love, LOVE it so much. It has everything a paranormal lover could ask for - witches, werewolves, vampires, pixis, demons, elves, etc. And the main character is badass guys. BAD. ASS.

I purchased this one because I'd previously read the series from the library and needed to have an actual physical copy of my own. This one is the third in the series out of...I want to say 13 books? Yes 13.

Just seriously guys, HIGHLY recommended series for anyone who loves paranormal. Read it!

I've heard nothing but raving reviews for this series - I own the first but haven't gotten around to reading it, and now I have the whole trilogy! So excited. Looks like such a brilliant dystopian!

I've been dying to get my hands ever since Jessethereader could not stop raving about The Archived, and I felt like I owed it to Victoria Scwab to check out her debut novel first, especially considering the reviews for it are relatively high. And YAY witches! Can't get enough of them.

Guys guys guys guys GUYS. This book. This book is going to break me and I know it.

My beautiful wonderful friend Beverly from A Reading Daydreamer told me she was currently reading this a while back and she said it was really good and of course, I felt compelled to grab my hands on it. But that summary though! And the reviews are super sky high. I know this one is going to be amaze-balls.

Another finale to a (from what I know) brilliant dystopian trilogy, and I'm now so excited to be able to marathon the whole series.

And uh, also.....THOSE COVERS.

Wow this really is a book haul of getting the last books in the series huh. I adore Jennifer L. Armentrout. Her Lux series is phenomenal (my heart is struggling with the wait for the fifth book) and so I thought I needed to check out her other paranormal YA series, which also sounds BRILLIANT. And everyone says it's brilliant. So it's going to be great I know it.

SO PUMPED.

And phew! That's a lot of books. Well not that much, but hey, a lot for me and my bank account. How's the week been guys? Gotten any good books?

Top Ten All Time Favourite Books (Read & TBR) in Fantasy

I decided that I wanted to choose fantasy but I couldn't easily find a Top 10 Fantasy book list - so I decided to do five books that I've read and five books I plan to read asap!

Top 5 Fantasy Books (Read)

I feel almost cheating putting this one down considering I only just finished it a few days ago, but I loved it. The characters were amazing, the romance was adorable (you just wanted to squish them together so badly), and it has magic and assassins and PIRATES and oh my gosh just everything.

I can't imagine that there would be many people not including this into a top fantasy list. This story was...IS...phenomenal. I am so beyond excited for the final book for the series - I'm honestly counting down the days. I'll definitely be re-reading this one before I read the final book as well. Such a rich beautiful world with amazing beautiful characters. Gah.

This is another one that I read earlier this year and I LOVED it. I loved this series and it was so hard to pick a single book that I loved the most of it - but I suppose the second. The characters are amazing, the romance is PERFECT, the antagonist was terrifying and the plot was so gripping. Was so hard to put this little beauty down.

DRAGONS DRAGONS DRAGONS DRAGONS DRAGONS GAHHH. I love dragons to BITS. Any dragon book is a good book in my eyes. I haven't read the final book in this series, but I plan to get around to it this year sometime. A seriously amazing, phenomenal, well-built series. Love it to bits.

Top Five Fantasy Books (TBR)

I don't know of many souls who haven't read the first two books in this series and fallen in love with them. I own this....why haven't I read it....D:

Okay guys, once the paperback is released for the final book in this series, I WILL be reading it. I know so many people who rave about this series, and I've been eyeing it for a few years now. NEED IT IN MY HANDS.

I admit that I only found out about this series this year but it has been seriously hyped up across Booktube and I'm a sucker for fantasy, so yeah. It's going to be read. SOON.

I didn't know if this series was one that I wanted to get around to reading soon until I started seeing the reviews for the second book, and so many people are falling in love. And it looks so interesting and good and GAH feels.

Top Ten Authors I've Never Read

I can assure you that I have full intentions of reading all of these authors sometime soon (possibly this year!) and I am really, really embarrassed for not picking up any of their books yet. Sighhhh.

I have been dying to read his books ever since I've heard people raving about his Chaos Walking trilogy. So many people adore these books..I OWN these books..and I still haven't read them! Gah!

This one is an author that I've only really heard of this year, but so many people rave about his books. I really want to pick up his Mistborn trilogy sometime soon since from what I've heard, it's a fantastic high fantasy series.

Ahhhhhh this one is just shameful. How am I totally in love with the contemporary genre and yet have read none of her books!?

Again, I OWN her books, but I haven't had a chance to pick them up yet. So many people rave about her Morganville Vampires series and I just know that I have to read them sometime soon when I'm in the mood for a good paranormal series.

The Across the Universe trilogy has received such high ratings that I honestly have no idea why I haven't started reading it yet. What's wrong with me? These books need to be read!

Now I know that I HAVE to read the Maze Runner series sometime soon - especially since the movie is coming out sometime this year, starring the beautiful and amazing freaking Dylan O'Brien. Must, must, MUST read these books asap.

One of my closest friends back in high school was completely in love with Scott Westerfeld it wasn't even funny. She loved every single book he wrote. In the blogosphere, so many people rave about The Uglies series. I neeeeed to reeeeead these books!

Again another author that really goes without saying. How can I say that I love contemporary and yet have never read any of her books? I even OWN Catching Jordan! Gah.

I need, need, NEED to start reading books from the New Adult genre and I know that this author is the go-to author to start that off. So many people rave and adore her books. Why haven't I started any??

Andddd another contemporary author that exists and I feel shamed for having not touched any of her beautiful books. What. Is. Wrong. With Me.

February 2014 Wrap-Up

Sorry it's a bit late guys, but here is my wrap-up for the month of February! Considering it was still summer holidays for me I was able to read a fair amount and watch lots of TV. The ultimate fangirl dream really. I also organised my timetable and prepared myself for the start of my second year of University starting in March (just had my first day today in fact!)

books.

To be honest, I had a really good reading month this month. I managed to read a total of 8 books, which is relatively impressive for me since I was quite busy and I got a cold...and well, when I have a cold, reading and me just do not go together. My body hates my bookish habits basically. *sigh*

I continued reading The Evernight series by Claudia Gray which I started in January with Evernight. At the start of February I read Stargazer, Hourglass and Afterlife. Though these books might not be completely adored by the bookish community, I really enjoyed them! Bianca could be a very frustrating main character but I felt like the other elements of the story made up for it (such as Balthazar..ahhh *fans self*), and ended up being a really good paranormal read, which is exactly what I wanted to read at the time.

Following this I picked up Brigid Kemmerer's latest book in her Elemental series which was Secret. Ohh man I loved this one. I swear every book that this woman writes is going to be featured on my favourites shelf. They cover such deep issues, her characters are beautiful, and the story is just so engaging. Her books are just SO hard to put down. I couldn't help but adore both Nick and Quinn after reading this one.

The paperback for Requiem by Lauren Oliver finally came out so I read that, and unlike the majority, actually enjoyed it! I know the ending left some wanting more, but I was actually okay with it. I felt like it was a really engaging conclusion to the Delirium series.

The Book Thief by Markus Zusak..well...I already talked about this one here. But I adored that one. Quite possibly my favourite of the month.

And my last reads were If I Stay and Where She Went by Gayle Forman which were both beautiful reads. The story itself was so tragic yet both books tackled it so beautiful. I couldn't help but feel for both Mia and Adam (oh Adam, more like ESPECIALLY Adam. My poor gorgeous boy *squishes*).

tv shows.

This month has been SUCH a good month for TV. Not even joking, I managed to watch a whopping 57 episodes! I'm pretty sure I was out of control, but there were just so many good things to watch.

Firstly I picked up three new shows:

Black Sails
Oh man oh man oh man oh MAN this show is amazing!! When I found out the synopsis of the show I just knew that I had to pick it up. For some reason, I just LOVE pirates, and a whole show for them? HELLS YES. I just finish Episode 6 last night and wowowowowow. This show is so intense and captivating. I was hooked (no pun intended hehe) from the start (and it just gets BETTER!).

The Musketeers
Now this show did take me a while to get obsessed with. I'd watched the first three episodes and wasn't quite sure if it was something that I wanted to stick with, but I fell in love during episode 4. I adore the characters (particularly Aramis! *swoons*), especially once I got cozy and familiar with them and each episode has such epic sword fights. And um...PETER CAPALDI guys! The inner Whovian in me could not resist.

Star-Crossed
I have to say that CW shows are my guilty pleasure shows. I don't think there is anything that particularly fabulous about Star-Crossed. In fact, when I first saw the trailer, I didn't think I'd pick it up. It didn't look like anything that special. But a few of my friends said it wasn't that bad and had potential, so I decided to give it a go. And hey, it's actually not that bad! It might only survive a season, but it's a season that I want to watch. So far I'm intrigued, and I think I may have a girl crush on Aimee Teegarden.

The Carrie Diaries
February was also the month where I said goodbye to one of my recent favourite shows. I mean, there is still potential that it will be renewed for Season 3, but the ratings and number of viewers aren't high enough for it to be likely.

And I have to say I cried when I realised I'd be saying goodbye to these two.

I also caught up on Castle, Reign and The Originals.

Caskett has been so adorable in the recent episodes of Castle and the mysteries have been EPIC. How good was the latest episode with the mind control. Gahhh, SO COOL. And I've finally managed to be happy with Alexis again, cause man she was getting on my nerves before!

Reign will forever be epic and amazing, but I'm missing Francis like it's nobody's business. Bash, I love you, but I'm on Team Mary/Francis SORRY. I guess I could be Team Bash/Alice? ;)

The Originals...DAMN this show. I mean, I know that I started it originally because it had weekly doses of Joseph Morgan but it has just become SO MUCH MORE. Oh and Elijah is a complete and utter badass. Man I love him.

Book Talk (#1): The Book Thief by Markus Zusak

What are BOOK TALKS?

Book Talks are one of two features that I decided to use on my blog instead of a typical book review. In book talks, rather than critiquing the book, my aim is to discuss the book with other people who have already read the book. I aim for more of a discussion, or a "talk", rather than a review.

SO FYI: THERE WILL BE SPOILERS.

Synopsis:
It is 1939. Nazi Germany. The country is holding its breath. Death has never been busier, and will become busier still.

Liesel Meminger is a foster girl living outside of Munich, who scratches out a meager existence for herself by stealing when she encounters something she can’t resist–books. With the help of her accordion-playing foster father, she learns to read and shares her stolen books with her neighbors during bombing raids as well as with the Jewish man hidden in her basement.

The Safe Non-Spoiler Section:

When I started this book, I felt like I was one of the only people who hadn't read it, so I don't know what point there is in saying this but if you haven't read this book, you absolutely must read it. Like seriously, I don't care about what sort of books interest you, The Book Thief is just one of those books that has to be read by everyone. After reading it myself, I just feel that it is not possible to read this book and not have your heart touched by something incredibly special.

I feel that I'm doing myself and this book an injustice by writing my first review for THIS book, because I just want to shove this book into everyone's hands and tell them to read it, and reread it, and then reread it again and again because it something that needs to be shared by everyone.

It's not an easy book to get into as The Book Thief has a unique writing style that does take time to get used to, but once you get past the Prologue you start to fall in love with how the story is told.

Oh, and you're also destined to have your heart obliterated into a thousand million shards.

I'm the type of person that likes to go into books knowing as little as possible, so all I'm going to say to those who haven't read it is:

The writing is so beautiful, that once you're sucked in, you realise you're reading something truly great.
You will grow to love all the characters in this book so deeply. They'll be unforgettable to you.
And hell, this book is going to HURT.

Spoilers May Be Below!
Like I said before, I feel like I am one of the last people to read this book. I don't know why I kept pushing it away. My best friend from high school could never stop raving about it and so so SO many people across the bookish community were bowing down to this book and all its amazingness. But hey, I'm glad I finally read it.

SO LET'S GUSH!

There are two main things that, to me after my first read, make this book what it is. And that is the writing and the characters. All things considered, I suppose the plot is relatively slow moving (until THE END oh be still my fragile heart) and didn't have as great an impact on me.

the writing.

I think one of the biggest things that I had to get my head around when I started this book was that it was narrated by death. We weren't having the story told to us by Liesel, or by Max, but instead death. And it was done so damn WELL. I think for me, this is one of the biggest aspects of the book that made me fall in love with it. It's just so damn unique, but so morbid at the same time. We see a personality...DEATH'S personality, but more on that later.

The main point for this section was...damn death. You're a good writer.

“People observe the colors of a day only at its beginnings and ends, but to me it's quite clear that a day merges through a multitude of shades and intonations with each passing moment. A single hour can consist of thousands of different colors. Waxy yellows, cloud-spot blues. Murky darkness. In my line of work, I make it a point to notice them.”

I'm not going to lie, initially it was a lot to take in, and I couldn't quite grasp my head around it, but once you get accustomed to it, it's beautiful. And that's the thing, you just have to sit with this book for a little bit, get through those first few pages, the prologue, maybe the prologue and chapter 1, but once you're past that..just wow. Just....wow.

the characters.

Now this, THIS is what truly made this book earth-shattering for me. THIS is what made me feel all the feels and just cry my heart out until I was a weak, pathetic, ugly crying mess at 2am in the morning.

Liesel Meminger

So even though the story wasn't TOLD by Liesel, Liesel really was our main character. Death followed her story. It was HER story being told.

The fact that Liesel was so young, I mean we started off the book with her at the age of 10, made us attached to her. You can't help but fall in love and care deeply for a child, especially a child as innocent and kind as Liesel, Liesel the Book Thief.

Liesel is a character who is struck by what seems to be constant tragedy if you look at it. In the first part of the book, her borther dies. Just like that. We don't even get to know him, we don't even know his name, nothing. And then suddenly he's gone. Then she loses her mother and has to deal with the realisation she won't be coming back. She's the only child in the school who can't read, she's plagued with constant nightmares, she befriends a Jew, she almost loses her Papa to the war because he stood up for the Jews and then when she almost has him back, she loses EVERYONE. This girl could just NOT get a break.

And she was just so, so so so strong throughout. Sure, she made mistakes. She wasn't perfect. But I swear each tragedy she faced made her stronger.
The nightmares ceased. She learnt how to read and how to write. And no matter how much the war tried to oppress her and condemn the Jews, she always held onto what she believed in. And yet, she was only a CHILD. It just amazes me that someone so young was capable of being so inspirational and so strong.

I just adore Liesel. I love her. She's a character so full of strength and goodness that it would be an honour to be half the person Liesel is.

Max Vandenburg
Oh Max. Oh Max oh Max oh Max oh Max. Where do I start with Max. Where can I start with Max. I mean, when you have a Jew in World War II, you know that his character is not going to be fine and dandy. His character's story is going to be full of pain and hardship. It's not going to be a happy story. It's going to break your heart. Max's broke mine as well.

His dad died when he was young. His family struggled to make any sort of living. He had to leave his family and then carry that grief around while he spent many years in hiding. Then he was captured...urgh. Oh Max oh Max. You broke me.

“I..." He struggled to answer. "When everything was quiet, I went up to the corridor and the curtain in the livingroom was open just a crack... I could see outside. I watched, only for a few seconds." He had not seen the outside world for twenty-two months.
There was no anger or reproach.
It was Papa who spoke.
"How did it look?"
Max lifted his head, with great sorrow and great astonishment. "There were stars," he said. "They burned by eyes.”

Hans Hubermann (Papa)
Papa is a man to be adored by all. When you find out that Liesel is going to be living with foster parents, I admit I was initially concerned. I was worried that whoever she was going to be with would be cruel to her. But they were so good to her, particularly Papa. Who doesn't love Papa. It's just not possible to love this guy. I mean even when he dies, even DEATH thinks he's something special.

“His soul sat up. It met me. Those kinds of souls always do - the best ones. The ones who rise up and say "I know who you are and I am ready. Not that I want to go, of course, but I will come." Those souls are always light because more of them have been put out. More of them have already found their way to other places.”

The way he looked after and cared for Liesel was so perfect. He truly was everything a real Papa could be to Liesel Meminger. This man taught her how to read, even though he barely could himself. This man taught her to be firm with what she believed. This man was so caring and so loving to everyone around him and was honestly just perfect. You just can't help but love Papa.

Ruby Steiner
Ruby Steiner. Lemon haired Ruby Steiner. The reason for my incoherent sobbing for 20 minutes at ungodly hours of the morning. You gorgeous, flawless, wonderful boy. Liesel's partner in crime, Liesel's best friend.

Oh when he died I was so broken. I sobbed and sobbed and sobbed. Wars have casualities. We know that. So many other children died in World War II, but when I grew as attached to Ruby as I did, his death just broke me. I was crying with Liesel as she lay over his dead body. He was so good, and truly loved Liesel. He would do anything for her. He stole with her, he defended her...the way he got into that river and fished out that strolen book for her, the way he held her down to prevent her from rushing off after the Jews which would have gotten her nothing but a severe beating...and the way he just kept wanting that kiss. That one kiss from Liesel MEminger, that he never got until his death. SOB SOB SOB.

“She leaned down and looked at his lifeless face and Leisel kissed her best friend, Rudy Steiner, soft and true on his lips. He tasted dusty and sweet. He tasted like regret in the shadows of trees and in the glow of the anarchist's suit collection. She kissed him long and soft, and when she pulled herself away, she touched his mouth with her fingers...She did not say goodbye. She was incapable, and after a few more minutes at his side, she was able to tear herself from the ground. It amazes me what humans can do, even when streams are flowing down their faces and they stagger on...”

the major events.

...Just...looking back at the book. And everything that happened, particularly in the last third of the book. It just leaves me in this awe, grief-stricken state. When Max had to leave, when Papa was sent to the war, when Ruby's father was sent to the war but didn't come back when Papa did, when Michael Holtzapfel committed suicide because he felt so guilty for wanting to live, and then the end. When everyone died except for Liesel.

This book just pounds you again and again with grief. With sadness. With devastation.

Yet somehow these characters move on, they overcome these things. Especially Liesel. Even if every story didn't have a happy ending, I felt that Liesel in particular grew and developed to become such a strong character. Her life was clouded in death (literally, I mean it FOLLOWED her story) but she kept moving on and she kept striving forward.

Conclusion
There are so, so very, very many additional things I could say about this book. I could talk about the themes, I could talk more about the writing, I could talk about these aspects of life and death and humanity and war that we saw through death. I could talk about Max's fantasies about him fighting with Hitler, and how he felt about the power of words and how he felt about Liesel.

This book is just a book of endless discusison and awe, and this post is already INSANELY long.

I know that this book is something that I have to re-read again today, to appreciate it more. There are so many elements I didn't pick up on. Relationships, plot points, perspectives, just an endless supply of things that make this book great, make this book the brilliant story it is. When a book finishes and you continue to cry for the characters that died for an extra 10 minutes, you knew you were truly attached and touched by something great. This book shoves you into a reality faced by many 70 years ago and just leaves you reeling.

Trailer Reaction: Guardians of the Galaxy

So basically I thought I'd kick start this fandom blog with my own person reaction to the trailer of the very much anticipated next Marvel movie - The Guardians of the Galaxy.
I have been a fan of the Marvel movies ever since I watched Iron Man, Iron Man 2, Iron Man 3, Thor, The Avengers and Thor 2: The Dark World all in 2013 (yeah, went on a bit of a marathon there).

BEFORE I CONTINUE ANY FURTHER, take a look at the trailer (if you haven't already seen it lolololololol).

Now I'm not going to lie, when I first watched this trailer, I wasn't impressed. It initially looked...too comical? It lacked the serious tone that I had become accustomed to, especially after seeing Iron Man 3 and Thor 2: The Dark World in the cinemas last year.

And then I saw this tweet by the brilliant author Jay Kristoff:

So I did the smart thing and watched it again. And now I am so ridiculously pumped for this movie guys. So let's give this a run down.

(also guys just letting you know, I have NOT read any of the comics, so I'm basically a complete noob when it comes to GotG. Please don't shoot me for this.)

So at the start of the trailer, we're watching Chris Pratt walk into this mysterious dark cavern and take this mysterious sphere. Then we've got some space guards taking aim at him (clearly he's crap at thievery). We then find out that he is none other than....Star Lord.

Initial expectations was that this guy was going to be some new epic badass character. Guardians of the Galaxy right? Someone who I was initially thinking parallels with the fame and badassness of Thor and Loki.

And instead we get a

....WHO???

yeah that's awkward.

While we're still reeling from this...unknown and unheard of main character, here comes the introductions of the rest of the team.

And all of these guys are clearly criminal. Rampages, theft, escape from lock down, assassinations, oh and a house plant/muscle.
And then there's our lovely Peter Jason Quill. Public intoxication...fraud...yeah.

But just before you suddenly fear that this movie is unlike the other Marvel movies. That for some reason, this movie will be more comical and lack that action we all love to drool over ~~and get turned on by~~ in front of the screen...just before you have time to worry about all those things...BAM. Here come the action scenes.

OH. And not to mention, the lovely Karen freaking Gillan, who we've been waiting to see ever since she ripped off her wig in San Diego Comic Con 2013.

So after watching it twice (and then probably three dozen times afterwards), I can safely say that I am so unbelievably pumped for this next Marvel movie. I NEED to know these characters. Not to mention, this is only the first trailer for this movie. For those who haven't read the comics (like moi), we're only being introduced to the characters, and I'm more than confident the trailer that shows the darker, more serious side of the movie, will be shown next.

I can assure you guys, I will be seeing this movie in the cinema this year (and possibly several times) in August (provided you don't delay the release date Australia! *shakes fist*). You could say...I'm hooked on a feeling for these guys. (yep, clear genius right here)

What are your thoughts guys? Are you as excited for this movie as I am? Even if it's just to see Karen Gillan as a blue alien pirate?

(no judging from me, I can totally sympathise with that reason)

Okay. Okay okay okay okay. I am finally doing this. This is happening. I have been trying desperately to push myself to do this ever since I designed this blog for myself (which was about a month and a half ago, AWKS) but I am finally sitting my butt down and writing up this post. I've got this guys. I'm handling it.

Welcome to Alice Starts a Blog 2.0

Previously known as That Kid in Wonderland

Now I'm a Geek.

Go figure.

(I should probably start writing in paragraphs again)

Basically in around July last year I started up a book blog. I had been following the bookish community for about 2 years and I finally worked up the courage and time to set up a blog for myself. I was so unbelievably excited and so ridiculously pumped for the community I was finally joining and all the ideas for the posts that I was going to write about.

However, once I had to go back to University for Semester 2 in August, all of those plans basically fell through. I tried to write up posts, but I felt like I just didn't have the time. I was getting distracted and I just decided that I had to drop the idea of having a blog, it just wouldn't work.

But I kept following the bookish community! And then sometime around November I realised that I STILL desperately wanted to be a part of it. But I knew that a blog would be a difficult thing to keep up with as well as my course at University, so I had to make sure that this blog was something that I was really, ridiculously passionate above.

And so, That Geek in Wonderland was born.

I had this really cool plan of putting THAT GEEK IN WODNERLAND across over Simba's eyes but than I got lazy so it didn't happen APOLOGIES.

I intend this blog to essentially be a FANDOM blog. By all means, I am going to rave about books. I have a lot of bookish feels guys. A CRAPLOAD. I am and forever will be a reader. But there are also heaps of other things I love! TV! Movies! I want to be able to use this blog to post my reaction to the latest Marvel movie trailers. I want to be able to use this blog to rant and review Teen Wolf episodes (Oh Stiles bb, let me hold you!). I want this blog to be a blog for me, as well as a blog for the readers who are interested. I want to discuss, rant, gush and just feel all the feels with you guys for ALL SORTS OF THINGS. Mainly books, but other things too.

SO. Basically. If you guys are ready to:

Read gif-heavy posts
Gush and flail and rant about all things nerdy, geeky and just plain AWESOME
