I've been in the mood to write out my thoughts lately, but I feel like I want to start with a clean slate.

So if anyone wants to keep up with my story (no promises on regular posts, since I haven't regularly kept up with my blog in years), you're welcome to follow my new blog.

Thank you for all your kind words on my previous post.

I said it.

I just deleted five years worth of blog posts. And it was bittersweet.

I've been doing a lot of that lately; deleting fives year's worth of things. Pictures. Facebook posts. E-mails. Memories. Oh, wait. Can't delete memories. That'd be nice though, wouldn't it?

I went from being a military spouse and being surrounded by post-life and other mil-spouses, military jargon, TDYs, PCS season, the commissary, Tricare, and general military life, to living in my old bedroom in my parent's home, trying to figure out what in the heck I'm going to do with my life. You're not supposed to start over when you're 26 (almost 27, mind you). I know that's still technically young, but I never felt so old before. I think I'm just tired. That's to be expected though, right? Divorce is tiresome.

Ya know what's really frustrating? Having to get rid of pictures that include your ex. Particularly pictures that you like. Like this one below:

You don't see my ex? Oh, right, that's because I covered him up with white paper and tape. Because that's a damn good photo, and I'd kinda like to keep it. I may have to invest in photo shop.

Well, I'm done for now.
