margin:0 10px 10px 0;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 176px; height: 144px;" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_Uz4Vah1ELa8/TB8-ncrfZ1I/AAAAAAAAAEM/i1-yYaU5d-8/s320/zuppa+di+pesce+con+calamari+e+cozze.JPG" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5485171718594979666" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight:bold;"&gt;ingredienti:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;calamari, cozze,vongole,gamberetti,Rospo martino,sogliole.&lt;br /&gt;olio di oliva,sale,prezzemolo,&lt;br /&gt;lauro,cipolla,pomodori,aglio,pepe.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Le sogliole vanno spellate,lavate e sfilettate.&lt;br /&gt;il rospo martino va lavato,spinato e tagliato a pezzi.&lt;br /&gt;togliete dai loro gusci le vongole,le cozze e riponetele in una ciotola&lt;br /&gt;con la loro acqua di cottura;&lt;br /&gt;pulite e separate anche i gamberi e i calamari.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Preparate il brodo di pesce con le teste delle sogliole e del rospo martino,&lt;br /&gt;aggiungendo  un po' di lauro e poco sale e prezzemolo;&lt;br /&gt;fate bollire il brodo per circa 20 minuti e poi passatelo e tenetelo&lt;br /&gt;in caldo.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;in un tegame largo mettete l'olio e una piccola cipolla tritata,.&lt;br /&gt;fate soffriggere,mettete i calamari e lasciateli cucoere a recipiente coperto aggiungendo,se necessario,qualche cucchiaio di brodo di pesce;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;unite poi nel tegame i pomodori tagliati a fettine;&lt;br /&gt; fate insaporire, poi ponete nel tegame i filetti di sogliola,&lt;br /&gt;i pezzi di pesce rospo ,le code dei gamberi,&lt;br /&gt; le cozze e le vongole,&lt;br /&gt;e bagnate il tutto con il brodo di pesce e anche&lt;br /&gt; Infatti non solo si prepara in poco tempo, ma e' anche economico.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Preparazione:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;In una scodella mescolare mezzo chilo di carne macinata,1 uovo,150 gr. di pan grattato e un po' di latte.( sale,pepe, cipolle tritate o altri ingredienti a piacere)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Lavorare con le mani il tutto in modo da formare una pagnotta e poi con una forchetta spalmarla con un po' di  ketchup(salsetta di pomodori).&lt;br /&gt;Porla in una teglia e cuocere nel forno a 200 C. per 1 ora  e 1/2, o fin quando la pagnotta si sara'a fatta bell'e dorata.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tagliare a fette e servire con pure' di patate e piselli o altre verdure. Fate ammorbidire il burro a temperatura ambiente e poi  ponetelo in una ciotola  e sbattetelo  energicamente  assieme allo zucchero e alla vanillina.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Aggiungete la scorza del limone  grattugiata  e il sale, quindi sbattete ancora per qualche minuto, fino a che il composto risulti cremoso.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt; Rompete l'uovo, e in un contenitore unitelo al latte&lt;br /&gt; e sbattetelo con una forchetta.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;  Unite questo composto  alla crema di burro  e zucchero  e continuate fino a quando  risulterà ben liscia e omogenea.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;  In una ciotola  mettete la farina e  il lievito  e uniteli poco alla volta  al composto, fino a che il tutto risulterà cremoso e senza grumi . &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Prendete gli stampini ,ungeteli con un po'di burro e spolverateli di farina,&lt;br /&gt;così i muffins non si attaccheranno.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Mettete l’impasto a cucchiaiate negli stampi da muffin ,ma non troppo pieni,&lt;br /&gt;perchè devono lievitare durante la cottura.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt; Metteteli nel  forno già caldo a 180° per circa 20-25 minuti. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Quando saranno dorati, spegnete il forno e lasciateli ancora dentro per 5 minuti con lo sportello aperto, dopodiché potrete estrarli e lasciarli raffreddare completamente .&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Se volete potete cospargere i muffins con zucchero a velo, oppure, appena sfornati, glassarli spennellandoli con del burro  fuso e poi cospargerli con i diavoletti di cioccolato.&lt;div class="blogger-post-footer"&gt;&lt;img width='1' height='1' src='https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/tracker/5608410200446372169-5446972130410443898?l=beautifulcucina.blogspot.com' alt='' /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
