Hebrews 2 - Both the one who makes people holy and those who are made holy are the same--Jesus is not ashamed to call them brothers and sisters.
The Gospel that Christians preach is not of human origins--it was received by revelation from Jesus Christ

Galatians 2
Christ eliminates the old Jewish law; Paul was crucified with Christ and no longer live, but Christ lives in him.

Galatians 3
In Christ Jesus, you are all children of God through faith; no one is greater than another.

Galatians 4
So you are no longer a slave, but God’s child; and since you are his child, God has made you also an heir.

Galatians 5
The fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control.

Galatians 6
If someone is caught in sin, live by the Spirit and help them through it gently; and be careful not to fall into temptation yourself.

Galatians in 140 Characters
Christ eliminates Jewish law; we no longer slaves--no is greater than the other. Live your life with the Fruit of the Spirit.

2 Corinthians

2 Corinthians 1
Christians should be confident--they have been anointed by God; his ownership is on us and his Spirit is in our hearts.

2 Corinthians 2
Do not let a person be overwhelmed with guilt; forgive everyone so satan does not outwit you.

2 Corinthians 3
Christ died and made all believers ministers to the the New Covenant. God is the Spirit, and where there is the Spirit, there is freedom.

2 Corinthians 4
Do not fix your eyes on what you can see--fix it on the unseen. The seen is only temporary. The unseen is eternal.

2 Corinthians 5
On Earth there may be a time when we have no roof over our head or clothes on our back; however bad it is, there is a home for us in heaven.

2 Corinthians 6
Rejoice in every way--through all the hardships, and all the good times; do not be yoked together with unbelievers.

2 Corinthians 7
Godly sorrow brings repentance that leads to salvation and leaves no regret, but worldly sorrow brings death.

2 Corinthians 8
Just as Christ became poor, so Christians could become rich, Christians should also give to help those who have little.

2 Corinthians 9
God loves a cheerful giver--do not give reluctantly or under compulsion.

2 Corinthians 10
It is not the one who commends himself who is approve, rather it is the one that God commends.

2 Corinthians 11
If you must boast about anything, then let it be things that show your weakness.

2 Corinthians 12
It is when times are bad that many people turn to God--his power is made greatest in weakness. When we are weak, we are strong.

2 Corinthians 13
Examine yourself to see if you are right in faith; test yourself. Encourage your fellow Christian and greet each other with a Holy kiss.

2 Corinthians in 140 Characters
Help those who have little; be a cheerful giver. If you must boast about anything, let it be your weakness. In weakness, we are made strong.

1 Corinthians

1 Corinthians 1
Paul encourages believers to think of who they were before they came to Christ; stress God made fools wise to shame the wise.

1 Corinthians 2
The Holy Spirit helps us understand what has been given to us by God; w/o accepting the Spirit it is not possible to understand the message.

1 Corinthians 3
Paul writes that churches should build on a strong foundation.

1 Corinthians 4
Paul writes not to judge anything; wait until God returns. Concludes, it is better to come to someone with love then a rod of discipline.

1 Corinthians 5
Paul writes not to associate w/ people who claim to be believers, but who don't walk the walk; says a little yeast leavens the whole batch.

1 Corinthians 6
Paul writes that your body is a temple of God; flee from sexual immorality. Sinning sexually is sinning against your entire body.

1 Corinthians 7
A man does not have authority over his body, nor does a wife have authority over hers--each body is yielded to the other.

1 Corinthians 8
It doesn't matter if you eat food sacrificed to idols; it only matters if what you are doing causes another to sin.

1 Corinthians 9
Humble yourself for the sake of the Gospel. Life is a race; if you run aimlessly you won't reach your prize; train yourself like a runner.

1 Corinthians 10
Everything is permissible, but not everything is beneficial; it is better to seek the good of others than the good of yourself.

1 Corinthians 11
Examine yourself before Holy communion, and make sure you are ready to drink from the cup; don't treat it casually.

1 Corinthians 12
All Christians are part of the body--each with a different bodily function, but all working together as a single unit.

1 Corinthians 13
If you do everything right in life, but don't love others, then you will gain nothing. Nothing is greater than love. Love never fails.

1 Corinthians 14
Desire gifts of the spirit. Prophecy is the greatest gift. Avoid speaking in tongues unless it can be interpreted.

1 Corinthians 15
Paul admits that he is the least among the apostles, but by the grace of God he is what he is.

1 Corinthians 16
Paul gives his final farewell to the church; encourages all to stand firm in faith and do everything in love.

1 Corinthians in 140 Characters
Only those who accept Holy Spirit understand the message; everything is permissible, but not beneficial; desire gifts of the Spirit.

Romans

Romans in 140 Characters

God does not favor one people because they follow rituals; believers should live by faith, not by law. Love is the fulfillment of law.

Romans 1
Paul writes to the Romans explaining that he wants to visit. Explains that God's wrath will come on those who have perverted the world.

Romans 2
Paul writes circumcision is no longer required to be save-- says that it is what a person does on the inside (not outside) that saves them.

Romans 3
Paul writes that no one is righteous in their own right, but is only made righteous through the faith that is given to them.

Romans 4
Paul explains that Abraham didn't become blessed because he believe in God; he was blessed because he had faith in God.

Romans 5
Paul continues that sin was in the world before the law; because of Adam we have sin, because of Christ we have grace.

Romans 6
Believers should count themselves dead to sin, but alive to God. We should become slaves to righteousness.

Romans 7
Paul stresses he is not saying the OT law is bad; rather he's saying it's only through Christ that we can work through the sin in our lives.

The Gospel of John in 140 Chapters

Jesus with God in the beginning. Says he is the light of the world. Killed for being King of the Jews. Rises from the dead.

John 1

Christ has been w/ God from the beginning. John the Baptist sent to prepare the way for Christ. John's disciples leave him to follow Jesus.

John 2

Jesus turns water to wine, and later clears the Temple of people profiting towards people making sacrifices to God. Performs many miracles.

John 3

Nicodemus asks Jesus what he means by people being born again; he explains we are born once of flesh, but must be born again of the Spirit.

John 4

Jesus tells non-Jews that the Kingdom of God belongs to them as well; heals an officials son remotely by simply saying he will live.

John 5

Jesus heals on the Sabbath, & priest complain because Sabbath is for rest. Jesus says that God is his Father, & the priest want to kill him.

John 6

Jesus feeds 5000 w/ 5 loaves of bread and 2 fish; in the evening he walks on water and teaches about the Bread of Life.

John 7

Jesus goes to the Jewish Festival; people can't figure out how an average person is so smart. Many Jewish leaders believe he is a fake.

John 8

Leaders dispute Jesus claim that he is the light of the world. Jesus further claims that he is "I am" (or God). Priest are angered by this.

John 9

Jesus gives a blind man sight; some ministers are angry because he healed on the Sabbath. Jesus later calls them spiritually blind.

John 10

Ministers continue to question Jesus claim to be the son of God; again pick on stones to throw at him, but stop.

John 11

Man named Lazarus is sick; dies before Jesus comes to heal him. Jesus raises him from dead. Ministers hear of this & plot to kill Jesus.

John 12

Jesus anointed and enters Jerusalem as a king--people praise him; he predicts his death. There is belief and unbelief amongst the Jews

John 13

Jesus washes the feet of his Disciples as an example of how to care for others; predicts Judas betrayal and Peter' denial.

John 14

Jesus comforts his disciples for what is about to happen; promises that if you keep God's commands the Holy Spirit is with you forever.

John 15

Jesus says that he is the vine and believers are his branches--believe in him & bear much fruit; further says the world will hate believers.

Jesus 16

Jesus gives final farewell to disciples; he promises that a time will come when their grief will turn to joy.

John 17

Jesus finals hours come and he uses the time to pray for his Disciples and all of those who believe.

John 18

Jesus is arrested. Peter denies that he knew Jesus. Leaders take him to Pilate; Pilate can't find anything to charge him with.

John 19

Pilate has Jesus beaten; calls him King of the Jews; resists killing him--priests insist. Reluctantly gives order. Crucified. Dead. Buried.

John 20

Followers of Jesus go to tomb & find that it's empty. Jesus appears to many--proclaims blessed are those who believe, but have not seen him.

John 21

Jesus appears to the disciples again, and this time performs miracles; later reinstates Peter.

The Gospel According to Luke

Luke 1
