Here is the recipe for the fireball cupcakes. It was interesting making them and the customer really loved them. I tasted one and it was pretty delicious!!

1 1/2 c of flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 c granulated sugar
1 stick of butter
1/2 cup of sour cream
2 eggs
1 egg white
1 tsp pure vanilla
A 5th of Fireball Whiskey

Sift the flour, add in salt and baking powder
Cream together the sugar and butter until fluffy
add in eggs one at a time
add in the vanilla abstract
gradually add in the flour and sour cream one at a time until both are mixed in the bowl
add in the fireball Whiskey and blend in

you can use an ice cream scooper to assist in putting even amounts of batter into the cupcake liners. place the cupcakes into the oven for 20 min on 350 degrees

I drizzled it with cherry sauce and put a cherry on top to balance the flavor

Yesterday we made chocolate bourbon cupcakes using Jim Bean. mmmmm The smell of the chocolate and bourbon together just lets you know you are getting a treat. Can't wait for our customer to taste them. She got them for her boyfriend's Birthday! Share some ideas of cupcakes with alcohol in them. We'll try them and post it!

So a customer ordered a Dora Cupcake cake and we're happy to say that the customer was very pleased with it. We can do just about any character. Character cakes have to be ordered one week in advance if it is an edible image. If it is not an edible image but just a character theme then the cake can be ordered within 48 hours. Here is a pic of the Dora Cake.
