“War on Women”? Yes, on Conservative Women.

If you haven’t yet seen the spread in Hustler magazine on Conservative Blogger/Commentator, SE Cupp, I won’t hold it against you. Personally, I find that rag a horrible compilation of wasted trees, but as a free market capitalist and realist I know there will be those who will keep the porn industry in business.

I am here today to expose the so called “Feminists,” Democrats and liberals and their hypocritical false outrage over Sandra Fluke versus the actual “War on Women” that is being waged by the left on Conservative Women.

I find it beyond outrageous that these attacks are perfectly legitimized and excused on the left by both men AND women. It is perfectly a-OK to objectify, slander, lie, demean and destroy a Conservative Woman. One has to give kudos to Hustler for actually having the kahunas to admit this truth in the text of their article. Liberals like those at Hustler have had to resort to photo-shopping a grotesque image of a lovely, intelligent, articulate (dare i say liberal threatening) woman such as SE Cupp to try and diminish her very gifted ability to persuade and educate. Behind the political scenes there has been a long spree of attacks being launched against Conservative bloggers and those who focus their efforts on exposing the deep and ugly machine driving the Liberal world of politics. Stacy McCain (known as @rsmccai on twitter) has fallen prey as one of latest victims of these extreme attacks for daring to expose one such individual, on his Conservative blog, who has been behind many similar attacks.

Inspirational Young (16 yr old) Lady Tackles the Political Arena

The lovely young lady, Madeleine McAulay, is only 16 yrs old and has drawn the attention of many with her strong passion for Conservative politics. This morning she was even a guest on @foxandfriends to tell her story and discuss her hopeful plans for her future.

Ms. McAulay is the proud owner of a conservative the blog Faith, Hope, and Politics where she gives her opinion on the issues close to her heart. Madeleine is also the owner of the twitter account @m_mcaulay and I’m sure she would love to have you follow her daily musings.

While on Fox and Friends she was excited about the fact Governor Sarah Palin, her political idol, follows her on twitter.

Proof that Students can be Smarter than their Teachers

In a YouTube video uploaded last week, you can hear what is claimed to be a Social Studies teacher informing a student in her Rowan-Salisbury school district North Carolina class that failing to be respectful of President Obama is a criminal offense…

In the video you can hear a classroom discussion about the Washington Post hit piece about Mitt Romney bullying a kid some five decades ago. A student responds with, “Didn’t Obama bully someone though?” The teacher says: “Not to my knowledge.” The student then cites the fact that Obama, in Dreams from My Father, admits to shoving a little girl. “Stop, no, because there is no comparison,” screams the teacher. Romney is “running for president. Obama is the president.”

The articulate student interrupts the teacher with something every ‘teacher’ should already know, “If your gonna talk trash about one side you gotta talk trash about the other.” I find it interesting how the student knows better than his teacher that it is not the teachers place to apply their political beliefs or agendas in the classroom. Friday, May 18^th, I arrived at the Minnesota Republican Party State Convention in St. Cloud. The convention could best be described as “The Revenge of Ron Paul”. Four years ago Ron Paul was denied the opportunity to speak on the National Stage, but not this time. For four years, the Ron Paulers have been working underground, using organizing skills that would make Democrats blush, to unseat the entire “Establishment Party” on Saturday and to sweep the entire slate of delegates and alternates going to the National Convention. (There was a humble token given by ceding a tie to Michele Bachmann.)

By securing a 5th state of pledged delegates Ron Paul has ensured he will: 1. Be on the ballot as a candidate; 2. Have full stage time and media coverage, and 3. Have a great deal of power. This video shows a clashing between Trayvon Martin supporters and Atlanta police as a couple of rogue individuals try to encourage everyone to not listen to the police and to march out in the streets like Martin Luther King would be doing right now.

According to several news accounts, Trayvon Martin’s grieving mother has filed with the U.S. Patent and Trademark office to trademark phrases used in protests of her son’s death.

The phrases “I am Trayvon” and “Justice for Trayvon” are included in Sybrina Fulton’s filing, and her attorney claims that the phrases would be used on things like CDs and DVDs to help people in similar situations.

The phrases have been used by people protesting Trayvon’s death last month and, with other phrases, are popping up on apparel sold online.

Another fad brought on by the controversy surrounding Trayvon’s death is for people to start wearing “hoodies” similar to the one Trayvon was wearing the night he died. There is even a Facebook page dedicated to people wearing hoodies in honor of Trayvon.

Even Barack Obama’s re-election campaign has gotten in on the hoodie fad by marketing Barack Obama 2012 hoodies on Obama’s campaign website.

Is this the work of a grieving community? Or is it the work of people trying to exploit this young man’s death for their own financial gain?

Curiously, there’s no record of Sybrina Fulton filing to trademark her son’s Twitter account name, “No_Limit_Nigga”.

Taking a page out of the Wisconsin Democrats’ handbook, Iowa Democrat lawmakers fled the Iowa Capitol for six hours today in order to avoid voting on two crucial 2nd Amendment Rights bills.

According to an email received from Tom Shaw (R-District 8):

Today, in the Iowa House, we were prepared to debate two Second Amendment bills. The first was an amendment to Iowa’s Constitution which clearly states that Iowans have the Right to Keep and Bear Arms. The second bill, commonly known as “Stand Your Ground”, upholds Iowa’s Constitution and your right to defend your life without having to retreat.

Unfortunately several hours ago, the entire Democrat Caucus of the Iowa House left the Capitol and went to an undisclosed location.

Clearly, the Iowa Democrats have learned from their Wisconsin neighbors: If you don’t feel like doing your job, then run away and hide.

To Caucus or Not to Caucus…

The Minnesota Precinct Caucuses will be held February 7. All across the state, people will gather together to discuss and vote for the 2012 Presidential candidates they support in the upcoming elections. Unlike a primary where citizens take a few minutes to sign in and vote, a caucus can take hours to complete as people stump for their candidates, discussions of party platform positions ensue and those who only show up during major election-years sigh in boredom, wondering when they’ll be able to cast their ballot.

In 2008, a friend and I attended our local caucus and were dismayed by the amount of time it took to participate. We were amazed by the fact that in the face of an ailing economy and two socialist-leaning Democrat opponents to whomever the GOP ultimately nominated, that time was devoted toward pushing an anti-abortion stance on a platform where the anti-abortion stance was already stated. After about two hours of listening to people debate the pros/cons of each candidate and all the platform ideas, we finally were able to cast a ballot for the candidate of our choice. Update on Russells – Judge Overrules Johnson’s JP Court Judgement

The latest update on the Remuda Ranch Estates Association vs Johnnie and Clara Russell lawsuit:

January 5th the Russells were back in court where the Judge overruled the previous court decision, ruling instead in favor of the Russells, which eliminated the bond payment requirement and opened the door for the Russells to appeal the original decision against them in District court. A court date has not yet been set, but it is anticipated to be done in the next week or two.

Along with this victory, other interesting issues have occurred:

The Russells had their land surveyed and discovered that the sign in question was in fact not placed on their property, but was actually placed about four feet away from their property line – on county land. The county maintains the land on which the sign was placed, coming out about three times a year to mow or clear brush. Anyone could have removed the sign at any time, but did not do so. Due to the fact that the sign was not on the Russell’s property, the charge by the HOA that the Russells have violated a deed restriction should be thrown out.
