I actually began writing this blog almost two years ago when I first became self employed. I thought it would be a great outlet for all that office chit-chat that I missed in the relative isolation of sitting alone in my living room at my desk for 8 hours a day. Little did I know how much my life was about to change with the arrival of my gorgeous baby boy in July 2011.

So having just recently managed to emerge from the baby haze (yes its taken 8 months) I thought I would revisit this blog and hopefully manage to sustain it this time! This is an ironic thought really considering how little time I now have for 'leisure pursuits' but I thought it might help to keep my head straight as I navigate the crazy path through self-employed working motherhood.

I hope you'll enjoy reading about my life a mixture of baby and working experiences. I know my mum will probably be my only loyal follower, hi mum, but it'll be cathartic for me anyway!
