Welcome to the OFFICIAL home of the Action Comics Weekly podcast! The podcast WILL be starting THIS year (2016)! As of this posting I do not have a set release date, though I am currently working on it. So bookmark the page NOW and keep your eyes peeled for more information as it comes! (Or follow the link in the sidebar over to Facebook and like the page there!)

Peeling back the curtain, I’m presently trying to figure out how to host/post the podcast directly on this site ONLY without having to update coded XML files to get iTunes to refresh when a new episode is available. Once that’s done, all I have to do is record, edit, and post!

A little about me: I’m Chad Bokelman. I’ve been a co-host on The LanternCast! for several years now. After the main hosts (Jim & Dan) left in late 2013, myself and fellow listener Mark took over the show. This year will be 3 years of us recording, editing, & posting our show. So I’m not unfamiliar with how to organize and produce a quality podcast. I also blog, for what it’s worth, about one of my favorite characters, Ragman, over at www.thesuitofsouls.blogspot.com so my devotion to comics (mostly DC) is well documented and readily available. I’m pretty passionate about Ragman, so I would highly recommend you check out that project when you’ve got a moment.

I’m looking forward to this new show and establishing a fantastic podcast listening audience/community/family! You’ll be hearing from me soon enough! -Chad
