2015-04-04T18:43:00.000-07:00

It's Easter. Mommy celebrates Jesus and Lucy and I celebrate the Easter Bunny. We are going to catch him this year and he is going to be history.

My New Haircut

2015-03-28T15:30:00.000-07:00

Mommy took me to the groomer's yesterday. Boy was I mad! I made the groomer's life miserable. Serves her right.

Here I am! Don't ever mess with my fur.

St Valentine's Day - One Day Late

2015-02-15T14:36:00.001-08:00

I forgot to put up my Valentine picture. Did you have a nice Valentine's Day? Was your sweetie good to you? Bah humbug!

Bam!

Lucy is much nicer than I am. Stupid cat!

Beautiful Trees

2015-02-10T09:34:00.000-08:00

Mommy took these pictures of beautiful trees in bloom. It's February, but they are already flowering.

Can you guess what kind of tree they are?

2014-12-26T08:58:00.001-08:00

Please have Mommy arrested. She tried to roast me for Christmas dinner. I managed to escape at the last minute.

Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year

From me, Lucy and Mommy

Quack!

2014-10-24T16:26:00.000-07:00

Mommy took me to see ducks today. It was the very first time I have seen ducks in person. Do you say in person when you see a live duck or do you say "in duck"?

The ducks paid very close attention to Mommy.

I wonder why.

There were ducks all over.

There was even a great egret.

Here is a duck catching a piece of bread.

Too many ducks to count.

Did you know that ducks waddle?

Mommy Made a Terrific Mess

2014-10-20T08:13:00.001-07:00

Mommy spilled my food. It was delightful.

Max Goes to Doggy Beach

2013-06-06T06:18:00.000-07:00

Max is a spoiled brat.

Here are some pelicans flying over doggy beach.

He gets to go everywhere. I get to go nowhere.

Then Mommy and Daddy took Max to see an osprey eating his lunch.

Then they took Max to a restaurant where he got a bone.

What a spoiled little doggy.

Mommy and Daddy Go to Temecula

2013-06-05T07:01:00.001-07:00

Temecula is a city near San Diego where Mommy and Daddy like to go occasionally. They have this terrific balloon and wine festival there. They took a few pictures so I could see what it was like. Why, oh why won't they take me?

They went to lunch at Rosa's.

A new building in Old Town Temecula, Huh?

St. Patty's Day

St. Patrick's Day is quickly approaching. Lucy and I hope you have a great day.

Horsies

2013-01-22T19:11:00.000-08:00

Mommy and Daddy went to a friend's house the other day and they had horsies. There was also an ass.

Can you tell the difference between the ass and the horses?

Lucy and I Played This Morning

2013-01-13T10:03:00.001-08:00

Mommy says Lucy and I are very bad. Gee whiz, all we did was play hard this morning. Just because we knocked some stuff on the floor . . .

We are now in time out.

Buck, Horrifically Injured Dog-Foundation Set to Help Others Like him

2013-01-12T07:39:00.002-08:00

http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2013/01/08/dog-shot-in-face-survives-tami-augustyn-facebook_n_2435033.html?utm_hp_ref=good-news

Buck was shot, tied up in a trash bag, hung on a fence, and left to die. Even though I am a kat and don't like dogs very much, I can't imagine my daddy ever doing anything like this to little Mr. Max. Mommy says the person who shot this dog is one sick nut job. Won't you donate so that other animals like Buck can be helped! I donated out of my kitty kat allowance.

The Bathtub

2013-01-04T06:21:00.001-08:00

I hate a bath, but I love the bathtub. Here I am in the tub when Mommy talks to me and Lucy gets jealous and comes over. I scare Lucy away.

Mommy's Friend Dan

2012-12-22T16:42:00.001-08:00

Mommy has a friend named Dan whom she has known for many, many years. The other night Dan's dogs jumped on him and insisted that he get up. Dan did. He discovered that his house was on fire. He tried to put the fire out, but to no avail. He was running around in bare feet and in his underwear. However, he got out alive. All of his animals, including his horses, are fine. Mommy is sad, but very happy that everyone is okay.

Dan had no insurance and he lost everything. Dan says his dogs will eat filet mignon for the rest of their lives.

Vacuum Cleaner

2012-12-09T17:47:00.003-08:00

Mommy's vacuum cleaner attacked my tail. I couldn't get away. I screamed and tried to run, but it wouldn't let go. Mommy also screamed. Finally, the vacuum was quiet and I ran and hid under the bed. Mommy got a broom and stuck me with it. I came out from under the bed, and Mommy put me in a cage and took me to a doctor. The doctor put me on a table and took pictures of me. She gave me a shot and gave Mommy some medicine for me.

Then Mommy took me home. I hurt and hurt all over. All night long I sat in the kitchen. That's it. Just sat there. Mommy couldn't sleep. She gave me the medicine and I didn't fight her. Then she put down a blanket on the kitchen floor for me. I stayed there another night.

Finally, Mommy had to go to work. I started to hurt less. Mommy was so happy when I started to walk around. Lucy left me alone. I told her if she jumped on me, I would smack her one up side the head.

Now I am all better. I just thought you might want to know why you haven't heard from me.
