I think we misnamed Rascal. Don't get me wrong he is a little Rascal or as Don calls him Wascalley Wabbit but there's another name that suits him better. THUD. Thud is the sound he makes when he runs into things which he's constantly doing. When he's outside and running toward the door to come in he usually runs right past the door or directly into it with a THUD. Rascal's now 4 months old and I'm pretty sure he's going through the "terrible two's" of puppyhood.

He can't catch on to potty training. He wants to go out AFTER he's already made the mess and he has no problem squatting and peeing in front of you. I know he's got it in him to be house broken because once in a while on a rare occasion he'll run to the back door an as soon as he's out <img For the 3rd morning he woke up and his cage was dry inside. He barked when he wanted to go out and I actually listened to him and after he ate he went to the back door and went right outside when I opened it. Then came yesterday morning.

Since it's been so cold her we've been putting his cage in our bedroom where it's warmer.

They're Just Well Loved

There's no denying, we spoil our dogs. When Ellie wants to be held she'll just worm her way onto your lap and before you know it you've got your arm around her or you're petting her. I was outside with Ellie and Rascal as they were playing with a couple of bones. Ellie & Stretch have a stash of rib bones behind the storage shed and Rascal found them. Stretch's Resolutions

I'll be more careful when jumping on the couch or bed so I don't fall off again.
I'll try to not take the stuffing out of Little Bear or Chili Pepper in my sleep.
I will write down where I hide my treats so I can find them.
I'll thank God every day for a great Mommy, Daddy and Ellie

Ellie's Resolutions:

I'll try not to laugh at Stretch when she falls off the couch

Which Way Did He Go George?

Stretch: George is my new pet.

Stretch: George hangs out in Mommy and Daddy's puter room.
