In honour of our first Anger Solutions for Kids group starting this April at my counselling office in Thorold, I thought it might be fun to share one of the exercises we have a blast with in our group. This exercise is part of the process of RELEASING RESIDUAL ANGER, and the kids always find it to be loads of fun.
