I was so excited to finish the apples I ate the last two apples at the same time. Before I say what the weight lose was I want to say this diet was a life changing 30 days. It changed so many things about my daily life.

1. Decreased the amount of food I eat.
2. Encouraged me to be healthy on daily basis.
3. Encouraged me to be healthy on a long term basis.

Over the course of this diet I lost 8.5 lbs, I also lost 2 inches off of my waist. None of my pants fit me any longer and I had to buy a new belt. This was a long 30 days and a lot harder than I thought it was going to be. It was one of the best things I have ever done in my life. I may have not lost the 10 lbs in the original challenge, but almost did and I lost size. It has also changed my life in a multitude of ways and can only thank the person who challenged me to this. I ate this apple as soon as I woke up. I am so excited for it to be the final day fo the apple diet. The last three apples will be Pink Lady apples, which as I have said many times are my favorite.

Once again poor planning and a nap got the best of me as far as the apples are concerned. We planned on keeping Brooklyn up for the fireworks, but to do so she needed to take a nap at a time she normally does not. So as I laid down to put her to nap I happened to fall asleep as well and woke up just in time to see some fireworks. At that same time I realized I still had two of my last five apples to eat, so I decided to eat them at the same time.

Happy 4th of July, I was hoping today would be the last day but I did not realize until a few days ago I actually started on 6/5/10 and will end tomorrow not today. It was slightly disappointing, okay it was really disappointing. I am so tired of apples and completely ready to be done with this. I ate this apple as I was arriving at work today. I only have five more apples to eat but it is still a lot left.

Some poor planning and a nap forced me to eat these two apples at the same time. I also did not feel like waiting till late in the night to eat the last one. So I decided to eat the last two apples of the day simultaneously as a dessert.

I ate this apple as soon as I woke up as my breakfast. If I eat the apple early enough in the morning I just do not feel like having anything else for breakfast. I usually will end up waiting till lunch to eat anything else.

I ate this apple prior to eating my leftover's from lunch for dinner. We ate lunch at Jason's deli where I got a Ruben sandwich, it was delicious. This Pink Lady apple went really well with the sandwich. I only have three days left and it could not come soon enough.

This Pink Lady apple was eaten shortly before arriving to work. I really only ate lunch and dinner today so this apple was eaten as a snack. Apples are an appetite suppressant and work very well as snacks to keep me from snacking on something unhealthy.

This apple was another Pink Lady and it was eaten on our way to Sam's Club to run some errands before work. I ate this apple while driving and again had the frustration of what to do with the apple core. I am very tempted to "recycle" it to the environment and throw it out the window in to the grassy area next to the road so an animal can eat it. I am not sure if it is considered littering or if it is acceptable to most people.

I have to apologize for the combined posting over the last several days. Also for the lack of posting over the last several days. These three apples were eaten periodically throughout day 26. The were all Pink Lady apples, as will the remainder of the days. After today I will only have nine more apples to eat, although it is still a lot of apples left I feel like.

Once again sorry for the no posting times are busy now with a little baby girl. She is growing up faster than I can believe. She can now sit up right on her own without help. She will now be sitting in the shopping cart on her own when we go to buy apples. These were another bag of apples we bought from Aldi they were Gala's again.

Sorry I have not posted in a few days I have been eating the apples just have not found time to post. These were various apples from various places. Not sure the order they were eaten in but I do know one was from QT and the other two were from Shell Gas Station.

I ate this extremely juicy Shell gas station Granny Smith apple as a tart dessert. My hands were covered in sticky apple juice, in my opinion this was unusual for a Granny Smith apple. Much to my surprise, being a gas station apple, it was very crisp and delicious. It was one of the best Granny Smith apples I have ever had.

This apple was eaten just before my favorite Lean Cuisine TV dinner. Chicken enchilada suiza, which I ate today for lunch. It was the last of the Aldi apples, thankfully they were not very good any longer. I have decided when I start eating apples once a day after this is done I will eat them first thing in the morning. I enjoy eating apples for breakfast, it also wakes me up in the morning as I have said many times before.

I ate this apple on the way to work this morning. I brought the last two Aldi apples with me today. I think 10 apples is the largest amount of apples you should buy at one time, well when you are eating three a day. These apples could have coincidentally been eaten from best to worst, but they did get worse as I got closer to the end of them.

This appetite suppressing apple was eaten just before dinner. It was an okay apple, again it was another Aldi Gala apple. I only have two more of them left so I will have to buy new apples tomorrow.

I ate this apple just before lunch today. The apple and a Mac & Cheese Lean Cuisine were all I ate and it filled me right up. This was another Aldi Gala apple, I think I only have two left. I am glad to report there are only 25 apples left to eat.

I ate this apple on the way to work and it was another Gala. I really enjoy the refreshing and awakening feeling an apple gives you. If I feel just a little tired or even really tired in the morning it just wakes me right up for my drive to work.

I had this apple a few hours after dinner as a snack/dessert. It works well for this as I have stated in previous posts. It definitely fills me up and keeps me from wanting to snack again later on.

I ate this apple just before dinner where I had a Santa Fe Style Rice and Beans by Lean Cuisine. It was a good dinner and with the apple it filled me up.

This was another Aldi Gala apple, I only have a few of them left. I ate this apple shortly after arriving at work. It was a fairly good apple, I think the Aldi apples are hitting there shelf life. Each day they are not as good as the day before. Hopefully I can finish them off soon and get some new apples.

I ate this apple as I was leaving work on my drive home. This was the first apple of the Aldi Gala apples I was not impressed with. It was fairly mushy and did not have a lot of flavor. It was not the worst apple I have ever had but definitely not very good. The worst Gala apple will still be better than the best Braeburn apple, which are my least favorite by far.

I ate this apple at work just after dinner, where I had a Salisbury Steak Lean Cuisine. This was another one of the Aldi Gala apples, which are surprisingly good. I can not believe after today there are only nine days left. It was brought to my attention however I still have 27 apples to eat.

I ate this apple for breakfast it was the only thing I ate. An apple is a really good start to the day. It is refreshing and gets your body going for the day. It also really wakes me up, especially when I work an early morning shift it helps to wake me up.

I enjoy eating an apple as a dessert, which is what I did with this apple. It really fills me up and helps with me wanting to snack late in the night. Especially if it is a sweeter apple cause then it really feels like a dessert.
