Every hero has an Origin Story. Join Brion Salazar as he talks with some of the biggest names in comic books today to discuss their secret history of becoming industry superstars.

One of the most prolific creators in comics, Tim Seeley has written and drawn comic books professionally for 30 years. The creator of Hack/Slash, Revival, Money Shot, and Dark Red and the writer of Nightwing, Grayson, Suicide Squad: King Shark, and the upcoming Superman vs. Lobo sits down to discuss his early career and how he developed his first script for LoveBunny and Mr. Hell.

Growing up in rural Wisconsin in the 80's Tim was immediately attracted to comic book art by the pages of Amazing Spider-Man. His passion for drawing and painting led him to pursue a career as a comic book artist. While in college events unfolded that steered his path towards cartooning, and eventually led to a internship at Marvel Comics. A collaboration with another writer helped him develop his first original story ideas and set him down the path of writer and artist.

I had a great time talking to Tim and hope you enjoy this conversation about his path to authorship in the very first episode of ORIGIN STORIES.
