Back when I was growing up I loved Megaman and would draw my own robot masters all the time. (I'm sure I've mentioned that before)
I also liked knights, so I made this guy up as my ideal robot/knight. He's a good guy.
I thought I would redraw him now if only to feel good about improving my drawing skills.

Cinnamon with her favorite toy, "her baby" as we called it.

Today makes two years since she passed away. I spent some time today reminiscing at the dog park we used to take her to all the time, she loved it there. Right after she died we got a stone engraved there in memory of her and its nice to go and see it from time to time.

My Neighbor Gengar

Gengar was easily my favorite pokemon playing the game growing up.

When googling reference images for Gengar I came across some other examples of the same idea.
I went ahead anyways because I wanted to make it as close to the movie art wise as possible.

Too bad I thought I was being original here... but there's nothing new under the sun.

The Jungle Book for iPad

I'm thrilled to announce the release of The Jungle Book for iPad.

This has been in the works for a little more than a year and has just hit the app store in time for Christmas.
It was a collaboration with the makers of Alice for the iPad and the team at Smashing Ideas and is published by Random House Digital, inc.

There are lots of illustrations in the book, but here are a few for you to see. They are all interactive with sound-scapes and sound effects and there is a top notch voice recording of the abridged storybook version. The pages with blank areas are where story text appears in the book. It pretty fantastic, but I may be biased. You can also see concept art for it here.

My Frankenstein cover will appear on the Series premier of Ridley Scott's new show 'Prophets of Science Fiction' Wednesday Nov 9th at 10pm on the Science Channel.

The first episode deals with Mary Shelley so thats why the cover will show up. I don't know to what extent it will appear, but cool none the less, keep an eye out!
