				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Established accessory company is looking for an Accounts Receivable Associate to maintain Accounts Receivable subsidiary Ledger, Invoicing, Collections and Reconciliation of customer accounts.</p>
<ul>
<li>Daily invoice functions – includes: checking and updating invoice batches (and checking freight and tracking info), managing and preparing EDI invoices, printing invoices, and mailing of all      invoices to accounts</li>
<li>Daily cash receipts – includes: handling credit card transactions, wire payments, preparing deposit slips (as needed), scanning check copies where needed.  Once done, posting of all cash receipts – apply payments to accounts and update system. Once complete, file all payments with appropriate receipt batch.</li>
<li>Mas90 updates and account credit info &#8211;maintaining accurate information in Mas90 as it relates to accounts on credit hold, CC info, and other A/R information as needed.  Certain customers to receive special attention for payments/CC charges.</li>
<li>Customer Service assistance (A/R related) – handling all customer requests for invoice/credit copies, credit status, payment breakdowns, address changes, etc.</li>
<li>Management of Chargebacks as required</li>
<li>Statements – monthly run and mailing for all accounts.  Certain accounts NOT to be mailed (credit balance and department stores).  Reconciliation of Customer Accounts as required.</li>
<li>Prepare and send appropriate management reports (as directed) on a daily/weekly/monthly basis. To include aged invoice reports, past due reports, etc.</li>
<li>Act as back up and support to Controller when needed</li>
</ul>

<p>The qualified candidate must have previous accounts receivable experience, credit and collections skills, and  MUST be proficient in MS Excel and MAS90.</p>

<p>As a member of the Client Solutions team, the Solutions Consultant will be responsible for the articulating the technical benefits and differentiators related to the Interact Suite. The Solutions Consultant will work directly with the Company Sales Team and Account Management Team supporting both prospect and customer engagements. <p>Responsibilities:</p>
<p>This position functions as the technical point of contact for the field sales organization including New Business Sales Representatives and Client Account Managers. This position also serves as the primary point of contact for Company prospects and customers evaluating all company products and solutions. The Solutions Consultant is responsible for managing several sales opportunities simultaneously and will report directly to the Director, Client Solutions. Up to 50% travel required.</p>
<p>In addition, the Solutions Consultant will:</p>

<p>•Engage in a rapid education process including formal training, self-study and field experience designed to position the candidate as a technical expert on all Company technologies and related solutions as quickly as possible.</p>
<p>•Respond to technical questions received via RFP and or RFI in an accurate and timely fashion.</p>
<p>•Conduct Technical Discovery sessions directly with prospects and customers. Technical Discovery is designed to uncover technical and marketing requirements to be addressed in presentations and demonstrations.</p>
<p>•Prepare custom prospect/client solutions to be presented within the Interact Suite. Work directly with Sales, Strategic Services, Professional Services and Digital Services to collaborate on and develop the overall Solution Presentation. Serve as the technical expert during the sales cycle.</p>
<p>•Present Company technology infrastructure, including demonstrating deep familiarity with company’s software. Present prospect/client solutions onsite or via web-conference. Serve as the technical lead and liaison within a multi-disciplined Company Sales team.</p>
<p>•Multiple demonstrations and or presentations may be required for an individual prospect/client.</p>
<p>•Assist in the creation of technical account configuration documentation and technical statements of work.</p>
<p>•Prepare and provide client facing technical follow-up calls and documentation.</p>
<p>•Participate in weekly Solutions Consulting and Product Management meetings to stay up to date on current technical concepts on future product enhancements.</p>
<p>•Attend all company provided technical training sessions.</p>
<p>•Develop and implement a self-study based education program designed to acquire industry leading best practices related to email marketing, mobile marketing, social networking, marketing process management, database design, integration methodologies including Web Services APIs, and partner based integrations including Web Analytics and Product Recommendation engines.</p>
<p>•As an integral member of the sales team, contribute in detailed qualification of opportunities, formulation of sales strategies and technical approaches, plans.</p>
<p>•Ensure prospect/client satisfaction with all project deliverables.</p>

<p>Qualifications:</p>
<p>•Minimum of 4 years experience in software consulting, pre-sales consulting or product management</p>
