Twilight baddie Cam Gigandet’s healthy baby girl has been born! His girlfriend Dominique Geisendorff had the baby on Tuesday.

Cam’s parents, Jay and Kim, and sister Kelsie, were all in town for the birth. The baby weighed 7.6 lbs.

“There is no name yet,” an insider tells In Touch. “She is perfectly healthy, everyone is doing fine!”.Some humorous name suggestions–

* Caminque. Kind of like Renesemee. You know, with the name combination. No? Okay.
* James Jr. Oh, it’s a girl. Right. James-a? How about Jamie?
* Victoria. She’s sworn revenge for James, gotta give her some kind of credit!

Congrats to the happy couple!

Cam and Dom were spotted having lunch together earlier this month.

Thanks to the miracle of life, Josh Holloway and wife Yessica Kumala are new parents to a bouncing baby girl.Lost star Josh Holloway is a proud new papa! Wife Yessica delivered the couple’s first child — a daughter named Java Kumala Holloway.

Daughter Java Kumala Holloway is the first child for the couple, who wed in 2004. She was born on April 9 in Oahu, Hawaii, which has been home for the twosome since the popular ABC mystery/sci-fi/drama Lost started filming five years ago.

Former “Bachelorette” Trista Sutter and her husband Ryan are proud parents of a baby girl, People reports.

The Bachelor and The Bachelorette star Trista Sutter and husband Ryan Sutter welcomed baby No. 2 to their family yesterday.

According to the magazine, Blakesley Grace was born on Friday, April 3, weighing in at 6 lbs., 2 oz and she is 19 inches long.

"She's healthy. Everything is really good," Trista Sutter said.

Baby Blakesley is the couple's second child. They are also parents to a son, Maxwell Alston Sutter, a.k.a. Max Sutter, who will be two years old in July.

Last December, Trista confirmed the baby news to AccessHollywood.com.

“The news is true. We are expecting a baby girl in April and we are ecstatic!” Trista told Access at the time.

And while the couple waited to find out the sex of their first child until he was born, she added that this time around, they wanted to know ahead of time.

“We didn’t find out that Max was a boy until he arrived, but decided to spoil the surprise this time,” she joked.

Both parents are elated to add a baby girl to their growing family.

“Although we would’ve been just as happy with a second boy, we are very much looking forward to giving Max a little sister!” Trista said.

Trista met Ryan, a firefighter, on ABC’s “The Bachelorette” in 2002 after Trista was the runner-up on “The Bachelor” in 2001.

The couple married in 2003 after Trista chose Ryan as the winner of season one of The Bachelorette. Ryan Sutter remains the only final rose recipient from 17 seasons of The Bachelor and Bachelorette to still be with the person who doled it out.

Alyson Hannigan has a baby girl

Continuing the long-running trend of celebrity baby fever, Alyson Hannigan and her husband Alexis Denisof welcomed a baby girl last week.

"American Pie" star Alyson Hannigan was given a special gift on her 35th birthday -- her first-born child.

The girl is named Satyana Denisof and was born on March 24, Hannigan's 35 birthday.

A spokesperson for the star tells People.com, "They're very excited, and mom and baby are doing great."

Hannigan told talk show host Ellen DeGeneres that when she was pregnant she suffered from "pregnancy brain, which I never realized was a thing but it is. I sort of feel like a koala bear, where I'm slightly stoned all the time and say the wrong word."

And Hannigan, who kept the sex of her baby a secret throughout the pregnancy, will be glad she has given birth, because she lost the ability to concentrate while she was with child.

She told TV host Ellen DeGeneres in February, "I get tired a lot and I have pregnancy brain, which I never realized was a thing but it is. I sort of feel like a Koala bear, where I'm slightly stoned all the time and I'll say the wrong word."

Hannigan and Denisof, 43, met on "Buffy the Vampire Slayer" during the 1999-2000 season.

The couple got hitched at the Two Bunch Palms Resort in 2003.

She’s been a picture perfect mother during her baby Nahla’s first year of life, but when it comes to the question of having more children, Halle Berry just isn’t sure yet.

Halle Berry is open to having more kids.However she don't expect her to be like octuplets' mom Nadya Suleman.

Berry confirms to Ellen DeGeneres on her show that she wants another child, but says she's not up for double digits. "I hope I don't have like 14 more," quips Berry, who is mom to 1-year-old Nahla Ariela.

During a recent interview on the Ellen DeGeneres Show, the “Monster’s Ball” hottie confessed, “Yeah, my mind says yes [to more kids] but the rest isn’t up to me- so we’ll see.”

Still, Berry isn't ruling out that a brother or sister could be in the future for her daughter with model Gabriel Aubry. "My mind says yes," she tells DeGeneres, "but the rest isn't up to me so we'll see."

Should it be up to Aubry, however, something could be in the works: He told PEOPLE in February that Nahla "needs a sibling." And, unlike Berry, he doesn't limit the numbers. Said the man who comes from a brood of eight, "I believe in big families."

Comic actor Tim Allen is a father for the second time.

Jane Hajduk Allen and Tim Allen are proud parents of Elizabeth Allen. Tim Allen, the comic actor, welcomed his second child, Elizabeth Allen, on Saturday, March 28.

Publicist Marleah Leslie says Allen's wife, Jane, gave birth to a 5-pound, 13-ounce girl, Elizabeth, on Saturday in Los Angeles.

Leslie says the couple is thrilled with the new arrival, and both mother and child are healthy.

Elizabeth is Allen's second child. He has a 19-year-old daughter, Katherine, from his first marriage. This is his wife's first child.

The 55-year-old Allen has starred in many movies, including "The Santa Clause" and "Toy Story," and the TV series "Home Improvement."

Tim Allen’s first born is Katherine, 19, from his first marriage. Elizabeth is his second child with his wife Jane. Jane’s first child is Elizabeth.

The couple dated for five years before marrying in October 2006.

Tiger Woods now has another fan to cheer him on.Tiger Woods’s wife, Elin, gave birth to baby boy they have named Charlie Axel.

Woods announced on his website early Monday that his wife, Elin Nordegren, had given birth to a boy, Charlie Axel Woods. This is the couple’s second adorable child following the birth of daughter Sam Alexis Woods in June 2007.“Both Charlie and Elin are doing great and we want to thank everyone for their sincere best wishes and kind thoughts.”

“Elin and I are thrilled to announce the birth of our son, Charlie Axel Woods, who was born on Sunday, February 8, 2009,” Woods wrote in a statement.

Woods said, "Both Charlie and Elin are doing great and we want to thank everyone for their sincere best wishes and kind thoughts."

Tiger Woods, 33, has been a kind of stay-at-home dad since June 2008 after undergoing knee surgery. Woods said the knee injury has been a blessing though in many ways after getting to spend extra time with daughter, Sam.“While my injury has been disappointing and frustrating, it has allowed me to spend a lot of time watching Sam grow,” Woods said on his Web site. “I can’t begin to tell you how rewarding it is being a dad and spending time with her and Elin.”

“I want to thank all of our doctors, nurses and the hospital staff for their personal and professional care. We look forward to introducing Charlie at the appropriate time, and again thanks from all of us for your kindness and support.”

What's New For Infants

Every week of your baby’s life, he will seem a bit more alert and awake. You will see that you are having a bit more fun with him, and will find him doing and learning new things, as little as they may seem. While your baby will still spend much of his time sleeping and eating, you will notice that he is awake a little bit more during this time, and definitely focusing more on his surroundings.

At this point he may startle even while sleeping, and he will jump at loud noises, but not wake up. These noises could range from the phone ringing, to a dog barking, to the vacuum cleaner running. This reflex helps protect newborns and helps them sleep through noise and is the reason why many newborns can sleep in a room that has a loud radio playing or vacuuming.

Developmental Milestones*

By the end of the month your baby will most definitely be able to lift and hold his head off the floor slightly, for a small period of time during tummy time. By this point some babies can lift their heads to about a 45 degree angle, and there are a few that can even lift their heads to a 90 degree angle. You might notice your baby making noises other than cries, perhaps even like dove coos! If you are lucky, you might see your baby's beautiful smile for the first time during the first month

It's a scary world

Your womb was a warm and cozy environment, and it'll take time for your baby to adjust to the various sights, sounds, and sensations of life outside your body. You may not be able to detect much of a personality just yet, as your baby spends his time moving in and out of several different states of sleepiness, quiet alertness, and active alertness.

The only way your baby knows to communicate is by crying, but you can communicate with him through your voice and your touch. (Your baby can now recognize your voice and pick it out among others.)

Your baby probably loves to be held, caressed, kissed, stroked, massaged, and carried. He may even make an "ah" sound when he hears your voice or sees your face, and he'll be eager to find you in a crowd.

Colic cries

If your baby cries for more than three hours in a row on three or more days a week for at least three weeks, and there's no medical explanation for his distress, chances are he's colicky — a term used to describe uncontrollable crying in an otherwise healthy baby.

A colicky baby may act truly uncomfortable — alternately extending or pulling up his legs and passing gas. His crying and discomfort can happen at any time of day, but it's usually most intense between 6 p.m. and midnight.

Thankfully, colic doesn't last forever. Sixty percent of babies will be through the worst of it by 3 months, and 90 percent are better by 4 months of age.

Innie or outtie?

After your baby was born, your doctor (or your partner) painlessly cut his umbilical cord, leaving an umbilical stump. You'll notice during your baby's first couple of weeks that the remaining piece of cord tissue will begin to fall off.

During this time, give your baby sponge baths instead of tub baths to keep the area dry. When the cord has totally separated and fallen off, what remains is your baby's cute belly button.

Take it slow

You may notice your baby becoming irritable or fussy at the end of the day. This is normal. It could be that your baby is just overwhelmed by all the new sights and sounds. (There's a lot to take in even if your home is relatively calm.)

A baby's heart rate and sucking patterns actually change when he encounters a new sound. When you see your baby getting agitated, arrange for some quiet time — a massage, snuggle, or rocking — to help soothe him

When does baby need fluoride?

Your baby's developing teeth can benefit from a little fluoride. This mineral helps prevent tooth decay by strengthening tooth enamel and making it more resistant to acids and harmful bacteria. Most municipal water supplies are fortified with fluoride. Bottled water suppliers can also tell you about the fluoride content of their water.

If you get your water from a well, you might consider buying a test kit from your local health department, a hardware store, or a pharmacy. If the results show a fluoride content of less than .3 parts per million, ask your child's doctor whether you should give your child a fluoride supplement. She can prescribe fluoride in the form of drops that you can add to your baby's bottle or cereal once a day. The American Academy of Pediatrics doesn't recommend fluoride supplements for babies under 6 months old.

A little fluoride is a good thing for your baby's teeth, but too much of it can lead to a condition called fluorosis, which in mild cases causes white spots to show up on your child's adult teeth. The Dentistry recommends waiting until your child is 2 to use fluoridated toothpaste, and even then you should let him use only a tiny amount each time. This is because young children tend to swallow their toothpaste rather than spit it out and swallowing too much toothpaste over time can lead to fluorosis.

Picking a right baby names

Picking the right name for your child is a daunting task. It will stick with them for life, so the pressure's on! And while some countries have strict rosters of appropriate names you can choose from, in America almost anything goes. With all the options, it can be extremely overwhelming.

Where do I begin?

Start discussing names with your partner as soon as possible to set some guidelines. Keep a list of favorites handy so you can add to it whenever a name pops into your head.

There are lots of considerations when you're deciding on a name, such as appeasing relatives, avoiding embarrassing initials or nicknames, and steering clear of monikers associated with bad memories. These are a few tips for you when picking a name

* Sound and compatibility. How your baby's name sounds when it's said aloud is one of the most essential things to think about. Is it melodious? Harsh? Does it go well with your last name? Often, longer first names work better with shorter last names, and vice versa. Combining a first name that ends in a vowel with a last name that starts with a vowel generally isn't the best choice.

* Uniqueness. An unusual name has the advantage of making the bearer stand out from the crowd. On the other hand, a name no one has heard of and few can pronounce can bring attention a child would rather avoid. One way of striking a balance is to choose a familiar first name if the child's last name is unusual, and vice versa.

* Relatives and friends. Many parents choose to name their babies after a grandparent, other relative, or close friend. This option can provide you with a good pool of names to consider. Take ideas graciously, but don't tell anyone what you and your partner have decided until after the baby is born.

* Ancestry and heritage. Your child's heritage is an essential part of who she is, and you may want her name to reflect that. Your religious preference may steer you toward a certain category of names. Or perhaps your family has a tradition of naming first-born sons after their fathers.

* Meaning. No one is likely to treat your daughter differently because her name means "hero's daughter," but the derivation of your baby's name is something you may want to think about.

* Initials and nicknames. People, especially kids, can be cruel when it comes to nicknames, so try to anticipate any potentially embarrassing ones. Of course, just because you don't think of something doesn't mean some clever second-grader down the line won't and he'll probably find it utterly hilarious. But at least you can rule out the obvious problems. Also, be aware of what your child's initials spell.

Remember, none of these are hard rules. The most important criterion for a name is simply that you and your partner like it.

Everly Kiedis is a Beach Baby!

15 month old Everly Bear Kiedis gets a lift from dad while enjoying a day at the beach with hist parents Anthony Kiedies and Heather Christie on Friday in Malibu. The fun in the sun wasn’t complete without Everly grabbing Anthony’s glasses off his face!

Eventhough the Red Hot Chili Peppers rocker, 46, and his model girlfriend, 23, split over the summer, the pair has been spending time together again as of late.

Baby's First Doctors Visit

When your baby age between 2 weeks and one month old, your doctor will ask you come in for a health and routine check with your baby. Most of the checkup are relatively the same. There are a number of procedure that the doctor will be looking at to make sure your baby is progressing normally. Some of the things your doctor will look at include:

Your baby’s weight, length and head circumference. This is done so that the doctor can create a growth chart from birth, and make sure your baby is growing properly.

A physical exam of baby which will include listening to your baby’s heart and lungs with a stethoscope, feeling the baby’s abdomen to make sure there are no abnormal bumps or growth, and rotating the hips to rule out any dislocation or possible hip dysphasia.

Your baby’s soft spot will be checked, to make sure it isn’t closing too fast, giving the brain time to grow properly within the skull.

If your baby did not receive his first hepatitis B vaccination at birth, he should be receiving it at this appointment as well. These are just a few of the more common items a doctor will check for at this visit. Every pediatrician is different so they might skip something. If there is something you want checked, that your pediatrician doesn’t check, just ask them! They will probably check it for you.

As a new parent, it's normal for you to feel some degree of emotional vulnerability in your life when you got a new baby. Based on the study,at least 60 to 80 percent of new mothers experience the simptom call "baby blues".It is a mild form of depression that causes weepiness, anxiousness, sleeping problems, irritability, and moodiness.

If your blues last more than two or three weeks, you may have postpartum depression or PPD.PPD is a serious condition that affects almost 20 percent of new moms in the world. If you're feeling any of the symptoms like insomnia, weepiness or sadness that persists all day, or even diminished interest in almost all activities, difficulty concentrating, change in appetite, anxiety, excessive guilt, panic attacks (symptoms include a racing heart, dizziness, confusion, feelings of impending doom), or suicidal thoughts ,you contact your doctor immediately. Not only will you get the help you need, your baby will benefit from your healthier mindset.

Your newborn baby will probably look scrunched up for a while, with his arms and legs not fully extended.This is because he was curled up inside your uterus until recently. e may even appear bowlegged.

However,you don't need to worry about it.Your baby will stretch out, little by little, and by the time he reaches 6 months, he'll be fully unfurled! In the meantime, as he adjusts to life outside the warm, safe confines of your womb, he may enjoy being swaddled in a light blanket.

The first weeks after a baby’s birth are generally very uneventful in terms of interaction between baby, parents and siblings. Your new baby will spend much of his time sleeping during these weeks, often causing you to have to wake him up to feed him, change his diapers and so on.During this time,he is totally dependent on you for love and care.If this is your first baby,don't try to master the art of caring for a baby all at once. Take it easy, take it slow. Your newborn is more durable than you might think. He's getting used to you as much as you and your partner are getting used to him. Like all good relationships, this one will take some time.

At this point your baby is only awake 10% of the time. This stage is referred to as quiet alert because your baby is often just looking around quietly. Use this time for extra bonding.In the few minutes of him being awake, you may notice that your baby seems to be able to focus on your face a bit more than before. You may also notice that your baby is trying to lift his head more frequently during tummy time, actually getting it off the floor for several seconds at a time.

Meanwhile,for a new born baby,when you want to changing your baby’s diaper ,make sure you taking care of his umbilical cord. Some doctors suggest patting it dry, while others suggest using alcohol swabs to keep it dry and germ-free. As you keep it clean, your will notice the umbilical cord starting to dry up, shrink and fall off. While it looks bad, and may smell bad, it is a natural process. Once it falls off, there might be a tiny spot of bloody puss, which will probably heal on its’ own within a couple of days.

The first few stools’ your baby has will likely be black in color. These stools are referred to as meconium. The color of and consistency of your babies stool will change to reflect the way you have chosen to nourish your baby. If you are breastfeeding your baby his stools are likely to be yellowish in color, and very loose. If you are giving your baby formula, the color can be from yellowish, to brown, and possibly much firmer, making it seem like your baby is constipated when he is attempting to have a bowel movement. The frequency of a baby’s bowel movement varies from a few times a week, to once a day, or even every diaper change.

And sometimes,your baby will startle at loud noises like the phone ringing, a plate dropping, or the vacuum cleaner starting up. However, this won’t wake up your baby and your baby will begin to tune it out. You don’t have to worry about too much noise around your baby, as your baby won’t be bothered by it.

Jo Dee Messina Welcomes New Baby,Noah

Country singer Jo Dee Messina and husband, Chris Deffenbaugh, welcomed their first child today .Their new son was born at a Nashville-area hospital at 1:01 p.m., he weighed in at 6 lbs, 15 oz.

They named him Noah Roger Deffenbaugh, and he's the first child for both and since dad Chris is a woodworker,who owns Deffenblaster Enterprises,he made his son a handmade crib and change table. Very nice!

Although the pregnancy wasn't planned, they were pleasantly surprised when they found out they were expecting.

Messina is planning a tour for her new album Unmistakable, and will take baby Noah with her.

Jo Dee and Chris celebrated their first wedding anniversary in October.
