What’s good Sarah, what city do you reside in?

West Palm Beach, Florida.

How did you get into modeling?

I always loved fashion, glam, glitter the spotlight and I knew one day that's what I wanted to do.

How long have you been modeling for?

I have been modeling since I was a kid, but really got into it full force about four years ago.

Favorite foods?

My favorite food is a juicy greasy hamburger because the messiest foods always taste the best. [Smiles]

What is the craziest thing a guy did to try to get your attention?

I was serenaded outside my bedroom window.

What type of guys are you attracted to, and what is it about those type of guys that makes him attractive to you?

I like all types of men but the ones I like the most are the ones who know how to treat me like a lady.

What do you think is the most romantic thing a man can do for a women?

I think that the most romantic thing a man can do for a woman is shower her with unexpected love.

Do you have any talents that would surprise people?

I love to sing. I was also a gymnast and cheerleader for many years. I currently teach all three still to this day.

What’s currently in your IPod? What's your favorite?

My all time favorite music is reggae, but I love to listen to Soul music. Everyone can use a little Al Green in there lives.

What else do you do besides modeling?

I'm a dance instructor.

The concrete that holds the water is risen from the ground, and acts as a waterfall to the shallow pond below it. The site of the home is ‘U’ shaped, one side being the home, on the other a wooded deck to relax on and the infinity pool. Though the golf course property sits on a sea side, this epic pool might be enough to keep it’s owners in fresh waters.

Deeply rooted in the MANSORY philosophy is the motto of always supplying prized automobile possessions. With the customised McLaren MP4-12C, the luxury manufacturer from the Bavarian town of Brand has once again succeeded in delivering another such highlight, just in time for the Geneva Motor Show 2012.

In particular the body package makes it clear that MANSORY wanted to differentiate itself significantly from the series vehicle. Besides design elements such as the ultralight bonnet with exposed carbon-fibre sections or the proprietary daytime driving lights, a number of targeted measures deliver a boost in aerodynamics.

Be it the roof, the front or rear apron, the mirror housing, or the wings, which widen the vehicle by 60 millimetres, all components are made of carbon fibre and hardened in the autoclave under high pressure and temperature. This high-tech process brings some impressive benefits: Both the acceleration values and the braking distance and fuel consumption are improved by the reduction of the vehicle's weight. Furthermore, the newly designed side sill set steadies the airflow between the two axles. A wing profile, in combination with the diffuser, delivers greater contact pressure on the rear axle.

The improved agility and handling that this delivers provides scope for increased performance. Here, too, MANSORY applies its considerable expertise. MANSORY offers the centrepiece of its customisation programme with a powerful performance enhancement. The upgrade includes a high-performance exhaust system, a new engine-management system and a sports air filter with increased air throughflow. The combination of these components results in a power of ca. 670 PS / 493 kW at 7,100 rpm (series: 608 PS / 447 kW at 7,000 rpm). At the same time, the maximum torque climbs to an imposing 675 Nm, which is available in the range 3,000 to 6,500 rpm (series: 600 Nm at 3,000 – 6,500). After modification, the top speed is 353 km/h.

In line with the McLaren's dynamic new presence, MANSORY fits the two-seater with striking light-metal wheels. Manufactured using forging technology, these wheels are ultralight and especially robust. On the front axle, the selected wheel-tyre combination is 9.0Jx20-inch with tyres of the size 245/30ZR20. At the rear, 11Jx21-inch rims are paired with 305/25ZR21 tyres.

The finest materials are used in the interior, giving occupants a feeling of the utmost comfort. The leather of the MANSORY's interior is treated by master craftsmen and is both especially hardwearing and extraordinarily soft. Only flawless natural hides are fitted in the interiors and stitched with contrasting thread by the in-house saddlery. The newly designed airbag sports steering wheel, the aluminium pedals and the real carbon-fibre elements complete the exquisite overall feel in the McLaren MP4-12C. MANSORY achieves the perfect symbiosis of sports functionality and luxurious ambience.

Hello, can you please tell our website viewers where you're originally from and where you currently reside?

Hey, my mother is Jamaican, and my father is of Nigerian/ Arabic descent. I live in London, United Kingdom.

How did you get started with modeling and how long have you been doing it for?

I have been modeling on and off for years but got into it properly in 2008, after being approached by Butterfly Models to do a shoot, it just progressed from there.

What are the pros and cons of being a model?

There are more pros than cons, people admire you and you get to be a different character in front of the lense. The con is people expect you to look your best all the time, even if you just wanna put a track suit on sometimes you feel you cant.

Do you have any other talents besides modeling, if so what are they?

I have a degree in Media and Advertising and am also a presenter, I'm also a youth worker too.

Switching the subject a little bit since this is The Bachelor Project. What type of guys are you interested in?

Well, a guy has to be ambitious, and driven, he has to smell nice and have swagger. Its so attractive when a guy knows how to dress. But please please no corny chat up lines.

What makes you a candidate for a Bachelor?

I am ambitious, hardworking and kind hearted and giving to those who deserve it. I'm willing work hard to build an empire with the right person.

If you can go on a perfect date, what would it consist of?

I'm a simple girl, so a nice meal in a nice restaurant and a trip to the cinema, as long as its good company and conversation that's what counts.

If you can go on a vacation anywhere, where would it be, and why would you choose to go there?

I would love to go to Mauritius it looks so beautiful.

What upcoming projects do you have?

I am featuring in a reality show called Young, Sexy London. Also I am the Butterfly models national reporter, we do a monthly update show starting in March '12 so look out for that.

Exclusive Interview with Comedian Na'im Lynn

What's up Na'im? How’s everything going?

Everything's going well with me. I'm having a big 2012 so far, so I'm excited about the upcoming opportunities.

Where are you from?

I'm originally Hillside, NJ.

How did you get started with comedy?

I got started with comedy while I was in college. I attended Temple University in Philadelphia. I always had been a big comedy fan and loved to make people laugh, so I just decided one day out of the blue that I wanted to try it. I didn’t really know how to go about it, so I just talked to this guy I knew at school that used to do these talent shows called "Baptism by Fire." It was more of a spoken word and rap talent show. So I asked him to let me know like a month before the next show came so I could prepare a routine. He let me know, I put something together, and the rest is history.

When did you get your first big break?

That depends on your definition of "big break." I aspire to do great things, so from my perspective, I'm still looking for that big break. But I will say the first substantial thing that happened for me was in 2006 when I won the NBC Stand up for Diversity competition. I entered the competition less than a week after I quit my job which turned out to be a great decision. That kinda got the ball rolling for me. I got representation off of that, along with entry to one of the better comedy festivals and I also did a few stand up TV shows soon after.

Who are your favorite comedians past or present?

Favorite comedians are Eddie Murphy, because he's who initially inspired me and opened my eyes and ears to comedy at a very young age. Jamie Foxx, because he is one of the most talented people out there. He has the triple threat factor and he's very likable and charismatic. Chris Rock, for his ability to make you laugh and think at the same time. Kevin Hart...work ethic.

What's the toughest part about being a comedian?

The toughest thing about being a comedian for me as of late is trying to evolve, but still stay true to myself.

What advice would you give to a lot of people who says everyone thinks they're funny and they should become a comedian?

I would say get on stage and find out. The shit is a lot different than sitting around making your friends laugh. Making strangers laugh is a completely different ball game.

How is it working with Kevin Hart on the "Let Me Explain tour" and when did you guys start working together?

Working with Kevin is great for my career and my pockets. We've been friends for about 12 years and I’ve been working with him for about 11. All of us are like family. We fight like brothers sometimes, but the love and friendship is true. We all have a common goal and that is to make money and history.

I hear you guys are always playing jokes on each other on the tour, what was the funniest thing that happened so far?

We don't really do practical jokes. The most we'll ever really do is knock some food out of each other's hand and then step on it when it hits the floor. But we kinda chilled on that after Harry (Kevin Hart's writer and assistant) knocked some food and ketchup all over me and we almost got into a fight. We're getting old so we don't play as much as we used to.

What type of women do you normally go for?

Contrary to popular belief, I don't have a "type." People think I like light skin girls and people that I don't know think I like white girls, which makes me laugh. I just love women period. I'm not against interracial dating, but if I had my pick, I'd go black. I love my sistas! I was raised by a strong black woman, so it turns me on when I see a young sista doing her thing out here in this modern world. But the women that I have dated, all look different. Whether tall, short, dark, light, curly hair, straight hair... whatever. Most of the women that I have dated do have ass though. The common factor is usually natural hair, pretty face.... and ASS. That's what I like.

What can we look forward to from you in the future?

In the very near future, my comedy central half hour special will be airing. I'm also doing a show for HBO Canada at the Montreal Comedy Festival. Other than that, just more touring and hopefully more TV and movies. I feel good about the remainder of this year.

BK Architects has built a slick new noodle bar on the streets of Kfar-Sabba in Israel. The idea behind the intricate design of Zozobra was to make the space open and social. The exposed kitchen became a dominant design feature, as a massive white geometrically faceted shell covers the top. Visitors gain the experience of having a peek of whats going on behind house, while they dine in a social atmosphere on long “family” style tables.

White glossy Cylindrical lights stream down from the ceiling creating an effect that almost appears to be rain falling from the sky, while massive projectors shoot motion graphics onto the walls of the restaurant. The dramatic lighting effects mixed with the reflective materials are a stellar recipe for and exciting space!

I was born in Dallas, Texas and currently live in Dallas.

How did you get started with modeling and how long have you been doing it for?

I posted pictures online and started getting booked for videos and event hosting.

What are the pros and cons of being a model?

People always think your a little slutty, but in the end they will respect you.

Do you have any other talents besides modeling, if so what are they?

I'm also an artist I rap, write, and manage other models.

Smart, knows what they want in life, funny, outspoken, charming, and has to have some tattoos. Sorry, but tattoos are a turn on. [Laughs] A guy that knows how to treat a lady, but not too protective...meaning no bugs!

What makes you a candidate for a Bachelor?

I have alot of positive things going on in my life. I'm getting my career on track and I'm really looking for someone I can give some of my time to and who's there for me like I am for them. I'm a very loyal person and its hard to find others like me. I'm looking for a new experience on finding someone and I just hope I get the opportunity to really find my other half.

What is the most romantic thing that you ever did for a man and what was the occasion?

[Laughs] I really haven't done anything romantic. I dreamed of doing things, but it just hasn't happen yet.

If you can go on a perfect date, what would it consist of?

That's a hard question. I would just want to run away for a couple days to a place where no one knows us but us. Have dinner on the shore, slow dance in the night, kiss in the rain, and share each other's dreams and goals. Nothing big, but something real.

If you can go on a vacation anywhere, where would it be, and why would you choose to go there?

I'm a country girl slash want-to-be city girl, so I haven't really experienced a lot of fun places except LA. It was so pretty. I'm a water/beach type of person so anything like that would just put a smile on my face.

What upcoming projects do you have?

I'm releasing a calendar for my modeling promo company in the Spring/Summer and taking my first tour in May to different states. So maybe I will get to see some beaches. [Laughs]

Bachelor Pad Edition: Ong & Ong Inserts Gorgeous Modernity into Old Singapore [Photos Included]

As always, Ong & Ong strike a lush balance between a controlled natural world and a contemporary aesthetic, here in a renovation of a traditional house.

No attempt is made at kow towing to the traditions of the Singapore terrace house facade.

Just open the old front doors and wham. A museum-like entry. Continue through, past the stairs…

…now you see beyond the pool, the dining room.

This means the kitchen and dining room can only be reached via the outdoor walkway by the pool.

So the rather ascetic aluminum clad kitchen is sited outdoors – which is only possible in a tropical climate.

A clever thing about it is that the dining table sacrifices none of the elegance of a real dining table, yet beneath it is the oven, the microwave and the bar fridge.

At the front of the house, above the entry hall, modern life begins right behind the old facade windows.

In this upstairs reading room, the residents clearly enjoy curling up with a good book. An intriguing touch: they have all been re-bound in white in-house.

The all-white books keep the view from the bedroom serene and un-distracting. Behind the private upstairs sitting room, the bedroom is open to the front of the old house.

Between the bedroom and the bathroom, the spiral stair comes up.

Upstairs, in front of the spiral staircase, the sculptural shape of the bath is given star treatment. Each view of this house is a delight.

The shape of the spiral staircase impinges a little on the interior of the bathroom.

The tranquil view from the upstairs bathroom uses the air void created above the pool as a long view to greenery on the roof above the new kitchen.

The result is a glamourous space that meets the client’s desire for a light-filled space in place of the poky and dark original terrace house.

Exclusive Interview with Rich Kids Brand [Photos Included]

The Bachelor Project's Reggie Sosa recently had the opportunity to speak with Rich Kids Brand; a clothing line. Be sure to check out the interview to learn how they got started, who inspires them, and be sure to check out their website for their upcoming Summer 2012 Collection. Enjoy!

What's up. When was Rich Kids Brand started and how did it get started?

The idea for Rich Kids Brand came together in December 2010, and over the next 6 months we put together a team, then launched in May 2011.

Where does your name stem from?

The name is a play on words. Everyone has their own idea of "rich" and as a kid, everyone wants to be "rich." That can mean that you invest in people for some, for others it can mean that you invest in knowledge. For some it may actually mean that green stuff we always see floating around. No matter what it is, that makes you "Rich," we encourage everyone to work hard to acquire that, and have integrity while doing so. The name is derived from that ideal.

How many members are there in Rich Kids Brand?

Currently there are 9 of us on the Main Team, along with a handful of associates.

I notice you guys have a real good grasp on young urban style. What do you think sets you apart from other lines out now?

Well the motto for our brand is "Rich is not what you have, it's who you have beside you." We value and invest in family, friendships, and loyalty. I think that everyone can relate to that and everyone sees the value within a message like that. From there we created some great designs, and tied everything together.

Where do you guys draw your creativity from?

Everything and everyone around us. Naturally we keep up with many of the latest trends, and some of the most important and iconic eras of the past, but we try to keep it as fresh and innovative as possible. Everyone on the team comes from different backgrounds, so that dynamic drives our creativity, as we often bounce ideas off of each other and collectively make a masterpiece.

Who's your favorite designer(s) that inspired you?

Jonas Bevacqua of LRG (Rest in Peace), Shepard Fairey of Obey, Nigo, Pharrell Williams, Shawn Stussy, Tom Ford, and there are so many others to name.

Why?

These guys have all pushed the boundaries of their respective formats, made thought-provoking products, and have maintained a freshness throughout their legacy. Always changing, never compromising, always on point.

What are some of your most memorable moment as a brand so far?

Our most memorable moment so far would have to be our launch party, just to see all of the love from those close to us, and also to receive so much praise from our peers and those around us from the start. We couldn't have asked for a better introduction to the public than that. So many people showed us love and supported the vision from day one. We still get people we've never met walk up to us and tell us how much of an inspiration our brand motto is to them, and how much they love the gear!

Any favorite celebs rockin’ RK?

Ludacris on his Rich and Flexin' video (which by the way is still in regular rotation on MTV). Lil Wayne, Clinton Sparks, Lil Jon, TK and Cash, and of course Cory Gunz, who is a good friend of ours now, shout out to Gunz!

Do you have any advice for the up and coming designers trying to get in the business?

Get money, and stay true. It's the only thing you need to do, and you can't go wrong.

Is there any do’s and don’ts you see people trying to pull off when it comes to fashion?

I think the only thing I would say "Don't" to would be something that you don't feel 100% confident about. You can pull anything off as long as you own the look. Otherwise don't do it! As far as "Do," it's like Digital Underground said, "Doowutchyalike."

What's next for Rich Kids Brand?

We will continue expanding our brand, look out for our Summer Collection next month. You'll begin to see more behind-the-scenes footage of the brand, and get to know our team more through that. Stay tuned.
