Finally He/She will find any way to get rid of you by saving time and money by simply saying "Your Fired",for any slip up.&lt;br /&gt;I have heard this happening alot in Southern &lt;a class="zem_slink" href="http://maps.google.com/maps?ll=37.0,-120.0&amp;amp;spn=1.0,1.0&amp;amp;q=37.0,-120.0%20%28California%29&amp;amp;t=h" title="California" rel="geolocation"&gt;California&lt;/a&gt; with the Unemployment rate at 10 percent.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The state of California records 3 month periods of you working. 4x's a year.&lt;br /&gt;Averaging around $1000 a month.&lt;br /&gt;Where does that money go if you don't get it?&lt;br /&gt;That's an extra $3000 that you will never see.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;There is 2 ways to get &lt;a class="zem_slink" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Unemployment_benefits" title="Unemployment benefits" rel="wikipedia"&gt;unemployment insurance&lt;/a&gt; still:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. &lt;a class="zem_slink" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wrongful_dismissal" title="Wrongful dismissal" rel="wikipedia"&gt;Wrongful termination&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2.&lt;a class="zem_slink" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Discrimination" title="Discrimination" rel="wikipedia"&gt;Discrimination&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1.Wrongful Termination- If you felt you were wrongfully terminated for one mistake, or in retaliation.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;File the claim still. If its denied then tell them you want to fight it.&lt;br /&gt;They will get you a court date,this is not in criminal,traffic court. This is an &lt;a class="zem_slink" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Employment" title="Employment" rel="wikipedia"&gt;employment&lt;/a&gt; court. Not as scary when talking to a judge in a big court with the gavel.&lt;br /&gt;Give dates and times of any suspected prior retaliation.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;You dont need an attorney. $2000 attorney fee + $3,000 Unemployment = You come out with $1000.  Better odds in &lt;a class="zem_slink" href="http://maps.google.com/maps?ll=36.175,-115.136388889&amp;amp;spn=0.1,0.1&amp;amp;q=36.175,-115.136388889%20%28Las%20Vegas%2C%20Nevada%29&amp;amp;t=h" title="Las Vegas, Nevada" rel="geolocation"&gt;Las Vegas&lt;/a&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2. Discrimination- Easier to get &amp;amp; same as Wrongful termination but make sure you have all your facts to prove.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;These are both hard to prove in court. He would not pay me for my sick days without a doctors note. While other employees didnt need a doctor note. I confronted him about this matter,and he told me " He doesnt care what the handbook says! He makes his own rules!"  One employee wasnt even paid for his sick day with a doctors note.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;If you work in the warehouse it is so damn cold in the winter and too damn hot in the summer.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I notifed the Corporate office. They HR said they will speak with him. I knew they werent going to do anything. He is the biggest moneymaker of all Myers Industries in the United States.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;He got back at me by firing me for telling my friends there was 2 positions open on craigslist and myspace. 2 employees had previously quit.&lt;br /&gt;Arent these community sites? Cant I tell a friend?&lt;br /&gt;My friends are managers and my teachers at school said I should have not been fired.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I filed my case with the EEOC immediatly.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The state granted me Unemployment insurance and he was trying get them to deny me &lt;a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Unemployment_benefits" title="Unemployment benefits" rel="wikipedia" class="zem_slink"&gt;Unemployment Insurance&lt;/a&gt;. I had to fight the appeal in court. He did not even show up. &lt;a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Human_resources" title="Human resources" rel="wikipedia" class="zem_slink"&gt;Human Resources&lt;/a&gt; showed up on his behalf.&lt;br /&gt;They fought for him like my situation with him didnt mean anything. This is suppose to be Human Resources?&lt;br /&gt;I made it be known that we couldnt even show up. She resigned after federal and Metrolink officials criticized the statement she made the day after an agency commuter train collided with a freight train in Chatworth, California&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tyrrell said that the Metrolink driver/engineer had "made the error" and had not obeyed the traffic signals on the tracks.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;img style="width: 326px; Maybe somebody who didnt know about the company. Maybe somebody will answer?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 102, 0);"&gt;Craiglist&lt;/span&gt;-&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Craigslist Rant&amp;amp;Rave section is pretty awesome. Not effective as Yelp.&lt;br /&gt;but can be found on the same search page. So Rant away&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 102, 0);"&gt;Flickr&lt;/span&gt;- is sometimes effective if you post their logo and tag it. You can also leave a comment.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;then..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Review and comment them in everything they show up in. Give em 1 Star!
