The Baron Breakfast

2 eggs any style, 2 strips of Bacon, 2 Maple Sausage Links, grilled Ham Steak.

2 Poached Eggs, shaved Honey Ham on a toasted English Muffin.

Topped with Hollandaise and served with Baron Breakfast Potatoes.

Apple Cinnamon French Toast

3 Slices of fresh baked Apple Cinnamon French Toast, with caramelised Granny Smith Apples, Bourbon Maple Syrup, Hazelnut Whipped Cream and Icing Sugar.

Eggs Florentine Scramble

3 eggs, seasoned Ground Beef, Bermuda Onions, loads of fresh Spinach and White Wine. Topped with Chipotle Ketchup. Served with Grilled Herb Toast and Tomato.

Dear Melissa,

and all the WONDERFUL WONDERFUL STAFF at the Baron. I am first of all so so sorry for the confusion about the booking, and for not remembering the need to confirm the reservation, despite the mishap, the manager, and all the staff were…kind, understanding, helpful, accommodating, friendly and truly amazing. Melissa was so wonderful on the phone with me when I was so upset and stressed and Jen at the restaurant was so professional and sweet and helpful. All the staff just stepped things up with this amazing positive attitude, they were all the epitome of true professionals and are just amazing first rate individuals. They should all be very proud.

Thank-you to the moon and back to all of you who were working the evening of Saturday…you saved me from horrible embarrassment with the reservation mix up and allowed for us to have a fabulous evening and I will never forget it.

The Baron is now open on Sundays! Join us for bunch or a quiet Sunday afternoon. We are serving brunch from 11:00 AM till 2:00 PM. Chef has created a delicious aray of exciting breakfast choices from the hearty Fraser Valley full meal, to our breakfast wraps, and exceptional egg benedicts.

The Baron is now open for lunch and dinner on Sundays, come and join us.

Thanks so much to our new and already established fans who came to see us and sample our food at the EAT Fraser Valley Show at the TRADEX in Abbotsford this weekend. It was a whirl wind event, with lots of wonderful opportunities to share our love of food. Thank-you to all who visited our booth, and shared their stories of the history of The Baron. It was a great weekend!
