The world today demands teachers with&amp;nbsp;differently - abled talents. Pedagogy has emerged as a science and this is a concern for the National Curriculum Framework for teacher Education 2009. Action research is a project given to the B.Ed trainees at St.Ann&#39;s College of Education. This project is assigned during the teaching practice. The project is all about conducting a research in the classroom the trainee teacher supervises, thus finding &amp;nbsp;a problem with any of the students.She then scientifically presents a key to the problem identified. Microteaching is a teacher training technique but not a teaching method. It is a real teaching but reduces the classroom complexities. It is a scaled down process in which class size, class time and content is limited.&lt;br /&gt;
