The Etsy Business Tips Blog is one of my blogs, but I thought I'd mention it here because I'm hoping it might be useful to some readers. The blog focuses on providing tips on how to make more etsy sales, and how to promote your shop effectively. I also write shop critique posts on occasion to help readers directly, and also to give others some ideas about improvements they could potentially make as well.

I also run regular features of favourite items from blog followers, Q&A posts answering readers' questions, and individual shop critiques, so there's a chance to ask questions and get some extra traffic for your shop too :)

etsymentors.blogspot.com is a blog run by the Sellers Assisting Sellers Etsy Team (which I am a member of). It is an incredibly useful resource for both new and experienced sellers, with expert advice on all aspects of selling on etsy, including how to handle custom orders, how to take amazing photographs, and what to do after your first sale!

The purpose of Team SASsy is to provide advice and mentoring for other Etsy Sellers. In addition to running the Etsy Mentor blog, the team also conducts live critique sessions in the Etsy labs to help new sellers with individual feedback- check the Virtual Labs schedule for the next critique. You can also find a list of mentors categorised by areas of expertise on the blog if you need further help.

I'm afraid Best Etsy Blogs has been badly neglected for a very long time- so long that I have closed my old Etsy shops and opened a new one- Morphologica!

I will be bringing this blog back to life and sharing some of the great Etsy blogs out there- and I'll update the list of links at the bottom of this page now that I have a few more tricks up my sleeve ;)

Craftopolis - find out which treasuries you're in
CraftCult - see whether you've been featured on the front page or in the gift guides
Handmadeology- Timothy Adam's site with tutorials and tips for sellers
Found-Handmade- Also from Tim, showcasing items from Artfire and Etsy, with a link for sellers to submit their own items
TweetMeMe- a button so that people can easily retweet your blog to share with others (try it out at the bottom of this post!)
EtsyMarketing.org - a new site with marketing tips and info for sellers
TwitterFeed- most of you probably know about this one. It allows you to automatically list your etsy items on twitter as they are added to your store
Google Analytics for searches within etsy- this Storque update tells you how to change the settings within Google Analytics so that you can see the search terms used by people in the etsy search bar
Easy free newsletter service Bravenet- I thought this might be of interest too.

As is probably evident from the name, Cuteable.com showcases a wonderful collection of handmade pieces that are so cute you just want to squish them! Cuteable is a hugely popular blog featuring finds from etsy and other handmade sites, and is a colourful way to browse some of the cuteness out there :) There's also a link on the site to 'Share Your Cute' so that your own cute creations can be considered for the site.

This isn’t specifically to etsy, but Instructables is such a fantastic site that could be really useful for etsy creators, so I wanted to share! It has a huge searchable collection of how-to articles (with pics and detailed info) for all kinds of different creations. It’s an amazing resource! You can also post your own ‘instructables’ and get involved in their online forum.
