Film 1: The Flash

the Actor that initially got me the idea for this was Jack Nicholson, his portral of the Joker is great but he plays Criminals and bad guys so well and i couldn’t stop imagining him in the blue and white coat. thats right Jack as Captain Cold would be so perfect. i can just see him so vividly in my mind with the gun and the coat and him as the first villain would get away from the first villain being the opposite of the hero.

Iris West would Obviously be Kim Basinger. cause i feel like Nicole Kidman and Michelle Pfeiffer would be wasted in a role like that.

Barry is a difficult choice. i can’t really see Val Kilmer or George Clooney as the all around nice guy that Barry allen is. so i’d Have  to go with Micheal Keaton. he has the look of a normal guy and is still funny so he won’t be completely boring.

Film 2: The Flash: Velocity

the second film would bring the introduction of fan favorite Kid Flash aka Wally West. picking Wally was an easier choice, seeing as there aren’t that many young men in the batman franchise besides Chris o’Donnel. i think chris has the annoying bratty teen going for him and could easily pull off Kid Flashes early Assholery and eventually grow into a rightful successor to Barry.

I’d like to start the second film with the flash just taking down a rouge just to show that there are other super villains out there so i’d like John Glover to be the weather wizard, he was actually my second choice for Reverse Flash. but i can’t not have such a great villain actor in the film.

Speaking of another Actor who would be Perfect as another role? i know that the CW has done evil speedsters to death but when i was looking at the list trying to find a Eobard Thawne one name stood out above the rest CHRISTOPHER WALKEN. thats right. the mad speedster done by mr Walken would out do most other villains probably ever.

Film 3: The Flash Forever

the third film would open with the flash and kid flash taking on Heat wave played by Tommy Lee Jones and Golden Glider played by Uma Thurman

this one i was having some trouble with. i wanted Grood to be in it and couldn’t figure out who the voice should be. i know he would be mostly a puppet and maybe some CG. seeing by this point the third film would be out in 1995 and jurrasic park was out in ’93 we could get by with some mix of the two and still have a decent Grood. at first i was thinking danny Devito but i don’t think that would work as a voice. i decided on Arnold Schwarzenegger. any pronunciation problems could be played off as a gorilla not understanding english.

Film 4: Flash: Rogue War

this movie would open with the end of infinite crisis and the flash is running to save the multiverse, cameos from the justice league. superman, George Clooney; Wonder Woman, Nicole Kidman; Black Canary, Alicia Silverstone; Green Arrow, Billy Dee Williams; plastic man, Robert Wuhl; Martian Manhunter, Val Kilmer; Vixen, Vivca A Fox; and they are all there as the flash has to run to the center of the multiverse or something and he doesn’t survive saving everyone and we cut back to kid flash handing him his flash ring with the red suit in it and superman is telling him he was a hero.

meanwhile, the Rogues unite to go to war on Central city. Captain Cold, Weather Wizard, Heat wave, and Golden Glider. also new additions are the Trickster played by Jim Carey and Tracey Walter as Captain Boomerang.

the film is basically Kid Flash coming into his own as the new Flash and learning new flash tricks and stuff

y’all vixen for this! this week damion dark stole Oliver’s son and he had to call vixen to come and help. vixen previously showed up in the animated shorts online and oliver even described there adventure as “animated” which i thought was funny. Much like on the Flash a few months ago Felicity found out about William, oliver’s son, and got real mad about it. even though this time Oliver explained that it was cause his baby momma told him not to. which just pissed me off, cause thats a legit reason not to tell someone and completely understandable!

Vixen was great. i really liked the effects and the sounds really felt like they brought her to life. the design for her totem was simple and felt cool. i really felt she worked well as a character and would love to see her more. so feel free to replace Loreil with her.

Also what is wrong with these DC shows and being real bad at secret identities. Oliver clearly mentions Barry earlier in the show and then when Vixen holds the flash action figure she says “don’t tell barry” but sam is standing right there! sorry, barry. add same to the laundry list of people who know your secret ID.

i really hope the island story ties into this season some how. i hope what ever the bad guy on the island wants its some Magical item they can use to stop daiman dark. i’m hoping its the Eclipso Gem that turns people into eclipso, a reality Warper or the Helmet of Fate that turns you into dr fate.

i also liked that Felicity got the ability to walk back just in time to walk out on oliver.

The flash is back from earth 2 this week and Jay is dead as Fuck. team flash took the death pretty badly along with all the tramua from there experiences on earth 2. Barry found himself kind of closed off from his family feeling like the death of Joe-2 was his fault. while Cisco began to suspect that Caitlynn was going to become Killer Frost due to her becoming emotionally distant after the death of Jay. meanwhile King shark returned! having been abducted by ARGUS after his apparent “death” earlier in the season. that brought Diggle and Lyla to Central City to warn/Team up with the flash. Barry found himself trying to juggle searching for KS while also trying to grow closer to Wally after Joe suggested it. but Barry, still being distracted by his earth 2 problems, came off as an asshole to Wally and wally was like “fuck you, barry.” but in the end they were cool and the caught king shark.

King shark looked great this episode it was really cool to get to have a whole episode of just him. i was hoping after the reveal of earth 1 king shark also being effected by the Particle accelerator that he would have also become a shark guy and revealed at the end that there are now 2 king sharks on our earth but mayby earth 1’s is a hammer head or something.

the line of king shark saying “i’m fast too!’ was like lol sure you are dude.

i liked that cisco is making Diggle a new helmet i really hope its gold and he is just the Guardian from now on. i also really like Diggle and Barry just talking and acting like friends. it was cool to have those relationship moments where the big 2 part episodes seem to lack because there is usually no time for them.

i was thinking today that i wish that during the fight on the dock in the end that king shark would have been hit with a trident from off screen and just had aquaman show up. i would have been so happy if that happened.

so over all this weeks episode was a solid A+ in my book and i’m loving all the deep cuts we are getting this week, Vixen on arrow tonight and Connor Hawke on Thursday. life is good.

So DC is doing another reboot of sorts this time titling it “rebirth”. in the video released by DC Geoff Johns goes on to explain that ‘Rebirth’ represents a degree of returning to what makes a the Characters great marking Green Lantern Rebirth and The Flash Rebirth as examples. Both Series marked the return of Hal Jordan and scourge of the multiverse Barry Allen. the Video then went on to show images of older pre 52 books, which makes many Fans Believe that this could mark a return of the old DC Universe continuity. which has come with some mixed reviews, seeing as the 52 was mostly a garbage show full of crap but provided a new take on a lot of characters and added more deversity to the universe most notably making Wally West black. So What should we expect from this? no creators have been announced but a schedule for release has been announced showing each new series getting its own ‘Rebirth Special’ before its release to show what ever new status quo is now in place. Along with that Action and Detective Comics will be returning to original numbering just in time for them to hit 1000 issues. DC is also dropping the price of books from 3.99 to 2.99, but some books are still shipping twice monthely. with still evens out to $5+ for most titles you would be following.
