Here's a few video updates from The Bill from late April.

After a busy month, The Bill will continue it's great storylines in to May.
This video clip features Sgt Noble, who's character has been growing stronger and stronger in recent episodes.

We have also seen the newcomer, Inspector Rachel Weston impress everyone. Claire Goose who plays the character is glad to be back on our screens. The former Casualty is one of four new characters brought in to the show to give it a new kick. Sparks and Tensions are promised with these new characters.

The shows very own Graham Cole talks about his experiences on the show in the last couple of weeks. It's a cool behind the scenes clip of what it's like to work on the show.

The Bill is celebrating it's 25th year of being on our screens.

The Bill is celebrating 25 years of being on our screens.
To celebrate they have produced some amazing storylines that will blow viewers away. Proof of Life is a brand new story that begins on 12th November @ 8pm. This story involves Terry Perkins who's still undercover, being a getaway driver when a girl is snatched off the street.

Here is the original intro from The Bill in 1984.
Lot's of fans are asking for this to come back, a more realistic if at times a little bit shaky kind offilming. When the show first started out, it was more of a seperate story every episode kind of show, but now it's more of a soap opera which some people dislike.
Instead of the show focusing more on the lead characters, we should be getting more of the crimes and the people that commit them.
I'm sure some people will disagree with this statement, it is only my personal view.
Please don't let the show end up like BBC Ones Casualty where it's just about the lead characters every single week.

Lisa Maxwell - The Bill

Lisa Maxwell who plays Sam Nixon in The Bill, is one of the shows most popular characters.

She joined the show in 2002 and has built up a strong character that always plays a major role in the series. Playing Detective Inspector Samantha Nixon is one of the biggest roles Lisa has played on UK TV. In the past she has had small parts in other shows including Tripods in 1985 and later she went on to star in Bottom with Rik Mayall and Ade Edmonson.
